Saw Weird Al here last night, first time at the amphitheater. It was kind of a mixed bag. The setting is absolutely gorgeous, especially with a beautiful summer night. Birds flying overhead, no ambient noise, a nice little breeze, that part was perfect. Seats were pretty comfortable too, for a concert venue. But there were some issues too. I don't live in Eugene so I don't know this place's history but it seems like it was really meant for smaller events, not "big shows" by popular artists. It's not big enough and doesn't have enough amenities to really support a bigger show like that. But of course that's where the money is. The lines for merch and food were so long you couldn't even tell where one started and another ended. The stage is pretty small, the "big" screen isn't that big, etc. And man was it loud. Definitely bring some ear plugs if you're in the seated area. Parking is free which is nice but it's just a grass field with the bumpiest driving ever. So many holes, bumps, divots, etc. I can't believe I didn't roll my ankle walking in and out. And be prepared to wait 30+ minutes to get out afterward. Would I go back? Eh, maybe. I'm also a little biased because the show started an hour and a half late (not the venue's fault) and the opening act was the worst one I've ever seen at a concert. read more

Regrettably, the operational knowledge of the amphitheater staff appears to be nonexistent. Due to the absence of standard directional signage, attendees were reliant on information provided by staff members. Upon receiving our VIP credentials at 4pm, the VIP desk directed us to line up to the left of the stage post-show for the meet-and-greet with Weird Al. This same information was repeated to us by the venue manager Nick among others. Following the performance, after dozens of people had lined up where they were told, at approximately midnight (6 hours later) the venue altered the designated meeting point for the meet and greet, disregarding the major inconvenience caused to attendees, including elderly and those with physical disabilities, who had waited for an extended period and now are being told we are at the back of the new line, likely adding hours onto the time we had to wait to meet Weird Al which we paid alot of money for. After waiting until 1am, and still having dozens of people in front of us waiting for pictures with Weird Al, we were forced to leave without getting our autographed poster and pictures we already paid for. The venue demonstrated a complete lack of empathy, stole our money for "VIP" tickets and declined to rectify the situation even though there situation was caused by their disorganization and lack of customer service. Based on this experience, we advise against attending events at this venue due to its massive shortcomings. read more

The Cuthbert Amphitheater is a great outdoor venue. Its stunning, beautiful grassy field area where people sit on blankets and chill. Also a standing area closer to the stage for a more dynamic, close up environment. I have been to a fitz and the tantrums concert here as well as FOAM wonderland (edm festival). Great spot, highly recommend buying tickets for events here, such a fun experience. read more

We attended the Nora Jones concert recently. Getting tickets was easy. Parking wasn't horrible as we parked on the street by the Meshovsky Center, making it a short walk to the gate. The line was a bit confusing as there were two, one of which was incredibly long, the other let us right in the gate. We never did figure out what the other was for. The food availability was decent, had a good selection. Seating for us was on the grass using our squatty beach chairs. It gets a bit crowded, so anyone going should try to get there early, in order to create your space. The music was great, not overly loud, and Nora does put on a fun show. Exiting the venue to our car was easy and non stressful. We can't wait to see Allison Krause and Robert Plant next! read more

Although ZZ Top were fun and entertaining it was nowhere close to being worth the $160 ticket price or all the other costs associated with the show which lasted just over an hour. No startup band. The announcer encouraged us to buy food and drinks during the intermission but there was no. The show ended. Very disappointing. Would never do it again. read more

