HORRIBLE! I learned to just make my appointments with Henry to avoid disappointment. Henry is very patient with me, offers me a beverage, and does small talk with me -- all of which I appreciate. Every time I get a design added -- which is not very often -- I get SEVERAL COMPLIMENTS from both men and women. When I get my (gel) nails done by Henry, they last the entire 2 weeks. I make jewelry as a hobby, and the only time my nails chip or break is if I am recklessly using them to manipulate metals instead using a tool. The pedicure was $50 and they didn't even remove any calluses. They just put lotion on my feet and clipped around my toenails and painted them my feet look horrible. We just wanted nail polish gel polish and they ended up doing manicures that were so uncomfortable and awkward with our arms up while we're trying to get pedicures and it cost me $240.
