I am at this Walgreens a LOT. It's always great when I'm in a pinch. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. There has never really been a line. The prices are as to be expected for Walgreens; not as cheap as Wal*Mart, sometimes more or less expensive than Target, although the dry foods are generally a lot more expensive than I'd like. The Nice brands do have some good deals, and sometimes there are some decent sales. They do have some really great deals in the cosmetics section from time to time! read more

Worst drug store I've ever dealt with. Often long waits at the drive thru. I once waited 25 minutes when there was only one car ahead of me. Poor communication when my doctor needed to talk with them. The doctor's office waited on hold for 20 minutes and was then disconnected. When I expressed displeasure with this situation, the pharmacist had a pissy attitude and told me I could leave. I have since transferred all my prescriptions to Kroger. read more

It is currently 11:20am, today's date is 10/03/2024. This was by far THE WORST experience I've had shopping at Walgreens. I have a medical condition and an active bladder and I was rushing into Walgreens to purchase some items and to unfortunately use their restroom. I rushed to the back of the store and there was a store manager right next to the restrooms, perfect! i politely asked her if the restrooms were open or if I needed to be let in. She responded "I need to let you in, wait a minute", I said "okay, thank you". She was stocking some pain relief medication and continued to just move things around and talk to a male worker standing next to her. After 30 seconds she decided I could be let in (I counted the seconds!) I politely said "thank you so much, I really appreciate you". She ignored me and slammed the door behind me. When I finished I walked out and looked at her and said "Thank you!". She again ignored me as if I was annoying her. I'm not sure what her issue was, it was actually my first time shopping at this Walgreens. I felt unwelcomed, discriminated, and disgusted. As a store manager I'm pretty sure you are the face of the store. Your customer service should be one of the most important aspects of your job. After I got my items i paid with a cashier named Tyler. I asked him who she was and let him know I was very dissatisfied with her attitude and disrespect. Tyler was perfect in handling my complain, he apologized and showed compassion. Honestly, Walgreens should have him as the store manager! She should take her managerial classes again. I recently moved my prescriptions to this store. I am extremely disappointed that they, as a pharmacy and medical store, don't have restrooms available for customers. I have a disabling medical condition that can require urgent access to a restroom and i am dumbfounded at the lack of access. While this is my major complaint, additionally the pharmacy had a very long wait time and they didn't have some of my medications ready when they said they would when i called earlier. employees in the front of the store and the pharmacy seemed bothered/annoyed by having to interact with customers. extremely disappointed as i will now be looking for a new pharmacy read more

Bad customer service 4890 N High St Columbus, OH 43214 While out for a walk, I saw the sign about Flu Shots with the words "Ask Inside" on it. So I did just that. The representative at the Consultation pharmacy counter looked up at me with annoyance and informed me that I need to book an appointment. "Ok, let's do that," I say. He then tells me "online only" again with irritation. Why have a sign that says "Ask Inside" when customers will be met with irritable employees who simply snap at you to go online? read more

They have recently changed their pharmacy staff. Service has gone from 5 Star to 0 star. The new pharmacist is rude, the techs are rude. I called today to update insurance information and was on hold for over a half hour before I hung up. The phone was answered and put right back on hold but I never got to talk to anyone. I switched to Walgreens, specifically this location, as it's incredibly close to my house. It's clean, well stocked, and the staff are friendly. They have a little bit of anything you could want from a pharmacy/shoppette including cosmetics, snacks, toys, pet care and toys, candy, and drinks. They also have a small freezer section, which doesn't have a ton of variety, but if you want a pizza and a pint of Ben and Jerry's, they've got you covered. read more

Do NOT use Walgreens Pharmacy!! Its 24/7 Customer Service will hang up the phone on you when you call if the problem seems too difficult for their little minds to grasp. My local Walgreens cannot seem to keep its pharmacy properly staffed so it has to close for several days at a time, preventing customers from picking up their medications that are already bagged. Worse, getting another Walgreens pharmacy to transfer the prescriptions to itself does not work except for the least serious medications. Prescriptions for serious medications will not be transferred. Also, many medications are not kept in stock at Walgreens and have to be ordered. So customers have to undergo not one but two extended waits: first, when the local pharmacy orders the medication and, second, when another Walgreens pharmacy has to order the same medication when the local Walgreens is closed for lack of staffing. So DO NOT USE WALGREENS PHARMACY if you want or need to get your prescriptions filled on time! read more

Having visited this store several times I am pleased to report that this store's associates and manager have been consistently outstanding. I wish that I could recall the names of all these folks but I can't. However, how many stores greet you (when they are able) as you walk in the front door? How many stores will offer to help you find a coupon before you check out, or, suggest that you might consider a 2 for 1 special? How many stores would even let you see a manager, let alone talk to one? How many stores are clean and stocked in the midst of this CoVid -19 crisis? How many stores still have smiling and friendly associates even in the back room? All and all, these people go out of their way to help you! Tom G. read more

My doctor sent over my prescription to Walgreens at 2150 E Dublin Granville Rd, my sister drove me after surgery to Walgreens. The pharmacy said they received my prescription and it would be filled and ready in two hours. Two hours later I called & they said YES, it is ready. I told my sister I would drive myself so she didn't have to drive back all the way from Delaware. I drove, having horrible pain from surgery. I got there. After waiting in line, I was told it was ready but they just had to run it thru my insurance. After another 15 min they then called me up to the counter to tell me they don't even have the medication. I now have to leave and go to Krogers or CVS. I cried. I wS in do much pain. Now I have to call my doctor and start all over & have them call in again to a different pharmacy. All I got was I'm sorry from Walgreens. I will never go there again. This was my first time using their pharmacy. read more

I like this Walgreens. It is always clean, and I have yet to leave without finding what I need. However, the thing I like most about this place is the staff....they are always nice to me. I have always been so pleased with the pharmacy at this store. I know there are others there but Kelly & Suzy have more than once helped me with questions and/or probs. Most recently Kelly went to the trouble of finding eye drops for my foster dog that they did not have at Morse/High location but did in Hilliard. She xfrd the scrip, got it filled, called me to tell where to pkp cuz I needed it quickly. THEN, when they got it back in stock, she called to let me know and xfrd the scrip back to Morse/High. Last Sun, Suzy saved me a trip to Urgent Care by confirming that they did have an OTC inhaler, gave me the product name AND confirmed it was on the shelves before I came to buy it. I have had this experience more than once at this store. The pharmacy tech Sarah is a delight as is David who is also a tech. They go out of their way to be helpful and to be pleasant. I never had this experience when I used other pharmacies. Plus, the other employees at the store always make an effort to greet you and ask if they can help. read more

I visit this store often since it's near my house and the checkout people are always very nice. However, I just hung up the phone with this Walgreens where it took FOUR people and eleven minutes to figure out that they did not carry an item in stock that they carry online with Walgreens. The manager was apologetic (about the amount of time and number of employees involved) but the pharmacist was rude. Seriously, Walgreens, get it together. read more
