They have great pizza. They have so many options for pizza. I have tried the louder cheese which is a little too much cheese but so flavorful and gooey. The choose you own topping pizzas are very good. One of our favorite desserts here is the Anderson's ice team sandwiches. Their service is so nice as the employees reconciles local school jerseys and commenting so sweetly. There ambiance were great with a classic pizza place feel. The best steak sub I've ever had!!! I wish I took pics but I dug right in... steak and cheese sub was good and I can't wait to be back. Service was great. I came on a slow night and food was brought out piping hot with a smile!!! The restaurant, itself, is very clean and well lit. They had a cute Christmas tree up which added a bit to the ambiance. Very impressed! On Super Bowl Sunday my order was perfect. They also had a great deal on pizza and wings when other places did not. We ordered a sheet Pizza well done and our wings crispy/saucy and let me tell you they cooked it all to perfection! Our wings were jumbo, full of meat. Crispy and extra saucy! Our sheet pizza didn't have too much cheese or sauce but the ratio was so so good! Well done but not burnt. My entire family kept saying how good things turned out. Came in for some slices. The slices were older but we didn't get there until 8:30 at night. I'm not sure how long they were sitting out but they were still served to us warm. The staff was friendly. I had one sweet sauce and one regular sauce slice. I actually liked the traditional slice more than the sweet which usually is not the case. read more

Ordered a thick dough cheese and pepperoni pizza. Along with a meat lovers pizza. Got home and the meat lovers had the thick dough. Took them back to cusumanos to get them fixed. Come home and it's the same thing. No thick dough on my pizza, but on my husband's who didn't want the thick dough. I used to love cusumanos but they've been doing nothing but screwing up lately and they can't even fix it. My family and I have been loyal customers to cusimanos and have eaten there several times. But our most recent dining experience was not even sub par it was horrible. My family's food came but one meal was not brought to the table. When a family member asked where there meal was they were told they had gotten the food and we're treated like they were in thw wrong for not getting there food. Then we got the meal but it didn't have the fries. The staff member that was spoke to got an attitude when being questioned. Additionally the reasturant was empty besides one other person who had takeout. Over all the whole experience was horrible as the staff was flighty and rude. read more

We have been eating here ever since they opened. The food was always great and the service was the best. The last year theyb have been very inconsistent, but would correct any problems. The last month or two they have been pretty bad. Getting orders wrong, food that is burnt or raw. Two weeks ago I spoke with the owner as he happened to be in the store and he stated that they were having trouble getting help. I told him that as we eat there a couple of times a week we could see the turn over in help and that its hard finding good help. I just seen they are opening another store and it begs the questions are they growing to fast, do they have quality controls in place. three nights ago our subs were burnt rolls and dry meat and last night our calzone was served with raw dough ( second time) so we wont be going back for a while before we give them another try. Stopped here with some friends on a Sunday around noon, at first we were worried it wasn't open as there were not cars at all, and it was hard to see inside but upon checking the door we found they were open. I ordered the meat lovers calzone, it was really good, as described choke full of meat, the crust was soft and chewy and well seasoned. I ate maybe 1/3 of it, so there were plenty of leftovers. They gave 2 containers of marinara which while still not enough was more than some places seem to give. My husband got the steak and cheese sub and was very happy with it. You order at the counter and sit anywhere you want. There was plenty of seating. During our time eating a small amount of people trickled in. The parking lot has it's own playground which is awesome if you have kids. If you're in the area and looking for some good food, stop on by! read more

On the way to Niagara Falls and stopped by a pizza place on Lockport. Very friendly staff and clean place. The pizza selection was different from what I am used to.... Breakfast pizza and chicken. No red sauce. Instead it was mayonnaise and what looks like siracha(? Maybe). Nevertheless. I am thankful to eat after an hour and so driving. read more

Omg!! I can't say enough about this place. Everyone is so nice. I like that this is a family owned business. Their cannoli's are awesome! It blows another local place out of the water. The shells are fresh and I believe they are made to order. Do yourself a favor and just try the cannoli! read more

Don't order before closing time. When I first started ordering from here I thought that this would be my go to place. Last night I ordered a pizza. I did not know that they closed at 8pm. I had less than 15 minutes to pick it up after ordeting. When I brought it home, alomost all of the cheese was off the pizza onto the paper in the box. The crust was so thin you could almost see through it. Very disappointed. If you can't make the pizza in time, why did you take my order? Who ever was in charge, how could you let something like that out the door to a paying customer? When I worked closing at a restaurant, we took orders up to closing time, made sure everything was properly made, and waited until all the customers were gone. Things have changed. Menu and posted prices are outdated. Lockport staff are rude and argumentative to customers, do not know the menu, do not know how to ring up an order. Wings were dry and overcooked.
