Last week, the pharmacy drive-up window was closed, no one in the pharmacy would answer the phone, a medication refill I ordered was canceled without explanation (happened before). I had my doctor send my scripts to Amazon Pharmacy, and they were delivered to my door in TWO DAYS. This is not an ad for Amazon Pharmacy. I mention this because of the comparative efficiency. Imagine not being able to get life-saving medication because your pharmacy is ignoring calls and canceling medication orders with no explanation. I'm done with this place.

They've always seemed to be able to turn my order in a timely manner, no major pharmacy problems. Plus it doesn't hurt that my wife and I are Costco Exec membera together so I think it counts toward our 2% cash back. There have been lines before but nothing too drastic in terms of time waiting to get served. If I'm focused on just getting the prescription and nothing else, the process moves really smooth and I can get out of their quickly, although I need to summon a lot of will power to not buy anything else.
