Old Ownership, Hillman: Extremely disappointed does not begin to describe how I feel after recommending this individual to my recently widowed mother. He got lost, although he lives on the mountain, was routinely rude to my mom on the phone and in person once he arrived. She's trying her best, and address shows correctly with exact accuracy on Google Maps. He spoke very kindly with me and then was very condescending to my mom.