"Footloose" in Eugene, OR! They will kick you out of this theater for DANCING, no joke. Watched 3 ZZ Top songs, Aug 17, 2025, when security (Blue and Orange shirts) showed up out of nowhere and said we "had to leave." We were not given ANY WARNING and the only explanation stated was - they received complaints about our 'actions.' I asked what 'actions' are they referring too and was told "we're being disruptive.".....When security arrived several people behind us started screaming at us to "SIT DOWN!" So I asked security, "Is it because we're dancing?" No answer, no warning, just - "You have to leave." Then I pointed to other people standing and dancing and asked if "They have to leave also?" No answer. Then I asked security; "Where is it posted on my ticket, or at the venue, that we cannot stand up and dance?" No answer. Just the same - "You have to leave." No explanation, no warning, just get out. All we were doing was standing and dancing and got singled out and discriminated against. We purchased EXPENSIVE reserved seats, section 5 row P and spent upwards of $400 on merch and refreshments. Absolutely despicable. Kicked out of a rock 'n roll show, in "progressive, liberal" Oregon for dancing! Don't believe me? Go find out for yourselves. Don't say I didn't warn you though!!!! This recent concert was so full, my little beach towel had difficulty finding a space to sit. It was uncomfortable sitting right up against the group next to me, who talked loudly during the entire performance of Nora Jones. I just love the Cuthbert! It's my favorite venue in Eugene. Cuthbert provides a chill outdoor setting to enjoy music. It's centralized location in beautiful Alton Baker Park makes it easy to utilize public transportation and it's right off the bike path. Free parking. Inside the venue there are areas to dance or just chill in the grass with a great view of the stage. Food and beverage vendors and indoor restrooms. The Cuthbert features a good mix of music genres from nationally and locally known artists. Even when I can't afford a ticket I enjoy just sitting in the park. I always see people I know. Sometimes I can't handle going to whole concerts and going through security lines. So I like the option to just come and enjoy the ambiance for a little while. It's just very accessible, very local, fantastic outdoor venues and a jewel of the city of Eugene. If you haven't seen a show at Cuthbert, you are missing out big time. read more

The official Cuthbert website will send you to a scalper, who charges crazy prices and doesn't indicate the price you pay until after it's cleared the credit card company. They also deny this at Cuthbert, and are pretty cold (passive aggressive) about us being cheated. We, too, are done with this place. They just don't care about your experience. read more

We went to a concert to see Norah Jones. They oversold the grass area and it was so crowded you couldn't even move. People crawling over you to go get drinks, food etc. no walk ways, nothing. If an emergency happened it would be total chaos. There is no outside food allowed. The have only 4/5 food places and thousands of people trying to get something to eat. Ice cream $9 for a small scoop, $4 for a bottle of water, $14 for a burrito. And sadly the food wasn't very good. I do give credit to the food vendors, they worked hard trying to feed all the people. Cuthbert is not what it used to be...a fun place to go hear music on a summer night, sit outside and enjoy Oregon. Now it is all about the $$$$, the ambiance is gone. We won't be returning. It is such an amazingly beautiful venue and I have always loved seeing concerts here. They have such an ideal park setting, parking, easy access and great sound. Its general admission but there really are no bad areas. They get some pretty good concerts, I've attended a few who I didn't even know and enjoyed that too. So, having said that ... this last week, I had a horrible experience there with my children. My middle son is disabled with a complex cardiac history. He is pacemaker dependent and has mobility and speech issues both of which he receives therapy for and has for 10 years. He also takes blood thinners due to having a mechanical valve. On Saturday, we attended the road to Maui concert as a family. Upon stepping up to the security area, there was a metal detector, and I informed the security guard that my son could not go through it due to his pacemaker. He said that was fine and for him to go around. In doing this, we were separated in a crowded area (I should note here that at school he has a one on one aid due to risk of him falling in crowded areas, and what could happen due to blood, thinners and pacemaker, if that occurred). As he walked around another security guard started yelling at him that he had to go back. I stepped out of the line to let him know that my son had a pacemaker. Being a preteen, this is all embarrassing for my son. He doesn't want to be different. This then created a commotion with the one guard yelling at my son to get back in line and to go through the metal detector and a different guard yelling at me that I hadn't gone through the metal detector and that I needed to get back in line. The one guard told me that it was fine for my son to go through the metal detector and I explained to him that our cardiologist has been very clear that it is not, and that it would be pointless anyway, being as the metal detector would go off because the pacemaker is metal, he continued to tell me that it was fine and then another security guard came up with a wand which I yelled to him (as he is standing over by my son) even 1 to 2 seconds, can affect his pacemaker and cause him to have a cardiac event as he has complete heart block meaning no underlying heart rhythm and best case scenario it would send a signal to the pacemaker that his heart has stopped, and it would shock him. Either way he would fall, and he takes blood thinners, and it could be a very potentially dangerous and life-threatening situation. The one security guard continued to tell me that it would be fine and I continue to yell at him that our cardiologist has told us otherwise and asked him if he was a cardiologist and why he felt safe giving medical advice and finally the security guard with the wand stated that he wasn't comfortable doing it, and they proceeded to argue back-and-forth for a moment, while the another security guard continued to scream that I still needed to go through the metal detector. All of this was very terrifying both to me and to my disabled child. It was also embarrassing to my child as other attendees asked what the problem was, and what was going on. Afterwords, I reached out to the Cuthbert by phone, where I left a message via Facebook messenger and via email, but received no response other than an automated reply. At the time of this writing, there has still been no response to me whatsoever and I will update if that changes. I told them that I just wanted reassurance that they would provide better training to their staff operating security checkpoints as far as people with disabilities. I know they use volunteers sometimes and it could be pretty overwhelming as far as training people but I'm sure some sort of training is given when instructing them how to put people through security, and a brief sentence or two about those with pacemakers is necessary. I just wanted assurance that going forward, but was completely ignored on multiple platforms. So I will say this. It's a beautiful venue I've seen so many concerts there both as a young single person and as a family. Up until this last week, I enjoyed all of those. It is a place that we have treasured. At this point, however, I do not believe them to be a safe place for people with disabilities and uncaring about that in the aftermath. If you are not disabled or you just don't care about their miss treatment of people with disabilities and then blowing off correspondence regarding that after then you will love this place as I once did. read more

