Thats because they havent even begun to fill it up less the customer initiates the transaction. I get it... they dont want to fill things unnecessarily; but ideally as a customer, it would be nice to come from the doc and be able to just pick it up. Thats the only thing keeping this place from 5 stars.

If they are out of stock for a prescription, they order it and it's there the next day. My prescriptions are always filled in under an hour or so. Last night I got home from work and did not have enough time to get there but the pharmacist said I could have them delivered. I'm all the way by Franklin Park conservatory and was still in their delivery range! I could not believe it. They were able to deliver my prescriptions to me that very night! It really impacted my evening and the following day in such a positive way. Truly a wonderful pharmacy, and the people who work there are always very kind as well. 10/10

We came here for a canine prescription. I wonder if they do human prescriptions also. We had to prepay for our first order the veterinarian called in. I checked online and prices here were very reasonable. They have an app for orders and refills. Also plenty of social media. Looking ahead is the standard pharmacy counter, and to your right is a gender neutral bathroom. Fast service. Grab n go. Snag a treat for you and your pet on your way out.
