I have a 2017 Harley Road Glide Special that I had the dealership install Custom Dynamics; LED signals front & rear. They were very impressive when I saw them on other bikes. Since my new bike was a replacement for the one that I was rear-ended on, I was going for extra safety and visibility, which these lights had in spades! Then I saw a bike with the strobe accessory (MagicStrobesSRG) which really added another level of visibility and safety. Now when other guys saw MY bike they were asking ME what the setup was!!! Custom Dynamics absolutely stands behind their products 100% My first strobe failed within the first 10 minutes of the first ride. They had a replacement on the way the very next day and only asked that I return the bad one so they could determine the fault. Since installing the replacement it has worked flawlessly. Customer service and satisfaction are top priority and I know my business was greatly appreciated - they told me so!!! I saw their vendor tents at Daytona's Biketoberfest; all of their stuff was on full display and for sale and being installed by their people if you so desired. They were friendly, polite and very professional. Just what I would expect with the great experience I have had. The only problem is now I've seen their LED accent light kits and I get the feeling more of my money is headed their way! I can't recommend them enough and if you are looking for LED anything, I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

Thank you; Custom Dynamics! I had purchased a 60" Reactor Truck LED Light Bar back in June of 2014. It had recently failed to operate properly 4 years later. So one Saturday morning I wrote an email to Custom Dynamics to explain what had happened with my 60" Reactor Truck LED Light Bar an included a photo. I was going to follow up this email on Monday morning knowing I was going to have to explain myself. Monday morning came and before I could make that call to Custom Dynamics, I got about 6 emails from them. Explaining they had received my email and were prepared to ship a New Replacement. They shipped that day and a few days later I had a brand new 60" Reactor Truck LED Light Bar. THIS is what I call Outstanding Customer Service. This is why I would not purchase any LED products from anybody else. These folks are the Greatest and I can't say enough good things about the Company and their products. They have the BEST & BRIGHTEST LED lighting around. Phil Mignella 3rd, Conroe, Texas read more

I purchased a set of rear lights directly from them while in Daytona for bike week and realized they were the wrong style that I wanted. Went back to them to exchange and they would not allow me to do so. Keep in mind this is directly from THEIR booth and not one of the other approved vendors, the booth was set up at the speedway. The lights I originally purchased were NOT ever installed. I realized I had accidentally purchased the PRO BEAMS instead of the regular led they offer. So I had to bite the bullet and purchase the set I actually wanted and spend another $89.99 and was stuck with the extra set which was 109.99 and I'm assuming they didn't want to help due to they would of had to refund me the difference. The customer service was horrible and I'd prefer to possibly never purchase lights from them again in the future. Highly upset when I thought they would definitely help a customer out in person and at an event like Daytona Bike Week. read more

In 2011, I bought a complete Kawasaki LED turn signal conversion kit for my Vulcan 900 Classic LT. This kit makes the turning lights very bright and highly visible both at night and during a sunny day, and I have been repeatedly praised for these lights from my biker mates in our riding club. In November 2017 one of the front turning signals stopped working. I contacted Custom Dynamics by email. A response arrived promptly from Jamie with request to send a photo and exact specs of the malfunctioning light, which was then shipped to me within 48 hours free of charge. I have purchased several LED products from Custom Dynamics and all of them lived up to the promised performance. Moreover, my recent experience with the customer service has been well above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be recommending products from Custom Dynamics to other bikers. read more

I recently purchased a saddlebag Signal lights for my 2015 HD motorcycle and unknown there was a technical issue with the wiring. I contacted Custom Dynamics and without any delays I was transferred directly to Kevin (in-house tech) for further diagnostic, after few guided tests over the phone, Kevin immediately identified the problem and requested a new harness be sent out to me. That same day Candice got ahold of me to confirm my mailing address and 2 days later i received replacement harness. I couldn't be any happier with the quality service and product Custom Dynamics truly delivers. They stands behind their products and takes care of their customers on the spot. Big Thank you to Kevin for helping solve my issue and thanks to Candice, sheryl and Corey for following up to make sure I get my replacement part delivered in a timely manner read more

I had a busted Plasma Rod...just wouldn't work. Without any hassle, no receipt, no jumping through hoops Jamie at CD asked a few questions and then told me to send it and and they would fix or replace. I was skeptical even though I've purchased from Custom Dynamics many times over 6 motorcycles, this was the first issue of interaction with customer services. I have to say I was VERY impressed with the courtesy, knowledge and timeliness during each step of the process from email, to them returning my call all the way through shipping a new Plasma Rod to me. I've been riding since...a long time and as long as Custom Dynamics is around, they've got a loyal customer in me! If I could give 6 stars I would, but a well-deserved 5 will have to do. Thank you guys for getting me back on the road...and seen in style. Markus read more

I ride a 2006 Harley-Davidson Road King, and I called Custom Dynamics after seeing and hearing of your products. I was interested in upgrading the lighting with front and rear amber LED turn signals along with the appropriate signal stabilizer. I spoke with a fantastic customer service rep, Erin, who was very professional and knowledgeable in the exact model lights for my ride. She patiently went over my order to insure I had everything I needed. I received everything in just a few days and installation was a snap. Your products are just wonderful. They are everything I was expecting and more. I couldn't be happier! Now I am going to go all out and eventually purchase the headlight, passing lamps, and rear brake set-ups. Thank you for great customer service and awesome products!!! read more