My first visit was during the breakout of the Delta variant of COVID. Vaccination cards had to be shown for entry (very glad). However, I feel the venue was oversold during this variant outbreak, and I found myself packed into a crowd of people who refused to wear masks. This tarnished a great reggae concert for me and I won't be returning for a long time. The crowd had no respect for the mask, and the promoters didn't allow for any social distancing. read more

I definitely enjoyed my first time at the Cuthbert! My friends and I drove down last weekend for Global Dub Fest. We go to a lot of shows -- like, A LOT A LOT of shows -- all over the country, so at first glance I was really surprised at how much smaller it was than I'd expected. But throughout the day it was able to accommodate so many people and we still had room to dance or sit on the grass to rest. Even at the back of the grassy area, we were still able to see the stage clearly and hear the music perfectly. One thing is that I wish there were posters regarding designated smoking areas. I personally don't smoke, but a lot of my friends do and venue security came over to escort them to the proper area. It would have been much easier to just have this posted publicly because there were honestly no signs. And thankfully we were staying at the La Quinta Inn Eugene (five min walk) because traffic out of the venue looked awful!! There was only one road out and the cars were lined up all the way to the highway. But since we didn't have to drive, it was a great first experience. Might be back for Transition later this year, or back to Global Dub next year!! read more

HIPPIES UNITE! Those are the first two words out of my mouth typically when I come here for a concert. I have nothing against the "hippy" crowd, the peddlers, or even the folks tripping in the bushes. They sell their goods along the pathway....mainly pipes, "special" cookies, jewerly, etc. But they are all happy in their own respect. Which is why Cuthbert is such a great venue. There are all walks of life, great outdoor space, seating, and good sound. It is an enjoyable experience for any concert - beware of parking though. There isn't a ton. Get there early! read more

I've been to several shows at the Cuthbert and each one has been lovely. The set-up for the venue allows for stadium type seating, a standing "dance" area (for some shows), and two levels of grassy areas to lay down a blanket or small chair and still have a good view of the entertainment. I always choose the grassy areas so my party can enjoy a small picnic pre-show. The rules of the venue are strict, but not so much so that it's unreasonable. They have them listed plainly on their site so there are no surprises when you arrive. Food in transparent zip lock bags, empty water bottles you can fill inside and no chairs so large that they obstruct other's views. There are a few more, but nothing any other venue doesn't have. Food and alcohol are very expensive, but hey, it's an entertainment venue, what do you expect. However, at the shows I've been to, they have a nice selection of venders to choose from: Chinese noodles in take away containers, barbecue and hamburgers from Bates, Mexican selections, Prince Pucklers ice cream and the standard hot dog and pretzel meals. The sound is excellent, the atmosphere peaceful and inclusive. I can think of no reason why you shouldn't look forward to an evening at the Cuthbert. read more

