My wife and I were looking for flu and COVID shots and we specifically wanted the Pfister vaccine for the COVID vaccine. This isn't our regular CVS but it was the closest one offering the Pfister version. We scheduled appointments and arrived a few minutes early. The pharmacist greeted us within minutes of our arrival and asked us to have a seat and she'd be right out. She verified our information and since we are CVS customers, she said she had our insurance information in the system. The pharmacist (a young lady) was very polite, pleasant and professional. She seemed very good at what she was doing and administered both vaccines very efficiently and almost painlessly. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes (you're supposed to wait 10 minutes after getting the shot before leaving). Great experience. Would highly recommend this pharmacy. read more

The pharmacy employee went over his duty and help me to get the medication I desperately need and can't afford it on my retired income for lot less using some discount card. It's really hard to give a good review when you call the pharmacy & they pick up the phone to hang up it up again over & over bc they are too incompetent to do their job!! : ( I have never seen a pharmacy hire such inadequate staff especially when it has to deal W/medical needs!! This about the pharmacy part of the store. I have prescriptions sent here and they are never filled. I never get a call why they're not filled or anything. It has cause many lapses in my medications and it's very inconvenient. The store is great the pharmacy sucks. When I did talk to someone they had the prescription for two weeks before they sent it in for order. To this day I never got it and had to go to a different location. read more

Standard store. I liked the drive through pharmacy, but all I could do was drop off. It would be over an hour before my dogs eye drops would be ready. When I returned, I went inside. This one did not have the overflowing trashcan right by the door. I was searching for a vitamin and found several unstocked or in the wrong place. I had to pay more for a non in house brand. I guess the Good RX coupon my vet printed for me, reducing the prescription price, may have evened it all out. Pharmacy staff was ok, not personable. Better than the store staff. I walked directly near 2, who never said a greeting at all. I'll be back if the vet tells me this is the cheapest prescription. read more

Breaking CVS News...Curious as to what the "CVS" in CVS stands for? Well, I was (and I know you were too). After I hit up my bitch Google, I discovered it stands for Consumer Value Stores. Psh, hey I'm sorry I got the jump on this, but I've got Google in the palm of my hand. The front counter staff are always friendly and try in earnest to welcome you as soon as you've walked in the door. I've only filled a script here a handful of times but, the pharmacy seems to avoid the logjam so many of the others get. The overall prescription(s) filling process is a fairly speedy one. They do have the drive thru option as well. This location is not open 24 hours however, there is one a mere 2.8 miles away at 60 North Stygler Rd. in Gahanna Bonus: there is a Redbox outside the store. Minus: those infuriatingly lengthy receipts filled with coupons for useless items. Bonus: the trash can right outside the door provides a convienient place to dispatch useless coupons. read more

if i could put zero stars i would. i downloaded yelp just to leave this review. i'm not sure who the woman is that works in the pharmacy she didn't tell me her name but refused to transfer my script over to another pharmacy after 6 hours of me calling and the other pharmacy calling all day to receive this fax. when i called she claimed she had to have the other pharmacy call her to transfer it as if they hadn't already called 3 times today. she refuses to help people and i'm really not sure why you would chose a job in a pharmacy if you're not looking to help people. i've waited 6 hours for this medication to make sure i don't end up getting a full blown kidney infection. horrible service never use the pharmacy here. the other pharmacists from the other store even commented on how horrible she was on the phone. read more

I had a big problem with my CVS store. The pharmacy sold me one of my prescriptions too soon and I was charged the full amount because Medicare wouldn't cover it. In the past the pharmacy would just hold the prescription until it was time to refill. I was charged 7 times more for the medicine than usual. The doctor had just renewed prescriptions on all my meds so there was a whole brown bag full so I didn't notice the problem until I got home. Today Brock the manager of the pharmacy called me and said it was their fault and it should never have happened. He told me to bring back the bottle of pills and he would refund me the charge. The manager was very helpful and understood the problem right away and admitted the mistake. He had a day off yesterday and wasn't there to correct it. I'm still disappointed that no one in the pharmacy could realize that yesterday. That's why my review is only 4 stars. Over time I can build up my trust and give them a 5 again. I was ready to withdraw all my business. But now it is all fixed thanks to the manager. read more

Women became frustrated at me for attempting to use Apple Pay- as soon as I attempted I was scoffed at "that won't work" when two weeks prior I had no problems. CVS advertises they sponsor Apple Pay but the employees are rude about it and deactivate it. I've never had problems before.... read more

I'm in Texas, on the phone with my wife who is in Columbus, Ohio, and who is in tears, because she was exposed to someone with a COVID positive test and hospitalization, and when she scheduled a COVID test today, she accidentally keyed in her birthday wrong, and they refused to test her. Even though the other info matched, including the insurance cards she uploaded when making the appointment. So she was denied a medically necessary test, during a pandemic, because no one gave enough of a shit to help her fix it. She was at the appointment 30 minutes early as instructed. She was told they had to reschedule the appointment, because the data couldn't be fixed, but they couldn't reschedule the appointment in the slot she already had scheduled? It's not like she's waited five days after exposure, as per cdc recommendations, to get tested, or have a 2 year old to care for alone.
