I got a new medication, I was reading that one of the side effects is it lowers blood pressure and I already have low blood pressure. I asked the pharmacist if it's safe to take it still. She says to me, "owh I have no idea let me look it up". Pulls her phone out and googles it.. then asks ChatGPT. All while in front of me. Please take this woman certification away. The most unprofessional thing I've seen someone do. This is suppose to be a medical professional! I will be reporting this to the state board of pharmacy. read more

This CVS is HORRIBLE. And I mean HORRIBLE. I came in with my grandson to shop today. While shopping my grandson needed to go to the bathroom and could not hold it. I went to one of the lady workers and asked if my grandson could use the bathroom and she flat out told me NO. She said they didn't have any bathrooms. I told her that was not true because all CVS have bathrooms. Again she said NO while my grandson was feeling like he couldn't hold it and near tears. She was rude and VERY inconsiderate that she would let a child suffer instead of letting him use the bathroom. I had to take my grandson outside so he could pee near a tree like a dog. I was very upset about this. What kind of person working in a place that promotes health be so inconsiderate to a child asking to use the bathroom. Worst service ever ! Was sent back and forth since 11am to get medication that's aid was ready came back an 1hr later they messed up and only made 3 of the meds prescribed to me said give us 30 minutes came back and they said sorry we're closed ! Worst customer service! I was asking for assistance from a male rep, and he said in a rudely tone voice that whatever was there, that's the only thing they had. He did not bother to check and walked away. When it came to paying, we kept looking around to get our items rang up, and no one was around. This review has been postponed for a long time, 2 years actually and I never was able to shake off my experiences here. The customer service is just really bad and I was really astounded by how mean the drive-thru covid testing people are. They would get angry that I wasn't quick enough with swabbing. Another time, I came in to purchase some items during the 2020 pandemic. A cashier who assisted me proceeded to tell her beliefs about people stealing from the government rather than working like other people. She also pointed out that she had to be watchful of others who are likely to steal from the store and eyed some ethnic people coming in. I told her a few facts about the situation including myself who lost their job due to pandemic. She said that I'm not like "those" people. Pretty gross and I never came back into the store again. I hope this location considers training for their employees - especially since this community is composed of many cultures. read more

I have never felt more disrespected by the manager on duty in my life. At 3:36 pm on 11/2/2022, the manager Valentina chased after me out the front door. She was screaming from 30ft away accusing me of stealing the makeup I had just purchased at the front register. The cashier was Jocelyn and she was great. However the fact that the manager ignored the homeless man asking for money at the front door and prioritized chasing out the gay may walking out with makeup is a terrible example of leadership. Literally accused me of theft when their system offers "no receipt, and email receipt". Jocelyn, I highly recommend you transfer to a different location of that is the leadership you're under. It's 2022 and the homophobia needs to stop. read more

I've never experienced such unprofessionalism at a CVS before. Jasmine at the front was going off to her coworker about new hires right in front of me (and many other customers) as I'm trying to pay and get out of there. Mind you, she had been loudly having a conversation with her coworker since the customer before me. I understand conversing with coworkers here and there, but a whole conversation talking bad on her peers? She also decided to close her lane as I got there so I just hopped to the next one since she'd much rather have a convo with her coworker than directing a customer. read more

I've been to a lot of CVS stores I've even worked for their competitor and I will say this is one of the cleanest CVS store I've been to in general you can tell the manager takes pride of the store. I was a little hesitant because of area but it's like they say don't judge a book by its cover. The staff SEEM friendly I was overhearing the pharmacy workers and they seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. The front end clerk was also friendly.For the people who say the pharmacy is slow or that the service here is bad definitely has never worked pharmacy retail. All pharmacies are busy. You may not see it but they're also filling up other people's prescriptions who aren't there physically so it makes it seem slow. The front end employees are human's to there doing their best with what they got. So put your self in there shoes from time to time. read more

