Chicken Pad Thai

We decided to stop here for Lunch. They have Delicious Chicken Pad Thai. My only complaint is our booth smelled like fish.

Daughter and I were on the go today, running errands and had an appointment in the Lockport area. We were in the mood for some sushi rolls without a sit down dining experience. We Yelped and were lucky to find a lunch special right up our alley. We ordered the 3 roll sushi offering from the lunch menu - $13.49 before tax for pick up. Eighteen rolls all together: spicy snow crab, spicy tuna and spicy salmon rolls. Quite tasty and fresh. Good value. Not spicy at all though. That would be my only complaint. They made sure to hold the avocado in my rolls as I'm allergic to avocado. If in the Lockport area and I have more time, I'd stop back to try the hot lava stone steak. That sounds really good. Unassuming restaurant front in a strip mall set back a bit from the main road, next to the dollar store. Nice bar area.

We originally wanted to go somewhere else, but the wait was too long so we came here instead and I am so glad we did! The food was delicious and came out so fast! I ordered a sushi entree and my boyfriend ordered the chicken teriyaki. My sushi was delicious, but I did have a fish bone in one of the pieces (seriously not a problem though.) If we come again, we would probably try the a stone entree - YOU COOK IT YOURSELF AT YOUR TABLE. So fun!

As possibly the only one or one of very few Asian/Sushi restaurants in the Town/City of Lockport, this one is just average in my opinion. As far as the sushi goes, I've had better. The spicy snow crab roll has way too much "sauce"on it. This should be drizzled on or spotted on the plate to accompany the roll. The California roll was standard. I've had the steak pad Thai and shrimp pad Thai on two separate occasions and it was mediocre. It was not very plentiful at all on the protein. I asked for it spicy on both occasions and it lacked spice so I had to ask for Sriracha on the side. As far as the cocktails are concerned, the establishment uses Barton's vodka for their specialty martinis, which in my opinion is bottom of the barrel quality vodka. I had the Blueberry Martini and it tasted like straight up blue Kool-aid! I found myself laughing as I took a second sip as it took me back for a minute! I ordered a glass of Pinot Noir next and it too was very distasteful. The service is underwhelming. Our waitress was just OK; just basically trying to get through the shift with the bare minimum and no expression or personality. I haven't tried their hibachi entrees or their stone entrees. Maybe that's what I'll have to try IF I ever come back!

Ordering take out and enjoying a cocktail while I wait. A well made mojito!!

Always good and always busy which mean that they must be good. Nice bar area for after work socializing. Cathy is a great bartender!!

So my first time at this location. They may have been short staff that evening because to take our order... took forever but we started with veggie spring rolls, & avocado cucumber rolls so good! And the sauce they put on the side oh wow!! I ordered a chicken Thai which was a lot of food that I was able to eat some for lunch the following day. That's always a plus! Everyone else orders was very good and tasty! Oh the waitress didn't forget about us! They were just super busy... but definitely recommended for the experience of the steak on the stone....

The food was ok. Horrible unfriendly service. There are a lot of better options for your money. Avoid at all costs.

I was quite skeptical given I was a Panos regular, that served the same cuisine formerly at the same location. I'm not going to lie, I was intimadated by the menu prior to going. But that quickly went out the window, lol. First off, this place is gorgeous!! Pink and gold everywhere, with gold velvet booths!! Definetly a vibe !! The waitress was very down to earth and was well informed about the menu. She explained Mira had a small plate concept, they encourage to order a course from each section to share. I'm not going to lie, each dish was phenomenal!! No exaggeration!! And we were actually full afterwards. One friends ordered humus, I have never been a fan. However, that warm and fluffy naan with the perfectly blended humus ( i'm a texture girl) paired with the onions, spices, and oil !!! I was surprisingly pleased!! And my friends said don't sleep on that chicken thigh and i agree!! Beautifully grill chicken seasoned to the T, covered in onions and peppers laid tasty yougurt sauce. Honestly i could go on and about each dish we tried because it was just that good. Overall, I'd 100% recommend Mira, it is definetly worth the making the reservation. I would just say be open minded, ask questions as needed and get ready for an amazing culinary experiance. Great service, food comes out quickly and amazing great drink. It can get a little pricey but it is soooooooooooooooooo worth it !! I promise !!!

I was so excited to have brunch here but was unfortunately disappointed…read more The $15 breakfast sandwich (which I've heard amazing things about) was not very good. It was served barely warm, the bacon was mostly burnt, I got little to no cheese in it and the eggs were brownish gray in several parts. The hash browns were $9 for two. Objectively good but they were way too oily and heavy for me (yes, I know hash browns are fried in oil). I also didn't love the setup of brunch. You order at the counter and then pick your own seating. We had several people bringing food and waiting us throughout the meal. I would've preferred one server that we could tip at the end. 3 stars because overall the service was good, the restaurant is beautiful and the $6 croissant was good.

The private area for hosting was open for reservations and our book club met there. We had about 10 people but I would say this space is big enough for about 20! They have a full bar for drinks and mocktails and they also have some small plates for eating or sharing as well. I recommend the mezza plate! Very delicious. Staff were warm and welcoming and super nice and accommodating to our group. I would suggest stopping in for a nice drink and appetizer and maybe even pick up a good book! They have lots of comfy seats for you to enjoy your purchases.

Like c'mon! Imagine, you can have a cocktail and/or an appetizer and relax reading a book on the couch. Yes, I love this idea, I'm all about it. The place is small but seating is nicely spaced out, it's super cute and cozy, a modern rustic vibe, totally made me want to start my own book club just so I could be the cool person that hosts a gathering here! I came here for a Galentine's Day - Self Love Birthday gathering that was situated in the back room. It's a small room to the back left of the place where 12 people can sit at the three tables and there's a love seat and two chairs with a table accommodating 16 people and a couple more for standing room. We ordered three appetizers at the bar (see my pictures) and everyone ordered a mocktail. They brought the food over to our area but didn't ask who ordered the food or where to put it, they just kind placed it down and walked away. Appetizers were about $8, I was told the Buffalo Chicken Wing dip was not that good but I didn't try it. I ate the Mezza plate and appreciated it, would order again. I think this is a cute date night visit or a bring your bestie and chill kind of place. I'll definitely come back again with a friend to hang out, chat a bit and check out some books!

The wine bar was very close to our AirBnB so we walked down and had dinner and drinks. The servers were absolutely excellent - very friendly, very knowledgable, not condescending at all (which you might expect at some wine bars). We had the mussels and tried their wine recommendations and a few moscow mule variations. Everything was fantastic! We had such a great time that we came back the next day for their brunch! At that time we tried their amazing french bread with apples, and my wife had an incredible cabbage soup. Again, blew us away. We had such a great time that we came back that night for more drinks! We had a great time chatting and talking about the town. It was truly one of the best times I've had in a small town and we were thoroughly impressed by everything Ration Wine Bar had to offer. My only suggestion is that the wine menu needs to be available on the patio, because we did not appreciate the full breath of wine offerings. What we drank was very good however. We will definitely be returning.
