Honestly an awful place, if I had the choice I would never come back. The pharmacy usually has three people, however none of them seem to know quite what they're doing. I have been coming to this pharmacy for over a year and any positive experiences I have had have been overshadowed by the consistent inexperienced staff and lack of organization they have. Many times they have misplaced my medication and admitted to me they have lost it. The staff does not answer the phone so there is honestly no need to try calling. For your own sanity try to avoid this place like the plague. read more

Let me start off by saying I am normally a nice person and I never review negatively on yelp. But this CVS is by far the worse experience I have had. I went with my friend and was showing her a product to buy. I open the product that was not sealed, it had a finger print on it so I was not going to buy that one but decided to try the color out. Then all of the sudden a very snappy woman came up and told me I can't touch the product and took it away from me and said she has to mark it as damaged goods now. After that I no longer wanted to buy the makeup anymore since the woman was so rude to me. If I knew her name I would put it down. She was extremely rude to me and my friend. I had to get my passport pictures redone here and the next morning was standing in front of the store by 7:50 a.m. I needed to be the first in line because I had a consulate appointment in San Francisco that morning. The assistant manager, Anthony, cracked open the door just to verify I was okay and explained that he couldn't open the doors until 8. I thought that was very professional. Once inside, he was apologetic that the quality of the passport pictures taken the night before by a colleague were not satisfactory (grainy and wrong dimension). He retook my pictures: they were crystal clear and the right dimensions. He was professional and expedient. While I was leaving, he also wished me a safe drive to San Francisco. Wow. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. I pulled up to the drive through window and began my wait after their lunch times. I saw the sign on the window that posted a crappy handwritten Lunch Hour Service note which I suppose means 'Go to hell or wherever you want, just not here:) I continue to wait. No one inside acknowleges my existance. 10 minutes later I hear a real voice..."We'll be right with you" Now encouraged, I wait another 5 minutes and hit the call button. Nothing...I continue to wait. 20 minutes in and I'm gone! During the entire wait, I could see some long blond hair phamacy dude stacking up packages of prescriptions no more than 7 ft from me. I went to the pharmacy at 7:45 pm. to drop off a prescription. There were 4 people behind the counter. There was one person being attended at the counter. After 10 minutes of waiting, we were never offered help by any of the people behind the counter. The service there was terrible!! I don't recommend using this pharmacy at all! read more

I have been going to the store since the day it open because it's the closest to my house but the service has never been good, tonight it was really horrible . On top of that the store is filthy, very poorly run no customer service skills rarely get anybody in that pharmacy to give you a smile or a greeting none of them look like they like their jobs . read more

For the third time that I have been with this pharmacy and had new medication or a refill they consider new, I have not been able to get it and had to make a second trip. The one and only pharmacist is not available (on lunch or break) and I can't get the medication. Now not only am I familiar with the medication but...my doctor thoroughly went over the new medication. I just want to pick it up and go home. I want to decline consult but unless pharmacist is there you can't decline!!! Change your policy or get more pharmacists especially on the weekend and evenings and even more so during the flu season!!! read more

The pharmacy staff are nice, but the male pharmacist was very rude and unprofessional. He kept moving my pickup date and telling me that they'll have it in stock. But after two weeks of this, I picked up my medication up at another CVS. Since I am a person of habit, I called to see if this CVS had my medication in stock the following month to get my prescription refilled and they did have it in stock. So when trying to get my medication refilled, the male pharmacist got on the phone and told me I would have to get it at a later date and that it was my own fault for waiting that long to pick up the previous refill. He didn't understand basic math in terms of when my refill date should be and why it was moved. I had to explain it 5 times before he understood the situation. But even when he finally understood basic math, he still continually blamed me for getting my medication later? That was such a frustrating experience. read more

I filled out the online request to have my prescription transferred to this location from Walgreens and apparently my request went into a black hole. When I called and explained that I wanted my prescription transferred to there, they told me they needed Walgreens phone number and I said I had to look it up as I was walking over to my computer and without hesitation or any amount of waiting the woman rudely said "call back when you have the information ready" and then she hung up on me. Obviously I did not call back and instead transferred my prescription elsewhere. read more

I usually have good service at this pharmacy, but today at the drop off area, when I approached the counter, the person who was servicing that area just looked at me with all I can say was a very unfriendly manner. Did not ask how he could help, which is standard greeting in all of the stores I have ever patronized. Just stared at me. I little disconcerting to say the least. I would suggest that this person leave his personal problems or problems he has with certain customers, at the stores entrance door. I suppose I could have confronted this person and made an issue out of his behavior.But there are days when I just ignore rude behavior of clerks, because it is so rare and I empathize with most of whom probably don't make much money. But afetr thinking about it realizing this person was not a clerk and needed feedback on what I can say was really inappropriate behavior. read more