I really like the venue itself- acoustics are good, and it's in a beautiful spot. In fact, I drove all the way from Seattle to see one of my favorite bands here. However, I will not be back, and weeks later I'm still pretty upset about my experience here, hence this review. Let me preface this by saying that I go to A LOT of concerts - probably one to two a week - 100+ a year! I travel all over the place to see bands. It's kind of my thing. Typically, when you go into a venue, security checks inside your bag, maybe make you go through a metal detector if they're hardcore. I have no problem with that, safety first, right? That being said, I have never been pat down to the extent that I was at Cuthbert. I was wearing a tank top and leggings (no where to hide anything) and the security guard still more or less felt me up to the point that I was in tears by the end. I did, and still do feel completely violated and humiliated. Please, invest in some metal detectors and stop molesting people, because that's what you're doing. Even the TSA is not this bad. I will be doing all I can to take further action against these people, because this is not okay. read more

The venue itself is a beautiful place, shows I have seen have all been wonderful. I love Slightly Stoopid, Dirty Heads, Rome, and Sublime and would love for them to continue to come to Eugene, Oregon but why is the security getting to be so harsh on people? I was pretty upset upon entry for one when I had to shake my blanket, then I had to open my wallets...yes I have 2! That was a little much! I purposely brought a purse with just lipgloss, wallet, gum, ticket, and car keys! So it would be easy to check! My next bag had my blanket, and a jacket! Nope...had to hold up the line just to check every nook and cranny! Then after that I got pretty felt up by the female security!! The next thing I wasn't happy to see was how often they were going up to people that were smoking on there vape pens, or even just joints!...come on!! It's legal now, and what kind of a concert was I at again??? I think the security should find something better to do with their time, than to harass people. I even saw them getting mad at people for using the video on their phone. I guess you can't do that anymore now either! The only real plus side was that they did add liquor. I would rather have a mix drink over anything else. But I would have a suggestion...they should use the freshly squeezed lemonade with the vodka instead of that nasty crap they were serving! With my head spinning, I succumbed to the laws of gravity, my entire being collapsing into the cool blanket and green grass beneath me. And there patiently waiting for me in my minds eye was a menagerie of music and colors, a combination of ideas and feelings. You see kids, on this warm summer day, I was sipping on the special kool-aid. I imbibed and I swallowed it down without regret or remorse. I bought a one way ticket and packed my overnight bag for a non stop ride on the magic tour bus that swept me into a musical journey of exploration while visiting a distant piece of reality tucked deep into the farthest reaches of my mind. This day started out ordinary, or as ordinary as a day in my life can be. An evening concert in Eugene at the Cuthbert Amphitheater with friends was afoot, with the warm summer evening providing the perfect temperature and vibe for the anticipated show. Our regular cast of reoccurring characters and social miscreant stereotypes had secured a large section of lawn, with their blankets spread about signifying the boundaries of our temporary community. We arrived to find everyone lounging in conversations, smiles abundant, and drinks in hand as the amphitheater crowd continued to grow as the opening band began to play. Quick like a rabbit, I secured a $6.00 IPA, kicked off the low top All Stars and sat back while enjoying the scenes unfolding around me. An eclectic crowd of peace loving individuals were gathering and we secured a prime location to observe. The amphitheater offers about 25 rows of seats at the front and then two large sections of lawn above, perfect for picnics, frolicking, people watching and debauchery. As I watched the green grass surround us become a patchwork quilt of people, blankets, dancing and smiles, I snacked on food from the previous night's barbeque, ingested some fungus found hidden in a long forgotten sock drawer and allowed the scene to set just as quickly as it was unfolding around me. What's this? Some amongst us had a special drink, I was told...some amongst us had something to smoke, I was shown. Sure I will sample a drop, but not too much. Have more? I would be rude to say no. My God, man, I AM at a show. I appreciate the offer and the fact you want to share, but excuse me for a quick moment, but what was that running past, a white rabbit or a hare? "And I've just had some kind of mushroom, and my mind was moving low...I went and asked Alice, for I was sure she would know" Sun, substances, beer and debauchery, ah my good friends it is so good to see you once again. Christopher Robins had returned, the good doctor was in the house, and Twisted adventures were on the horizon without a doubt. I found myself on this familiar trip, mingling as I made the required loop, wandering through the crowds, striking up conversations with strangers while sharing a smoke. All while sensing the music shape the movement of bodies around me while creating a subliminal synergy that weaved amongst us all. I was somewhere outside of Barstow...scratch that, outside the bathrooms of in Eugene when visions of Rodin's Gates of Hell emerged in the concrete blocks in front of me, stocking conversations with wild eyed observations and stories. And despite my obvious state of being, smiles, nods and understanding were the norm that night, not the exception. Accepting and perceptive to my indulgent behavior. Eventually I returned to the group and our blanket bound commune, finding a spot close to that Tall Leggy Blonde I love so well. Her beauty radiated and her smile held no contempt for my journey...just a twinkle of understanding in her eyes, and a sense of caring in her touch. It was all so overwhelming, the music elevating the senses as the lights and colors inundated my mind. And it was then that I met the blanket, with the soulful voice of Santagold lulling me into a visually induced ride of a musical reality; feeding my head as I found answers to questions I never knew existed. I spent long moments trying to pry myself from my created world of imagery and light, to rise with my friends as Spearhead began their show. Eventually I forced myself to wake from my slumber of colors, eyes finding focus, mind grasping the current reality. I couldn't think of a better venue, concert or family of friends to come back to. The Cuthbert Amphitheater is a perfect outdoor venue. Oregon makes a big deal about arts parks, outdoor performances, because of the spectacular scenery, and that when the weather is good, it's great. One can behold Spencer Butte, as well as the Cascades. They're excellent for family-centered activities. It's a great place for performing medieval mystery plays, short stories of Edgar Allan Poe&Ambrose Bierce. Its got atmosphere. An ideal outdoor venue. Location, location, location! read more

