This store gives me anxiety but is probably my favorite location. Lines are always long but selection is great. Large parking lot but getting in an out and back to the store off Morse Road can be challenging at times. I may have honked my horn a few times over the last several years. I would recommend it but I almost always play the line game on how to get out of there faster, I recommend just choosing the shortest and committing to the location. Not had to deal with service too much but what interactions I have had have been good, and a great place to people watch. read more

My family and I were halfway on our long drive from Van Wert to Columbus and we realized we forgot to bring some light jackets. We were going to be flying to New York and temperatures in the early morning hours were predicted to be a bit chilly. Since we were going to be doing tours from early in the morning and being on boats/ferries, we realized we really needed them. We did not want to drive back, so I punched the coordinates to a Walmart relatively close-by to our hotel and drove to it hoping we would find them. We parked our car and walked in and found some nice hoodies from US Polo Association. We each got one and paid for it in no time. I also purchased a couple of sodas while I was in here. The Walmart is rather large and has a Charlies Sandwich inside, which was tempting to eat. Giving this place five stars because it saved me having to go to other places to find jackets and/or having to drive back. read more

If this place isn't the most degenerate and dysfunctional Walmart on the face of the planet, I'm seriously scared to know what is. This is God's divine judgment on the sinners of Columbus. I don't even know where to begin, and honestly, neither does He. First off, it's always crowded. Whether it's 12pm, 7pm, or 10:30pm, it doesn't matter. There will always be 23 people ahead of you, and 30 checkout lanes without a cashier. Next, everything's on the floor. You guys do know that things sell best if we can SEE them, right? And that the shelves are supposed to be FILLED, right? Lastly, forget about finding a cart because the lovely clientele loves leaving them in the middle of the parking lot. Which is also full of potholes. Bought 4 new tires -- lug nut broken during install, two tires went flat within days . Had to change them myself. Called to schedule a fix. Told "no appt needed = bring in and fix would be ASAP". Took in and after being told a 45 min wait - after 1 1/2 hours told they meant to say 45 min after brought into bay(lie) . Then said that all scheduled appt. would come first and I was lying about prior call re:ASAP info. Manager said he couldn't put me first - when asked why = " because I don't want too".Went to store's customer service - another auto dept mgr was called . Said I was lying about ASAP call,the managers "don't want to" comment and lug nut breakage. I'm 74 and in ill health, have no car now, and couldn't wait an indefinite time (hours). Both mgrs were condescending and used same ploy of "I won't deal with you because of bad attitude " even during normal conversation. read more

I've reviewed this, and once again the review is missing. Was it a bad review? I'm sure. Because this is one of the worst Walmarts in town, and Walmart sucks. Crazy customers. Crazy staff. Crazy parking. Messy aisles. No thanks. But it's cheap, and sometimes I shoot in for one particular thing. Or try to. Maybe twice a year. Today I wanted a booster seat for Baby K. Found it online, available at this store, even told me the aisle, and on sale! Went straight in. Found a display sample, but no more of them. Asked two clerks for help. Finally got "well, we don't keep them out here, you have to order pickup and they'll bring it to the front of the store." Okay. How long? She said an hour, website said three hours. I didn't have that kind of time, but, I could come back tomorrow. But: $7 for pickup since it was under $35. Okay, maybe free delivery? No, same charge. Harumph. I'm in the store. It's in the store. But I can't have it? Or I have to pay extra? I came here just for this, and maybe you want me to buy other stuff to add up to enough for free service? This is an effective business model? I cannot ever get anyone to answer the phone in person, the automated service is not helpful at all, actually useless. My home delivery is being delivered in the alley behind my house. I looked up my home address and the picture shows the back of my house instead of the front (thanks to Google) it didn't look this way before and I have contacted Google. The delivery people obviously use the Google picture and not common sense when making a delivery to a home and left my order outside of my locked gate in the alley. The picture that the delivery person took of the chain link gate made me think it was the front of someone's home, It was getting dark and I looked out the back window and there was my food. DO NOT TRUST THIS WALMART AUTO CENTER WITH YOUR SAFETY! On Sunday at about 6:11 PM, my son arrived at the Walmart Auto Center at 900 Morse Rd, Columbus, OH, after his car was towed there due to a flat tire. He explained to the technician that he had a two-hour drive home and urgently needed a tire replacement. Despite the Auto Center being open until 7 PM, the technician refused service that night, instead scheduling him for the next day and making him pay $115 upfront before any work was done. Why charge for a service before performing it? My son left the car in the parking lot, had a friend pick him up, and dropped him back off the next morning for his appointment. They replaced the tire. The freeway is about 5-7 minutes away, and no sooner than getting on the freeway, the tire popped. He managed to pull off safely at the next exit and cautiously returned to Walmart for answers. That's when the technician casually told him, "Oh, they didn't tell you about the issue that wouldn't keep the tire on?" No, they hadn't. In fact, they hadn't even given him any paperwork or mentioned this at all before putting the tire on and letting him drive away. When my son asked to speak with a manager, Cheryl (the Auto Service Manager) was dismissive, condescending, and completely unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, she insinuated that my son was lying, claimed there was no record of him or his car being there the night before, and refused to check security cameras even after my son insisted. She even went so far as to blame him for the issue, implying he already knew something was wrong with his car and that his car had obviously been in a car accident before. Here's the bottom line: Walmart Auto Center put my son's life in danger. They replaced a tire without informing him of a serious issue that could have caused a major accident. A refund isn't the point of this review as money wouldn't bring my son back if something worse had happened. i just want to put the word out. Cheryl, as a manager, you failed to hold your staff accountable for their negligence, and your complete lack of empathy is disgraceful. I wouldn't trust this place with a bicycle, let alone a car. If you value your safety, go elsewhere. I would give Zero Stars if that was an option. read more