Excellent experience with Jamie! First off, when I called it was closing time, but you never would have known it by the time Jamie spent with me. I wanted to change over to an LED lighting system and Jamie took the time, not only to explain the options I was asking for, but he also caught a conflict with my model and made sure I got the right part the first time. The last thing I wanted to do is get my bike apart and find out I had the wrong part. Now I haven't installed them yet , but I am confident that I have everything I asked for and it will all install seamlessly. Thanks again Jamie! Also Billie, Lynn & Karen did their jobs perfectly, so I wanted to acknowledged as well. I cannot wait until I light up the road! Thank you to everyone at Custom Dynamics for what you do. read more

Custom Dynamics is without doubt THE place to go for ALL of your lighting needs. I've just installed my second pair of 'Fillerz' on my new M8, luckily the price has even dropped by $50 from the last set I bought. Having once been a 'add all the chrome you can to your bike guy' I now concentrate on Safety and Comfort. As for the Fillerz they come just short of "Blinding" anyone coming up your rear!!!! I feel MUCH safer when it comes to those behind me and at stop lights most cages seem to stop more than a car length from the bike. They also 'fill' that ugly hole that Harley chose to leave at the rear of the Rushmore and M8 touring models. Thank you Custom Dynamics for your multiple LED applications that make us riders incredibly more visible to those around us....Greg S. read more

Custom Dynamics customer service is bar none! I got a set of Ringz as a christmas gift for my '17 Harley Davidson Softail Slim. I commute almost 100 miles a day and was very bummed to find one of the tail light had come off and the outer ring was lost on the freeway. A replacement was mail out right away and received the next buisness day! Several weeks later, I come to find BOTH tail lights have come off. Custom Dynamics not only replaced them, but upgraded me to the new ProBeam. The ProBeams fit tighter, have stronger retaining clips and are more lightweight. I think this will be the last time I have to contact them, well until I order a set of ProBeams for my partners Honda Shadow or the ProBeam Headlight that is! read more

These folks are great not only did my order arrive super fast but their products are top quality. I was turned to them by my son who gave me a LED light strip for my bike as a birthday present. The strip was easy to install and worked perfectly for the 10 years I owned that Harley. Plus I had a lot of folks ask me about the light and where I got it. Now I just added the filler panel LED lights to my 2017 Road Glide. They've only been on a few weeks and I've had several folks notice them and ask me where I go them. After filling them in on the details and how easy they were to install, I'm sure I sold a few more. There is nothing better than a company that has great products and customer service. read more

Custom Dynamics has both the best products and the best customer service of any company I have dealt with. After setting up my 2012 FLHTCU a few years ago with a full set of Custom Dynamics LEDs (brake/signal/tourpak), some recent electrical issues related to a dying battery caused malfunctions. The CD tech representative took the time on the phone to walk me through several diagnostic steps, which quickly isolated the problem as a few burned out connectors on one module, and the sales rep quickly got me set up with the right replacement part. Could not ask for better service, and the new module plugged right in and work perfectly. I highly recommend Custom Dynamics. read more

I typically don't write reviews but after installing the front & rear replacement LEDs vs the stock Harley bulbs I was blown away on how much brighter the LEDs stood out. Riding on a sunny day, my buddies behind my bike couldn't believe the difference. The safety aspect alone is well worth the investment. The look of the DRL bright white halo rings on my front turn signals definitely gives my street glide a cool look. I'm totally happy with the product and will never own a bike without Custom Dynamics LEDs. Their instructions and ease of ordering make for a pleasant experience. Thanks for such a great product!!!!! read more

I've purchased LED lights from Custom Dynamics a few times before and have never had a problem placing orders online. I called to order lights this last time and had a great experience! The representative made sure to go over my order thoroughly and ensure that I had the correct part number ordered. I received the lights quickly, without issue, and they work amazing. These LED turn signal lights are a must on our motorcycles as they help increase visibility! Thanks Custom Dynamics for the great products and thank you for the superb customer service. read more

I had a Smart Triple Play Running Light and Turn Signal Conversion Module that went bad around 36 months. This product has a 5 year warranty. Called sales and customer service team who were awesome. They requested I send my module back to see if could be repaired and issued an RMA number. Within a couple of days they contacted me indicating that the module could not be repaired so they shipped me a new one. The whole process took less than a 5 business days. So impressed with the professional responsiveness of this company. Thanks Custom Dynamics! read more

Great customer service, quick response to email and fixed my issue fast by replacing an LED because 4 bulbs had burnt out...and get this, after installing the replacement that they sent me, I noticed that the replacement taillight was much brighter than the other, and wouldn't you know it, one email and another quick response letting me know that they'd be sending me another one because the hues needed to match. This experience with Custom Dynamics is EXACTLY what it takes to have me a customer for life. Thank you Lynn! read more

Have used your lights in the past and loved them..i Bought a 2018 Flhxs in March with your rear brake/turn installed by the dealer..after about a thousand miles or so,I had noticed a few LEDs failed on the one side. Excellent products & customer service. I have used their products in a number of applications over the years with no problems. Their customer service has never failed to walk me through several applications to make their products do exactly what I wanted them to do. I have had one product to fail (after 8 years of service) and it was replaced with no discussion and no charge. Good products....Good people........1st Class company. Custom Dynamics are the best! They really work with you to help you get what is best for your needs, with patient Sales and Tech Support, even successfully developing a new product variant when an existing product didn't work quite right for my particular bike model. Their products are great for enhancing OEM equipment. I fitted their light bar to the back of a Tourpak to improve signaling visibility.