Sometimes a concert venue can make or break the experience of seeing a performance. In the case of the Cuthbert Amphitheatre in Eugene, it makes everything even more enjoyable. I've been to enough concert venues to know what I like and this place pretty much takes the cake. The parking was free and easy to get in and out of with no hassle. The venue itself is nestled near Autzen Stadium (University of Oregon), aside a mellow stream and in amongst pretty greenery. It's not a humongous amphitheatre, so it still feels like an intimate setting and the view of the stage seems good no matter where you're sitting or standing. The food vendors looked pretty good and a few even had vegetarian options (gotta love Eugene). The other thing I loved about this venue is that they sell tickets through TicketsWest, which is MUCH cheaper than other ticketing agencies. I hope that some of the bands I love come play at the Cuthbert soon and I don't even mind travelling from Portland to get there. What a great place to hear music! Perhaps the finest venue in the northwest, not a bad seat in the house. Parking on the way in and out is free and a breeze, sound quality is excellent, concessions are reasonable. The Cuthbert's strength is packing audience in high and tight, meaning every spot guarantees a good view, seated or lawn. Okay venue, nothing to write home about. The seating situation is a little primitive considering the ticket prices, I feel like they're making a LOT of profit on these shows relative to ones in nicer venues such as their sister venue the Hult Center. Sound is okay too, not great. However, it carries quite a ways so you can listen to concerts for free outside the amphitheater. Best parts about this theater: Seating quite close to the stage, and a number of vendors will set up booths at the top, for food/drink, etc. read more

This is a great spot to catch an outdoor concert. Lyle Lovett came through this summer and put on a good show but we've seen everybody from Bonnie Rait to Snoop Dogg rock the place. We are more of chill on the grassy lawn and have a picnic types than the get up and dance up front or rock the new seats type. Make sure to check out the rules on what you can and can't bring in on the website before packing otherwise you might have to chug or dump something special. Tickets can be a bit spendy but a lot of folks just hang outside or paddle up in a canoe and listen for free dollars. read more

