After struggling to make a decision, knowing that I wanted something with a specific crown (4") and brim (3") size, Alexandria was able to fit me perfectly with a size small ebony Gemma that I absolutely adore! The attentive customer service and a little extra feather love made my first ever hat purchase a dream! Thank you Goorin & Alexandria!

(We're from San Antonio.) I first went in to get my husband one of the trucker hats from their Animal Farm collection and they didn't have the one he wanted. I picked another one and the girl wrapped it up nice, put it in a really cute bag and assured me that we could bring it back and exchange it if we wanted to. He did want to exchange it so he went in and exchanged it for another and picked one up for me. The same lady helped him that helped me and even though they were still out of stock on the one he really wanted he picked out another one and she took down all of his information and called him when they got in stock and held it. We never go to Austin without stopping in there and picking up something new. They always give great service and have an excellent selection of hats ranging from western to trucker. Oh, and they also have hat accessories like pins and feathers! Everything you need for your headwear.

When you walk into the store you just know you're in the right hands. The vibe of the place is as if Marfa and Joshua tree had a baby:) I've worn hats since I was 8 years old, and I hear so often, "you look so good in hats, but I just can't pull them off.." and I reply, everyone can wear hats, you just have to find the right one. What better of a situation than to get a hat made just for you! Your hat should tell a story, or a bunch of them!!! Chris, the hatter at Aspen Hatter, is exceptional. He took the time to listen to my ideas and get to know me and then understand the vision I had for my hat, which in this instance I didn't have specific ideas, I just wanted a statement piece. I basically knew the color and that I wanted to incorporate turquoise. He ran with it! The hat Chris curated was beyond anything I could've ever dreamed of. It not only a fit perfectly, but it also captured my personality and style flawlessly. My hat is the exact statement I wanted! The craftsmanship and attention to detail that went into creating my hat were evident. Every stitch, every curve, and every embellishment was carefully executed. You can tell how much pride Chris puts in his work. I highly recommend Aspen Hatter to anyone in search of a custom hat. The combination of professionalism, fun, and a comfortable space makes the experience truly enjoyable. Chris's ability to listen to his clients and then turn their ideas into something extraordinary is remarkable. I am grateful to have found Aspen Hatter and am already dreaming of my next one! If you want a hat that not only fits perfectly but also reflects your individuality, look no further than Aspen Hatter.

Something I've been paying attention to especially when shopping at a local business is customer…read moreservice and friendliness. I'm not sure if the gentleman who checked me out was the owner or a regular employee. Regardless, he did not have a friendly disposition when checking me out. (I am a woman of color for reference) he didn't even greet me which is a simple courtesy. I had to ask him "hey, how are you today" to which he didn't respond and just told me the balance I owed. My fellow friend (white male) checked out right after me and he greeted him! He also asked him how he wanted his items wrapped. (We both had the same items) If the store itself wasn't so nice and full of good merchandise/gifts I would've given it an even lower rating. To management: please know and remind your employees that even a simple hello goes a long way Edit: This seems to be a trend going years back (looking at reviews) with this business and their discriminatory practices. There are better local shops with less AI slop to patronize

While I do not shop at STAG Provisions for Men, I can appreciate the mural and the homage to. I value Willie Nelson's contributions. Willie Nelson is a Texas‑born singer and songwriter who helped redefine country music by choosing authenticity over mainstream country music. After early success writing hit songs for others in Nashville, he returned to Texas in the 1970s, where his independent spirit fueled the outlaw country movement. With his distinctive voice, storytelling style, and lifelong activism, Nelson became both a music legend and a cultural symbol of doing things your own way.
