The repair man showed up on time, and was very clean, friendly, and professional. He asked thorough questions and assess the situation fully. He finds have time us we needed a new heater, but he was very honest. He did a couple of tests to be sure and found that we only needed a new thermostat. He answered all of our questions in detail and in ways that we could understand. He offered to install thermostat for free if we ordered through him. Otherwise, he said it was so very simple to do we can do ourselves, and he even showed us how and sent us detailed explanation on how to do it with one we would go buy ourselves. While I originally did not intend to leave a formal review, the number of issues I have encountered is unacceptable. I have experienced leaks throughout the system. I have even had to purchase my own crimping tool to repair pipes myself. Additionally, all of the piping in my bathroom required replacement. Most recently, I discovered that the main line entering the house has no support and is completely loose as water flows through it. I chose not to contact you for repairs because I no longer felt comfortable having your team at my property. I am sharing this feedback to document the poor quality of workmanship and the significant repairs I have had to undertake on my own.