Great venue. The seats are close to the stage and sloped so it's easy to see over people. Loved how close I was to Primus and had a clear view. Everything is pretty easily accessible and when night falls it gets even prettier. Just keep the dirty LSD-induced hippies out, please. They smell bad. read more

Came all the way out there from Beaverton for the Rebelution concert. Omg was it awesomeeee!! Loved the fact you can bring your own chairs, blanket, have a lil picnic. This is a great venue for a Summer evening but I cannot recommend it due to the poor variety of concerts offered. The last several years they only seem to be focusing on the younger crowd. There are very few acts booked that appeal to an older crowd. In the past artists such as Jackson Browne, CSN, Melissa Ethridge, Pat Benatar, The Beach Boys, and ZZ Top appeared at Cuthbert. Now I have no idea who the artists are let alone identify any of their must. Very disappointing for the older crowd who have the money to buy the tickets! read more

I love seeing outdoor concerts at the Cuthbert, but wish I had known how to "do it like a local" before my first concert. Don't bother trying to pay more for reserve seats, this is the unique venue where sitting in the grass and showing up early for the "nose bleed section" actually makes sense. My first concert here was David Byrne and St. Vincent, but I've since been to Neko Case, Eugene Symphony and a variety of other shows. Bring blankets, food in gallon zip lock bags and buy your wine/beer on site. I also recommend packing a flashlight. The bike parking is awesome and super easy if you live in downtown Eugene or nearby. Parking is also free and simple, but I recommend bringing a flashlight. The summer concerts at the Cuthbert are just another stunning example about how living in Eugene year round is fantastic, and some of our best memories happen when the UO is out of session! read more

Came here for the Tech-9 concert. Fantastic venue, I was happy to be able to get close enough to get a seat. Was very organized and security helped get some of the annoying riffraff out of the way but wasn't over bearing. I also like that it's close enough to walk to from hotels across the river thanks to the foot bridge so you don't need a DD. read more

I had tickets to George Clinton last Saturday evening. We sat in the very back to avoid the alcohol drinkers spilling their beverages on us, but the pot smokers were too much. There is a covered area for cigarette smoking. Why is it okay to smoke pot out in the concert area??? I could not breathe! We left right before George came out. I'm very unhappy and will most likely never return. read more

This venue is harmful to your health. We got sick from all the marijuana smoke. We had to leave prior to the main performance due to illness. The security staff refused to address the issue. This is not an option for a concert if you want to stay healthy. read more