Indian cashier chatting and laughing with Indian customers in front of me. When i stepped up, instant frown and attitude. Ignored me when i asked a question. I handed her coupons and she threw them on glass scanner and asked whats this what am i supposed to do with these? I said uh coupons You scan them. She couldnt get a couple to go through and refused to take them. So i had to waste more of my time and go to customer service, where she amazingly got them to go through on first try. Absolutely terrible. This Wal-Mart gives Easton a bad name. Came here out of convenience looking for a LEGO set as a gift. Found the majority of the LEGO sets locked up. Found an employee and asked for help and he wasn't a lot of help. He pointed me to a different employee who couldn't have wanted to be there any more than I wanted to be there (not at all). Asked him for help with getting the LEGO set and he told me a manager needed to unlock them. I asked him for help finding a manager and he told me *I* needed to find a manager and then he walked off..... I walked out. Won't be back. They're repaving the lot but they ought to bulldoze the place, fire half the staff and start all over again. I don't shop at Walmart often, but I do stop at this location from time to time because it's right down the street from my sister's house. The fact that it is convenient from time to time, is about the only positive characteristic that I can think of. Every single time I go I walk out saying that the low prices are definitely not worth the hassle. First, this shopping complex is crazy busy, even late at night. Sometimes there is hardly enough parking and the traffic is always insane. Once you make it into the store it's a mad house. Everything is unorganized and all over the place and the staff seems to be few and far between, which isn't normal compared to my experiences at other Walmarts. I'll have to share some photos next time I end up there because the photos on this listing are obviously stock photos and do not accurately represent the shape that the store is in. The only reason I give this place two stars instead of one is because well, its Walmart and I know the prices are cheap af and I know what to expect here. I also appreciate the round the clock parking lot surveillance, as it can be a little nerve wrecking walking out to the parking lot at night. read more

We were eager to get out of this Walmart store but were stuck because the few open cash register lines were super slow. The floors and parking lot are dirty, a lot of the shelves are empty, there's little staff, and my husband told me the men's room was filthy and there were no paper towels. 7/21/2024 I turned to hear an officer yelling at this woman as she was walking away from him and another officer I stopped to see what was going on. Learned she was having an anxiety attack at The Walmart on Morse Rd. and the staff around her mocked her condition and laughed. This was making her health worse and when she got up to move outside away from the laughing mocking atmosphere with the loud noise and bright lights and staring eyes Officer Jacobs sternly objected to her moving to leave area and it frighten her. She had asked for help but was frighten while waiting for the help and wanted a quiet space only to be met with what she considered hostility and it scared her. Has the dedicated area for scan and go, nope all closed, have a single register set up for it, ok the sign says scan and go and another says spark drivers, nasty lady sees me scanning my my items but still tells me this is for spark drivers, told her no, sorry you aren't gonna chase me off and you are gonna have to work for 2 seconds and count my 9 items and get out the way, after of course rescanning half of them. Clientele is definitely full of folks who would steal but really treat your prized Walmart+ folks this way? Try chasing down the gentleman walking straight out without even pretending to stop at a register with an overflowing cart? This is pertaining to the curbside pickup. We gave instructions to leave the groceries on porch, each time, we place an order. There is a sign on door, as well, to put groceries on the front porch entrance. Once it was left on steps in front of door, another time, same thing, then today, groceries were left in flower bed, where we had to go outside to find them. Is it so hard to follow requests? Phweeweee! What a hole! The customers are loud and rude and the employees aren't much better. The store is a mess and there's stuff stacked all up and down the aisles with no one in sight to stock the shelves. You will also find that most of the customers have no comprehension of what the hell the cart corral is for. Now the girl at the checkout register, I think her name tag said LaSquisha or something like that, had an attitude and man was she slow. As a matter of fact, the last time I saw someone move this slow, they were laid out in a casket at Schoedinger's Funeral Home. I'm guessing she knew everyone in front of me as she had a conversation with each and everyone of them. Now when my turn came, there was no hello, no smile, no nothing. The only thing I got was a raised eyebrow and a deep look of disdain as she sloooooowly checked out each item. So Mike "Irish Green" G. made sure he got his total first and then went through each and every one of his cargo pants pockets for some miscellaneous coins, gave her a two dollar bill, and then accidentally tried to use his library card for a credit card before finally finishing up. Disorganized, dirty, poor service, disappointing are a few of the words that come to mind. Today, I wanted a curling iron. Guess what? It is LOCKED up in a case, with a "press for assistance" button. So, I leave, pissed off, empty handed and heading to Target. Where, I may pay more, but at least I can get what I want in a timely manner. My store 3900 Morse Rd, Columbus, OH 43219 I ordered 2 tires f, on my Walmart app showed that they were available for pick up. A week ago, I went in and they only have one available for me. I got an email the next day stated that tire 2 was available for pick up. I stay on the phone with Michelle that work to pick up the apartment from 9:50-10:20 am and she told me they could not find a tire that I already paid for and was delayed a week long! I will contact anyone I can to make sure this is not going to happen to anyone out there. After this, I will never go back to this Walmart again! If I am not getting this taken care of I will contact BBB and file a complaint. Even if I have to contact the corporate, I will do so because this is not a matter of just an item, but superstore integrity toward their customers! read more

