Alexandria saved the day!…read more As a SoCal girl, this was a new experience and new accessory for me, but I desperately wanted to purchase something "outside" of my boring style box at Goorin. After struggling to make a decision, knowing that I wanted something with a specific crown (4") and brim (3") size, Alexandria was able to fit me perfectly with a size small ebony Gemma that I absolutely adore! The attentive customer service and a little extra feather love made my first ever hat purchase a dream! Thank you Goorin & Alexandria!

(We're from San Antonio.) I first went in to get my husband one of the trucker hats from their Animal Farm collection and they didn't have the one he wanted. I picked another one and the girl wrapped it up nice, put it in a really cute bag and assured me that we could bring it back and exchange it if we wanted to. He did want to exchange it so he went in and exchanged it for another and picked one up for me. The same lady helped him that helped me and even though they were still out of stock on the one he really wanted he picked out another one and she took down all of his information and called him when they got in stock and held it. We never go to Austin without stopping in there and picking up something new. They always give great service and have an excellent selection of hats ranging from western to trucker. Oh, and they also have hat accessories like pins and feathers! Everything you need for your headwear.

Something I've been paying attention to especially when shopping at a local business is customer…read moreservice and friendliness. I'm not sure if the gentleman who checked me out was the owner or a regular employee. Regardless, he did not have a friendly disposition when checking me out. (I am a woman of color for reference) he didn't even greet me which is a simple courtesy. I had to ask him "hey, how are you today" to which he didn't respond and just told me the balance I owed. My fellow friend (white male) checked out right after me and he greeted him! He also asked him how he wanted his items wrapped. (We both had the same items) If the store itself wasn't so nice and full of good merchandise/gifts I would've given it an even lower rating. To management: please know and remind your employees that even a simple hello goes a long way Edit: This seems to be a trend going years back (looking at reviews) with this business and their discriminatory practices. There are better local shops with less AI slop to patronize

While I do not shop at STAG Provisions for Men, I can appreciate the mural and the homage to. I value Willie Nelson's contributions. Willie Nelson is a Texas‑born singer and songwriter who helped redefine country music by choosing authenticity over mainstream country music. After early success writing hit songs for others in Nashville, he returned to Texas in the 1970s, where his independent spirit fueled the outlaw country movement. With his distinctive voice, storytelling style, and lifelong activism, Nelson became both a music legend and a cultural symbol of doing things your own way.

My biggest takeaway, beyond the great clothing and accessories, was Jeb. This man is a GEM. From the moment we walked in, Jeb greeted us and made sure we were taken care of. He was smiling and so incredibly friendly the whole time, even cleaning the cheap glasses I bought in the end before handing them over.