Nothing special about this place. I shop at trader joe's and what not for groceries, so I need somewhere for other essentials and a pharmacy. The staff is nice and they have what I need, so no complaints here. read more

I've had better service at this location before. Service is inconsistent. They don't seem real attentive to how many people are in line. When someone finally calls for assistance, it took a LONG time for anyone to come up front. Why do stores do this? Is is too much to ask for them to keep an eye on the lines and be more proactive about getting more check-out people up front? Anyway, the problem is that I bought a couple things on sale but I don't like to use the discount card every time I go to the store - I don't like that they track all purchases and keep that info. It's an invasion of my privacy. So when she asked for the card, I said no. I found out that means you don't get the sale price. Usually the clerks have a card right there under their monitor and they use it to give the customer the sale price. This one wouldn't - she was kind of witchy with a b - didn't seem very happy to be there or maybe she was busy and didn't want to have to go up front to check out - who knows! I would identify her by her head-covering. I had her take the sale items off - i won't pay full price when they're on sale. For the inconsistency of staff, it should be zero stars- if you're going to be that way, then you should ALL be that way! For not giving the sale price because I don't want to participate in invasion of privacy - should be minus stars. I hope yelp gives us the ability to do that in the future! Head's up CVS - people don't like their privacy invaded!!!!!! Also, your staff needs to be consistent!!!!! I was just there yesterday - for redbox - I needed some things but I won't use this store again because of their employees and their policies. Also I've heard from family members that the pharmacy is a huge mess! This pharmacy doesn't have a clue about how to treat customers. Today, I received two calls from CVS, one at 9:25 AM and the second at 9:39 AM saying my prescription was ready for pickup. I got there at 11:45. The pharmacy counter person said one was ready and the other would be ready in 30 to 45 minutes, if I wanted to wait. I didn't. When I returned at 1:15, a different counter person said the same thing. I asked to speak with the manager, Lillian. I told her I didn't want to return a 3rd time and would pay for everything now if they would deliver the meds to my house when ready. She said she couldn't do that and went to speak with the chief pharmacist. That lady fetched the prescription bag and showed me a handwritten note on it that said "Special Order." They didn't have the drug in stock. She said the phone calls were both about the same scrip: the one in stock. She confirmed that there was nothing she could do except wait for the drug to come in and send another robo-call. read more

I recently transferred my prescriptions over to this pharmacy from another pharmacy. Big mistake. The people that work in the pharmacy never smile never crack a giggle, and are completely monotone like robots. It's a damper on my day just to go in and pick up my prescriptions. They are definitely lacking in the customer service department. I also had trouble getting some of my prescription transferred over when they said that they were going to do it. I have wasted a couple trips to the pharmacy only to find out my prescriptions were ready because somebody dropped the ball. read more

Doesn't acknowledge the sales price on any item and constantly under stocked on many things customer service is ok

What an unpleasant experience. I just came from here this afternoon. Very rude cashier named Maureen. First, no greeting or even a smile when I came to her register, just a sullen look. I had a return which she processed, then she rang up my order of about five or six items. When I went to grab my credit card, I couldn't find it at first. Spent a minute or two looking through everything in my wallet trying to find it. The whole time, Maureen was glaring rudely at me, and so were the several customers behind me. I apologized profusely to everyone, but just kept getting angry glares in response from the cashier and customers. Then I finally found my cc. Paid for my order and was getting everything together, and the cashier started ringing up the next customer's order before I was even remotely gone from there! She kept saying, "thank you" to me rudely, as if she was trying to rush me along. Excuse me for being a human being who isn't perfect and makes mistakes sometimes and has bad moments. It must be nice to be a perfect human who never makes mistakes. This was my first time here, and I certainly hope it's not a indication of this store as a whole. read more

NP at the minute clinic Kate suggested I to go to the Urgent Care Clinic accross the street. Two people ahead of me at cvs clinic. I called that clinic and they told me it would be at least an hour and a half so I waited at cvs. NP Kate was clearly annoyed that I didn't go accross the street. Very condecending. My Symptoms: yellow green sputum, pharyngitis with loss of voice, sinus congestion, cough, malaise. I told her I am a nurse for a very long time and would like a Zpac, that I am not an antibiotic abuser and in fact had not taken an antibiotic in 4 years. She said oh no I have to follow protocol. She pointed to the bottom corner of a pamphlet that said yellow sputum? Do you need antibiotics? Not necessarily. She needs someone to point to a pamphlet that says ready to deliver your baby? Do you need an obstetrician/midwife? Not necessarily. (But it might be helpful). Where do they find these people! read more
