I'm actually surprised that I'm writing this review because when I first started going to the CVS pharmacy in Whitehall on main, there was much friendlier staff & faster service...which is why now I know that I am being discriminated against (by new staff) due to the type of medication that I'm filling. Judging someone based off of what medication they're filling & pushing their order to the back is a huge mistake. I will be contacting the pharmacy board. I guess they think because I'm on a certain medication, I'm not aware of my rights... When I wait hours & hours & then complain they hurry & fill it as if there was no delay at all in the first place. I'm keeping record of all of it. Please do better. read more

I had a really bad week dealing with my insurance, pharmacy and manufacturing company for my prescription cost then after a week the Pharmacist Ms. Milca kept calling everyone and giving updates every few minutes and finally took care of me. Slow service. Rude pharmacists (not all) but several are snappy and rude.... Makes you want to correct them but as an adult I keep my composure. Then you're often told one thing or the other is not ready or more commonly told a medication is not in stock. These are maintenance medications!! One per day for 30 days... so you you go in to refill every 30 days right ? Apparently wrong... you get there and their incompetence or willful ignorance allows them to look you right in the face and say (1) is ready but not the other (2) mind you these are maintenance medication where you need them on schedule taking one of each everyday for 30 days then refill ALL (3) EVERY 30 days not refill (1) like wtf am I going to do with one of three meds besides fail my normal regimen and lower my health status. I was prescribed (3) because I need (3) it's not rocket science. Smfh it's infuriating. Then the drive through window has been closed nearly a year. So everyone has to come inside and stand in a line that' is sometimes literally as long as the store with maybe 5% of the customers wearing masks. Anyway that's my experience with this CVS location. I only go there because it's close... obviously it's not convenient just close and I will be transferring out soon enough. read more

It takes long to get covid vaccine it also smells like smoke and they don't always wear mask properly if you'd want vaccine I recommend somewhere else for a more smooth experience read more

I love that they have a drive through... if you have a special medication - that's heavily regulated, and only certain pharmacies are allowed to sell it - this is your place... However, they aren't very nice about it.... it seems like it's such a burden for them to deal with it.... which is an awesome experience to have to go through every month. For regular medications, I haven't had an issue. read more

This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I always have prescriptions I don't need filed. The prescriptions I need, I have to wait on. Then there are the harassing texts and phone calls for not picking up prescriptions I didn't ask for or need. Today I was informed that I can't get my prescription because they gave me 30 days last month and billed my insurance for 90. No one should go here for prescription services. read more

The staff here absolutely doesn't know how to handle specialty meds. They will call your medication out loud (invasion of privacy), and they're not even sure how to locate it. I've come here because the location is convenient. I feel like there are serious sluggish service and privacy violations going on here. read more

I made a mistake having my prescriptions filled here. My medications are never ready on time. They are ALWAYS short staffed. I have to tell them to update my address every single time I come here because they never fix it. The people here don't pay attention. I was told my meds would be ready by 7:00 pm. I am still waiting and it is now 7:52 pm. If you value your time and wish to be shown respect in that manner, do not come here. I should also mention I put in the order to have the prescriptions filled at 5:00 pm. read more

The Whitehall CVS is one of the only 24-hour pharmacies in Cbus, so I'm truly thankful that we have it. These folks are insanely busy, but they're still somewhat friendly and helpful. I've been filling prescriptions here for the past 4 or 5 months due to Giant Eagle no longer being my network or what not and its always the same issues over and over. I don't get it. I get a call on Sunday from their automatic system telling me it's ready. I go in on Monday to pick it up and they tell me they don't have anything on file for me. Went through the same thing last month. Why call me if you can't fill it? I never had this issue before with any other pharmacy. Unfortunately my options are limited given the area I live in and where my prescription card is accepted and pills are covered for. Guess I'll just drive the extra few miles to go to a different one. The staff is nice and while I understand being the only 24 hr pharmacy why they are busy, but it can be quite unorganized in there. read more
