FYI - The signs above the windows are not accurate. There is one line for everything but no signage to state that. Make sure you have a lot of time as they are not very quick. Not sure if it's a staffing challenge or they are just inefficient. I guess with pharmacy services, you shouldn't expect any level of customer service. I must admit that my experience with Kaiser pharmacies has been much better. Convenient location inside of Target. I called in and spoke to CVS support staff 800 number. I later got a call back from a woman claiming to be a supervisor. The woman I spoke to sounded extremely young and did not seem to understand the concept of personal property and the fact that when property was not returned that it was considered the same as holding the property against the will of the property owner. Multiple courts have ruled that by holding an important piece of property you are effectively holding the individual. The person I spoke to did admit that it was a very bad practice and assured me that the pharmacist would be told to stop immediately. After this strange conversation with this supervisor... I called back into CVS support staff 800 number, again explaining the situation and asking for Sennett - District Leader - CVS to call me. I again detailed that it was unsafe to hold people's vaccination documents and that I would like someone from CVS Corp to call me, I was told it was all handled through the District Leader and that there was no way to advise anyone else. This pharmacist's practice of holding the vaccination documents for 15 minutes without the expressed permission of the client is illegal. Still have not heard from the supervisor Sennett - District Leader - CVS... Filed a formal complaint with the BBB today. Made a Google review today. Love my local pharmacy located in the newly remodeled target . I use to go to the Walgreens next door but since it was recently closed I came last night to fill two prescriptions that used to on automatic refill at Walgreens. Not knowing if I had to call our doctors offices (husband & I ) to get our prescriptions moved here I went in with our medications to see if they could do the transfers and refill our medications. I was pleasantly surprised how fast and easy it was to be transferred here. They called Walgreens for me , all our prescriptions were transferred to another location so the employees here called right away and got everything they needed from them. They said they would have one ready in 15 mins but since the other one was filled at Walgreens they needed them to send all the information so that would take a little longer. I decided to go to Costco in the mean time , while I was at Costco got a txt that my orders were filled . Came back in an hr later and with a minimal wait in line in the evening I was able to get our prescriptions right away. Yay so happy it was easier than I thought it would be . They were even to put them on automatic refill as well so i don't have to call every time to refill them! read more

First Timer to go to this CVS located in Store at Target. I was VERY IMPRESSED with this location. Just my opinion, I would give a 10 Star Rating. I came here for my Booster and I was hesitant to come to this location but I was overdue for my vaccind. Boy was I proven wrong. They were very efficient, service was FAST and a very friendly team. My appointment was 1030am. I was a little early but even with that, I was assisted before my appointment time with no additional hassle of waiting. I really appreciate this kind of service. This is my go to CVS pharmacy because of the super efficient and friendly staff! The pharmacist are always kind here. Last night (10/22 at 7:30pm) my husband and I stopped by to get a flu shot in preparation for the upcoming flu season. Pharmacist Julie was quick to greet us and help us. She is the first person to give me a flu shot that was painless! I was shook. Have you guys seen the needle? It always scares me but she was quick and gentle! Had a very bad experience at pharmacy the other day. Long wait for shot and then an ordeal with pharmacist. We didn't mind the extra wait time as much as how hard it was to ask for vaccine cards back and felt like being treated as a child. read more

Normally, I love going to this CVS pharmacy but my latest visit pissed me off. I picked up daughter's EpiPen on Aug 30 only for it to expire 4 months later. They normally last me a year. I called CVS and I got "it's what we had in stock but I can refill it for you." I had her check her stock and the next ones expire July 2023. I can't keep refilling epipens 2 or 3 times a year. They're expensive. My advice is to check the expiration dates on your meds when you come here bc they're not going to help you. read more

I'm going to review my supper bad experience I had today with them. I have 2 prescriptions send from fv hospital to here on May 18, for my flu and my cough, and I'm currently 8 months pregnant. May 19, i went to the system and check they said it will be ready on May 20. I tried to call them but they closed and I can't reach anyone. Morning May 20 , I check again and the system said it will be ready by May 28 ( WTF?) I called them, one lady from there told me they don't have my medicine in stock and want to transfer me to a different cvs. I said NO I want a different pharmacy to handle it. She told me to have that pharmacy call her and she can transfer my prescriptions. Then I ask LAM pharmacy call them right away, but cvs refuse to transfer my prescriptions and told They have my medication READY DONE! Ok. So I call cvs again, she still told me she doesn't have mine in stock yet ( WTF?) but she PROMISE me she will have them ready for me by the end of the day. 1pm , I called cvs again, the system still said May 28 (???). Then the same lady ( maybe) answer my call, apologize that she doesn't have mine in stock ( oh wowww) and tell me she will transfer to a different cvs. At this point I can't keep calm anymore. I told her my flu and my cough CAN't WAIT. She promised me earlier she will have them ready and it's just a FUCKING lie. I do not want to wait anymore I need my prescriptions transfer to a different pharmacy ASAP. she said "ok ok you can have different pharmacy call me now I will transfer to them". Then Lam pharmacy again call cvs , they were put on hold for forever and got NO RESPONSE for long time. I have to call cvs again, she said she did not received any call. At 3pm, finally Lam pharmacy was able to reach them, and they have my medication ready in LESS THAN 5 MINUTE. To cvs pharmacy, as a pharmacist, you supposed to SAVE people life, not killing us. You can't let a pregnant patient who is suffering flu and bad cough wait another 8 days, keep lying to me , trying to take money from my insurance and refuse to transfer to a different pharmacy. If you can't help your patients, let other pharmacy do it. Don't waste our time. We are sick and we can't wait. read more

Now Target Pharmacy is closed for a half hour lunch from 1:30-2:00 People use this pharmacy on lunch breaks to take care of their business while they have a few minutes to spare. Why can't they overlap schedules to accommodate their patients like other stores do? Terrible customer service. Transferring to a real pharmacy. read more

This place is crap! I went to pick up my prescription. When I got there there was no one in line , I was the only one there. I made eye contact with the Asian man and he continued about his business. Right after a lady just walked right up and he went ahead and tried helping her until I spoke up to let them know I'm in line. He was rude and closed off and didn't even offer to explain how to take the medication. It's cough syrup and they didn't even give me a measuring cup or syringe to measure out the ML I have to take. Got covid vaccine yesterday. Arrived early and long line to check in. Slow to check in too. Then they send you to the front of the store in fitting rooms they converted to covid shot rooms. Pharmacy tech gave shot and it hurt so bad I screamed. He went from room to room without changing gloves. My arm is killing me today. They have a lot of hand sanitizer and wipes around but never once saw any staff using it. If I had choice would go to major pod areas where it's efficient, clean and nurses give vaccines. read more

I had a great experience here. I called in asking if I can do a walk-in for the booster shot. The pharmacist was really friendly and confirmed. The check-in was quick and efficient. This is the first time I have rated five stars after previously rating just one star. But yes it's true. I am very impressed with the turnaround in my last two visits, brought on by a determined effort by this pharmacy to assist the customer (me). Under difficult circumstances caused by my insurance, in my last two visits here I have received exceptional service by the pharmacist, Susan, as well as other staff.