I placed an online order at Walmart yesterday and came to pick it up today. It was for gluten free products that were only available here. I pulled into the pick up area at the Morse Rd location and there was one other car in the 6 pick up spots. I called the designated number on the sign and it went to voicemail. The other car left- then I was the only car in the pick up area. I called the number again- no answer. I waited a couple minutes and called AGAIN. No answer. Shortly after this call, the back door opened and a Walmart employee (along with two others) stood in the doorway with a Halloween mask on waving while the other two laughed. After about a minute she went back inside and the guy who helped me came out. Terrible service and so rude. read more

The only good thing about this Walmart is that it's big. Lots of things aren't stocked regularly. Employees are rude. People from third party companies are always soliciting. And it's ALWAYS so so busy. It really makes it hard to shop here. But what sent me over the edge was my recent grocery pickup. It was my first time trying Walmart's pickup service (after I've had good experiences at Kroger and Aldi), but I needed some grocery items as well as some personal hygiene items so I figured I'd give it a shot. When the worker put my items in my trunk she crushed my herbs and didn't give me any info on what items I was even getting. I got home and realized I only got about half my order because some things were out of stock. And pictured are the onions they picked for me. Worse store ever! I go in early in the morning thinking I am going to go in and get it right out. First they decide to shut down all of the self check out lanes on a certain side of the store. OK. Now I thought the idea was to keep the self check out open guess I was wrong. Then I go to purchase two large storage containers I found on the shelf I chose these because they were large and I was willing to pay the $35 price. I go to check out and try to scan and it's telling me call the associate the associate comes over and it says no sale. OK another associate comes over. Same thing happens but instead of trying to figure out what is going on they just say it's recalled. When has a storage container been recalled. Of course I googled to see if there was a recall on any of these containers and it's not. So I wasted my time because the people that work there didn't want to figure out how to sell me two storage containers. I'm so over Walmart! read more

Walmart Morse Rd Columbus, OH Tire service center is the worst! Walmart sells all kinds of tire brands on line at really good prices. If you can put them on yourself or have them put on by someone other than Walmart go for it. But......the "service" center is terrible. First, they never answer the phone. There is no phone in the garage area. The phone is inside the store and only gets answered if an employee happens to be walking by and then they can't or won't help you. I order tires on line and called for an appointment to have them installed. Someone answered the phone on about my 3rd or 4th attempt. He wouldn't make the appointment until the tires were delivered, even though I had a delivery date. I received an email the tires were in on a Friday. I attempted to call multiple times until Tuesday when I made a trip to the store to schedule installation. I was given an appointment for 11AM the next day. I arrived a few minutes early for my 11AM appointment. The tire center wasn't open,even though the posted hours are 7AM-7PM. Finally the crew showed up around 11:35. Had to wait 10 minutes for their computer to boot up and was checked in at 11:47. Good thing I had an appointment! When I ordered tires the installation price on the website was $17. Per tire. When I checked in the guy said price was $18.50 per tire! When I paid the bill it was $14. plus $2. Tire disposal fee. Tires were finally installed around 1:15PM. There's more to this story, but I've covered the major stuff. I will not buy from them again even though I love the new Kumho tires. It's not worth the time and hassle to get them installed. I have to agree with other reviewers on cleanliness of store and parking lot, super dirty, that's why I don't shop here. I wouldn't expect the tire shop to be clean, but clean or dirty don't bother with that either! read more

Tire Center is absolutely a circus of clowns. Nobody knows what they are doing! The staff here are as shady & rude as the customers! What on earth?! We spent a nightmarish 2-3 hours total- just getting 4 online tires. Had to leave the car overnight because of the excuses and the inconvenience! They took nearly another hour looking for my damn keys & paperwork next morning!!! They are definitely living up to every stereotype! Get it together Wally World!