I have always loved going to shows at the cuthbert. Me and a large group of friends go at least 3 times during the summer for their reggae shows. I'm not sure that I'll be going back this summer for sublime or rebelution due to my experience on June 17 for slightly stoopid. Security was messing with people left and right about smoking weed. This is a reggae concert!! At an outdoor venue!! They've never been like this in the past. They were rude, power tripping and ruined the experience for many. Cuthbert better think about this or they're going to lose customers especially during those types of shows where the acts are encouraging marijuana smoking and security is against it. This was the worst Customer Service Experience EVER: Please read and remember when you purchase Tickets Via TicketsWest For the Cuthbert Amphitheater, You are likely to be accused of Theft in front of Thousands of People with no Proof! Read Below for our Horror Story! 9/18/15:I just got home after what was easily the worst customer service experience of my life. A few months ago friends invited my husband and I to the Catch A Fire show in Eugene, OR. We are from Portland. We purchased tickets and selected the US Mail option. After our friends received their tickets and we still hadn't, my husband Brian Benston contacted your customer service. This was on July 20. The chat agent told him that he could put our tickets at Will Call and that they would be available 2 hours before the show. We thought nothing more of it. We both took paid time off today to see the show, we drove two hours to Eugene and when we arrived at the Cuthbert amphitheater, we were excited for a beautiful outdoor show. When we got to the ticket booth my husband presented the sales person with his ID. She informed us that our tickets had been voided and she needed to get her manager. The manager came up to us and informed us that we had been caught. She said that we had put the tickets on Stub Hub and they had been purchased and because we were "reselling our tickets" she had voided the will call tickets. She accused us of stealing, lying, and theft. When my husband explained that we had never received the tickets and that two months ago we had talked to TicketsWest Customer Service, she told us we were lying and that the request for Will Call tickets came in today. We were shocked and tried to explain that we never received the tickets nor put them on sale. She told us again we were lying. When I asked her why she was being rude she told us that all the evidence was pretty clear. We never saw this evidence. My husband pulled up his email and showed her the chat transaction from July 20, proving that we had not requested Will Call tickets (that was the customer service agent's suggestion) and that the request did not come in today. She called your customer service line and spoke to someone named Thomas. We were not allowed to speak to this person. She explained to him the situation and the conversation lasted for about five minutes. She said things like "You're right, all evidence shows they did it. They are just mad they got caught." When she got off the phone she told us there was nothing she could do. My husband pulled up his stub hub account and showed her that no sales had been made. She continued to accuse us of lying and told us that "didn't prove anything" and then pointed to me and said I could have made an account. I've never used Stub Hub. I asked her, since she had evidence, if we could see the proof of our "thievery." She said she didn't have any on her. I asked if she had any information about the Stub Hub transaction. She told me she didn't. My husband called your customer service line and was informed that nothing could be done at the moment. So we were out our tickets, each of our paid time off that we took, and the travel time to and from Eugene. In addition to the humiliation and frustration of being accused of stealing and not even given a chance, by the ticket booth people or any of your customer service staff, to defend ourselves. We did not sell those tickets. We contacted you all in July and let you know we had never received the tickets. It says clearly on your website that if you don't receive the tickets in the mail you should call. We did. It also says that if you do call that the previous tickets will be voided. Why were they not voided? Clearly they were stolen from us and put onto Stub Hub? Why weren't we informed that suspicious activity had happened PRIOR to taking off work and heading to Eugene? Why were we treated by your customer service staff (who I realize is not the same staff for the ticket booth) like we were criminals? My husband and our friends have been planning this outing for awhile. I've never been so humiliated, treated so poorly by a company whose product we legitimately purchased and NEVER received. I truly hope you all will do the right thing and refund us our money and pay us back for our trouble. I will not give up on this, we did nothing wrong. I'm tagging some friends and family in this post so that it will not go unnoticed. 9/21/15:Just got off the phone with TicketsWest. Was questioned why I had waited from June 9th to July 20th to mention I didn't receive tickets for a show on Sept. 18th. Basically was just told the issue is the venues problem now, and they would take down my information, but from there end the sale already occurred and the Cuthbert Amphitheatre has their money. They mentioned in the future they will move to mobile ticketing which should alleviate these issues. Really disappointed by TicketsWest. read more

The grounds and variety of food & drink were both very good, however exiting from parking is a huge disaster. No movement in 20+ minutes, no visibility of staff directing traffic. It appears that the last to park are exiting first. That's a BIG let down after the show! read more

Popped into the Cuthbert to catch Shwayze and Cisco Adler perform. Chill venue, free parking, comfortable stadium type seating and a grassy lawn -- not a bad seat in the house. Although the parking is convenient, you have to be pretty serious about lawn comfort to drag a folding chair all the way from the parking lot. read more

Great place to see a show. Small venue, intimate atmosphere, good selection of vendors.

I really enjoyed my concert experience at Cuthbert! There isn't a bad seat in the house and I love the grassy lawn that you can sit on and enjoy the show. Outdoor venues are my favorite and this one is high on my list because of its intimate feel. They had many local food vendors to choose from and of course beer and cocktails. The stage is large and you can probably even sit outside of the amphitheater and listen to live music if you don't have a ticket. Many big artists come here from around the world and the visuals on the stage are wonderful. The staff have always been very nice to me whether it was a security guard or someone pouring beer. The lines can get pretty long for the pot-o-potties but that's how it goes at any concert venue that has alcohol. One thing to keep in mind is that getting a taxi when the show gets out is really difficult but that's obviously not the venue's fault. read more
