It's nice to have this place as an option if you need something in a pinch, that way you don't have to drive further.

I even showed her my driver's license to show her. It was correct. The woman said if I put my ZIP Code in wrong one more time, I would not be able to make a purchase. I told her I'm just trying to buy items from your store. Keep in mind, my ZIP Code was correct. I was entering it 100% correctly each time. According to them, my ZIP Code was correct in the system, but in the part that has discount coupons, there was a different ZIP Code in there. I get all my prescriptions here, which are a lot. I'm a senior citizen. I also shop here a lot, and I've never had a problem before as far as my address being wrong. I don't work for Walgreens. I'm sorry Walgreens doesn't understand that I don't work for Walgreens. I cannot program my address in their system. According to both employees, you'd better know the incorrect ZIP Code that they've programmed into their system in the part regarding the coupons, or you will not be allowed to make a purchase after entering your ZIP Code correctly three times. There is no way for a customer to see what ZIP Code they have in there, but the people who work there, the only ones who can fix that, are not responsible. It's the customers who are responsible, and we have no way to fix it. There was no apology at all. Just yelling. And she said, "I hope you feel better." At this Walgreens, when the employees yell at you and tell you your ZIP Code, which is correct, is not, and that you can't buy anything here unless you are able to guess the wrong ZIP Code they have put in, they think any negative reaction to that, any complaint about that, means you don't feel good. All I was trying to do was pay for items by inputting information correctly. I have never experinced or heard of worse customer service in my life. This Walgreens makes it clear they do not want people shopping here at all, which is fine with me.

This CVS pharmacy inside Target has worse customer service than the CVS Target pharmacy on Mopac…read more Somehow, they had ALL of my prescriptions on default for using a coupon instead of billing it to my insurance. I was charged an arm and a leg on my prescriptions the last five months, even though I had met my deductible. When I kept questioning how much insurance was covered, Joe G., the pharmacy manager and the female Asian pharmacy technician, kept claiming my insurance or coupons were used. Uncheck the darn box and see how much it costs with insurance billed instead of using coupons. There's also a bug in their software, which claims Navitus insurance was used when I have a different insurance. It wasn't until I drove down to the South Austin Target location that the pharmacy technician Alex discovered that filling covid tests should be free instead of $74. He unchecked the default of using a coupon on all my prescriptions. Simini runs a tighter ship at the South Target location. I went back to see Joe G., the manager, at the Great Hills location. I showed him my Express Scripts insurance card and Joe G. claimed I could only fill prescriptions at Walgreens or Costco. What? I've never filled a prescription at Walgreens or Costco in my life, and I told him I had been seeing Simini at the Target South location for twelve years. He gave me a refund over the last three months of over- billing, where they billed to coupon instead of insurance. The only thing I didn't have him back check was my Armour thyroid, whether it would have been cheaper to fill a 30 - day vs. 90 - day supply. Minus two stars because Joe said their location doesn't typically check if it's cheaper to fill one month vs. three months, or coupon vs. insurance. The only pharmacist at the Great Hills location who does this is the Latina pharmacist (probably a temp). Joe put it in my profile to search for coupons when my deductible is reset at the beginning of the year. But honestly, they should be doing that for all customers, not just me. When I told him that my insurance didn't didn't cover 90 - day supplies until after three months, he claimed he didn't know because they don't check for that at the Great Hills location. I told him it was his Latina pharmacist who told me that the previous week. These are the kinds of things a good pharmacist will look up for me and the customer service I expect from every pharmacist. I may switch to Symphony Pharmacy for this reason. Joe G. refused to fill an order for covid tests, citing we needed a prescription with our Express Scripts insurance. I've filled 8 tests at Target South with no prescription before. I'm definitely not coming back to this location again. Perhaps he billed it to coupon again for $74. Five minutes after Joe G. told my husband that Express Scripts doesn't fill covid tests without a prescription, my husband went to the CVS on Anderson Lane and they were able to fill four boxes for free using our insurance without a prescription. When I called Joe G., he said he didn't even try running it through our insurance. We are never coming to this location again. Apparently, Joe G. isn't aware there are different tiers with every insurance.

I have to preface this by saying that, in general, I love H-E-B. It is by my far my favorite…read moregrocery store in the whole country after having lived in New Jersey and North Carolina. However, this is the worst H-E-B I have shopped at, and by far, my least favorite location. Maybe it's just the location, and the lack of space, but every time I go to this store, it feels like the day before Thanksgiving. There's hardly ever a time when the parking lot is not jampacked. As far as the store itself, it is just way too small and with narrow aisles, which is generally not the norm at most H-E-B's. Even though this location is the one closest to where I live, I have decided that I will never ever shop at this location again, no matter what. It is just way too compact and way too crowded. Every time I try to push my cart forward, someone crosses in front of me and I have to stop ... and then the person behind me tries to run me over with their cart. I end up having a miserable experience every single time.... ...and don't even get me started on the cashier/checkout situation. If you have more than 10 items, you're forced to go to a checkout lane with a cashier. Very often, there's only one or two cashiers available, which means waiting in line for an extended period of time. Thus, I have decided that I will shop at the locations in Cedar Park or on University Boulevard (RR) from now on. Even though it will be somewhat of an inconvenience to drive to those locations, I know that the superior shopping experience will make it worth it. I really want to give this location just one star, but I can't - I mean, it's still HEB.

You can find almost anything here! The parking lot if pretty big too and there's a HEB gas station here as well.
