Quarantine review Vol.2 Been coming here to grab uniforms for my new job and I've been experiencing nothing but the best customer service from Martha! Shes super nice, super attentive and just over all great!! Entering here can be a little intimidating due to the fact that all kinds of law enforcement comes here to stock up on their uniforms and gadgets. Or maybe its just me over thinking it?? Some of the stuff that they cary are off limits to the normal consumer you need a badge to purchase the fancy knives etc. The bathrooms are clean the customer service is great and uniforms are nicely ironed and they tailor them to your body. They need to extend their business hours an hour later. Hard to make the long drive by 5pm on a work day. Also they don't always answer the phone so that's frustrating since I don't want to have to make the aforementioned long drive just to find out what I need isn't available. read more

This uniform store has always been top notch. I traveled 5 hours from my hometown to get patches sewn on. They treated me with the upmost respect, and had me in and out within 30 minutes. My experience started out pretty upsetting due to being a more curvy and tall girl with a severe lack in size options, but I wouldn't have made it through without Ann! She was compassionate during my (almost) breakdowns. She was accommodating and did not stop working with me until we found a solution. Received a partial order almost 3 month ago. They don't answer the phone so I had to make the hour drive to let them know. They stated it would be shipped to me in about 2 weeks after it was completed. I attempted to call them for an update after another month passed but they never answered the phone. I sent an email to their customer service and they called me back saying the order was complete but hadn't been shipped so I could pick it up. A couple more weeks passed so I made the hour drive again just to be told it was never actually made and if I wanted it then I would have to wait another two weeks and then have it shipped to me. If it actually ships this time... So I have a partial order sitting at home for almost 4 months now. Go to Galls or Advantage Gear for actual customer support and appropriate order times. read more

Among the limited tactical stores in the surrounding area, Martha makes the drive to Curtis Blue Line all worth it. Her customer service should be modeled after! Her attention to detail, welcoming demeanor, helpful and upbeat personality makes for a great experience as a consumer! Two of my colleagues and I were getting fitted for uniformed items while there was an academy rush during our visit. Martha measured the three of us , all the while a quick stop to pet a puppy a customer had brought in! She didn't skip a beat once! While we drove back to our station (located in the Bay Area) we could not stop talking about how great Martha and her crew are! We could easily go to the LEO store in Concord which is 10 minutes away from our station yet, we return. Just went in to grab a few things. Approximately 15 minutes, five of which were waiting at the counter to pay. We were never helped and ultimately left our stuff on the counter and walked out. Awesome service! The store has a tun of selection at your fingertips; if they don't have it on the floor they order what you need within a timely manner so I'm VERY pleased with the help I received. I decided to try Curtis because my place (though they had uniforms) didn't have their act together. I walked in to Curtis on Monday morning while they were still slow. Talk to the sales person who was knowledgeable about my departments uniform change and standards. Though they didn't have my size (a bummer on several levels) I was happily ordered the sizes I needed. Terrible customer service and inventory, not what it used to be service wise a year or so ago. Today I went to get new uniform pants and waiting for about 10 minutes to get marked for the hem on the pants. I changed back into my normal pants then wait for over 30 minutes for someone to come by and take the pants to hem them for me. Was ignored the entire time and ended up leaving as no employee came to get the pants. Tried to flag down two employees for the issue and they just walked by like I didn't even exist. They also have not had my agency's uniform shirts in stock for about two months stating the company isn't sending them. Other stores have managed to get them.... After being off on medical for 2 years, I was finally cleared to return to work & my dept wanted me back asap. During the time I was off the dept changed uniforms & my return to work was contingent on how fast I could get new ones. I went to Curtis Blue Line and Steve P. worked some serious magic. I needed to try several different sizes, which CBL had in stock. No alterations needed, but my long sleeve shirts needed patches and embroidery. Evidently my department was suppose to provide patches (which they didn't) and there was to be a week wait on the embroidery (name & 6 service stars). Steve P. managed to find patches for me & get the embroidery completed same day! I'm so thankful that Steve & the CBL alterations god were sympathetic to my plight. I previously had embroidery from another company I ordered the shirts from which they removed and kept the integrity of the shirt in perfect condition.