There is a young Hispanic store associate named Candy there that is beyond rude.She wears glasses,at least sometimes.She refused to ring me up even after I told her that I don't want to use self checkout.Yet she was willing to ring up other customers.Maybe it's because I don't look Mexican like her.I am however part Hispanic as well,but she acted racist against me for being the only one in the store that looked white.She refused to tell me when her boss was in and she insisted that she was doing her job,even though she wasn't.She told me to figure out how to use the coupons myself.When I frustratedly told her how rude she was being,she called me the "B" word in front of a customer.I repeated what she said in a question and she called me that again to make clear that she was indeed calling me that.I spoke to corporate,but they have told me nothing about how it would be addressed,if at all.I doubt they did anything.I have not gone back since.I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a store associate in my life.Also,there are often confrontational homeless druggies loitering in front of the store.The associates anf management allow it.One loiterer aggressively stood outside of my car window/door blocking me in asking for money before right im front of thr store.Its got dangerous loiterers and that horrible associate Candy appears to be dangerous and aggressive herself. read more

I really like this cvs. Everyone is usually so friendly and helpful. The cashier at the front register usually greets me and asks if I need anything to just let him/her know. If I am ever lost looking for an item, an associate usually stops to ask if I need help. This location is always so clean and well organized. I also really like that this store is so big. Only one cashier at night. lines are big and the manager Jade needs to help. The manager is not friendly at all. I rarely write reviews but care like this warrants one. My four year old son was required to take a COVID test before returning to his school (one of his classmates had tested positive). I was nervous because my last COVID test required a pretty intense swab. I pulled up to the drive thru during our appointment time and Linda at the pharmacy could not have been kinder. I think she saw my nervousness because the first thing she told me was that we would just have to swab the inside of his nose (much less intrusive). She explained the process well and when my son got nervous, she even suggested I show him how to do it by doing it on myself (something I would've thought of had I not been so nervous). She went above and beyond to make myself and my son feel comfortable. If you or your child requires testing, this is the spot. Thank you, Linda, for going above and beyond. read more

If you come here to drop off / pick up prescription I suggest you search for another location close by. Employees seem to hate their job and can't even show a bit of a smile. I was in line waiting with my mother to drop off her prescription and the people in front of me where trying to get something clear and the pharmacist just seemed to be so bothered. My mom was next and again with the same bothered face took my moms prescription paper, told her it was going to take an hr to be ready and just walked away. Came in to take a passport photo, this guy name Edgar is so rude and I was told to wait for 30 minutes. I called ahead of time before coming and asked if I needed to make an appointment or not, I was told just walk in. I was waiting for about 5 minutes and decided to help me. He took a very bad photo and I could tell his attitude was so rude and I felt like he didn't want to be there. I paid $14.99 for disappointing passport photo. I'm going elsewhere to retake the photo. This will probably be my shortest review ever. I've never actually stepped inside and approached the pharmacy. When I need to pick up a prescription, I cruise by the drive-thru and in less than 3 minutes, I'm gone. The fat kid in me hates to walk inside any business when there is a more convenient and productive route. My first time here because I was trying to find a Milani foundation that seems to be sold out everywhere. I've been to three different stores yet all of them didn't carry the brand for some odd reason and if they had the display- it was picked over like a mofo! This is MY pharmacy!! I am blown away at the bad reviews. I have never had a bad experience here EVER! I mostly shop the pharmacy so that's what my review is mostly for although I have never had problem with staff or wait times. Allie in the pharmacy is just an all around awesome person! She gets it that meds can be expensive, she has always gone out of her way to ensure I am getting the most for my money. She offers advice & is very knowledgeable when it comes to insurances. I do love the drive thru but if I have to go in I always know I am in good hands. There are other great pharmacy staff members as well (sorry I don't know all your names) but after the customer service I received from Allie today I knew I had to review them on Yelp. Poor service. Had to wait 5 mins for someone to come to counter to check us out.

I placed a one hour photo order over two weeks ago. I came into the store the next day and my order was still not processed. I could see my info on the screen with my eagle vision. The clerk looked all over and under the counters and piles of MESS that wasn't organized and couldn't find my photos. The clerk told me they would call me when my order was ready... Which never happened. Over a week went by before I received an email that said my order was ready to pick up. Here I am today and they STILL can't find my order and have no record of it now. It's been over TWO WEEKS for ONE 4x6. I will not be bringing my business back here. read more
