This is a pretty big location with friendly staff members that will make your shopping experience smooth. There are a few fitting room in the middle of the store so when it's busy it might be a wait. The selection is a tiny bit limited. Lots is items have missing sizes that would have to be ordered online. When there is a missing size, staff would help look online and order for you. The quality of items are a little inconsistent. Some things are absolutely indestructible, but some shine two sizes in wash. So it's gonna be a gamble haha. The prices are not bad when there is a sale going on. Which is pretty often. So time your purchase~ read more

We happened to be in the area and needed some new, warm clothes for an up coming trip. Sports wear was our main goal and I was pleasantly surprised to find there was clothing and accessories that drew my interest right away. Joe K and I were wandering the store and found some nice items at reasonable prices and even some tempting sales going on! There was a lot of variety in casual and sports wear throughout the store. I found a pair of leggings and sweat pants for myself. Unfortunately Joe couldn't find a water repellent jacket in his size. There was only one style that he liked, but nothing in XXL. They do have signs posted in the store that if they don't have your size available, you can arrange to order your preference and have it shipped to your home at no additional charge. I tried to convince my BF to inquire about this, but he prefers to try things on at the store before purchase. I'm like that too, but it's nice that Old Navy offers this option! Also, we didn't have to wait long to check out! The cashier was friendly and efficient. That's always a plus and a good incentive to return again! read more

Maria is an employee who went above and beyond to help me find the right size Christmas pajamas for my grandson! I called this store when I was unable to find the right design and size at other Old Navy stores. She found the next size up and put it behind the check out station and held it for me to pick it up. In the 20 minutes it took me to drive there, she took the initiative to look through the children's department and found the size I needed. Maria goes the extra distance and was so friendly and professional. Thanks again for your help! read more

Thank You For The Solid Tees! SITREP I have such a hard time shopping for myself because it seems that every single item I wear I had to get at a SEPARATE store, requiring a SEPARATE trip to just get the item I need: in other words, I can't seem to find more than ONE item I need at any one store. *UGH*. THE SETUP Case-In-Points: * My favorite tennies are SKECHERS, and I usually only trust to find both the size and models I want at the Skechers at the Factory Outlets in either Folsom or Vacaville - at least 25-30 miles in either direction from my Midtown Sacramento home. * My favorite Jockeys are at the same factory outlets, except my need to get underwear most of the time is not at the same time I need to update m Skechers. [But luckily shoes & underwear aside, every other clothing item is usually someplace within Sacramento.] * My Black Dickies utility short-sleeve shirts I either have to go to Target or WalMart [OR online, but I don't like shopping for clothes - especially tees and shirts - online.] Same with socks, and jackets, and dress shirts, and dress pants, etc. etc. etc. JC Penneys, Burlington North, Costco, REI, etc.etc. So again, shopping is never convenient for me. TEES Which brings me to Old Navy! https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/old-navy-sacramento-2?select=abY4l1ZSanHxXjwUp-xAlA&userid=3mNz5nQFTIBQm0oU5mBR0w At least here at Old Navy they have some of the patterned and solid colored t-shirts I need. Their "Tee Shop" is a veritable bonanza of options that very much appeal to me in terms of both 1. Comfort, and 2. Cost. https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/old-navy-sacramento-2?select=iw3rS5BAAADhbbM_ovux8w&userid=3mNz5nQFTIBQm0oU5mBR0w And once in an while a pair of gloves if REI is just too absurdly expensive. THE LOWDOWN Thanks Old Navy for having something I need. read more

Plenty of parking spaces in the shared lot. Clean interior. A little busy in the late afternoon on a weekend. Hand sanitizer available, but the staff don't wear masks. I like that they have a price-checker in the store. A lot of the clothes are expensive. I browsed some of their coats, some of which were $80 at regular price. A thin poncho was $30. Their basics are affordable. The clearance racks are messy. The women's graphic tee selection is pitifully lacking in taste. The men's section has a bit more variety but is also lacking. The placement of their tags is somewhat questionable. On a coat, it was under the armpit; on a poncho, it was attached to the bottom. If the tag placement could be more uniform across different clothing items, it would make for a better customer experience. read more

My first time inside an Old Navy! This review is for the one by Arden Fair Mall. Lots of parking, easy to find. The store is HUGE!! Right when I walked in it felt cheerful and fun and clean. Fully stocked everywhere and people folding and stocking while I was shopping. I had two items I specifically wanted and they had both in my size so that was a win!! Dressing rooms are clean and getting in and out was easy. The employees were friendly and helpful. There was a very long line to check out and it took a while - but again - everyone was super cheerful and friendly so I didn't mind. Prices are reasonable and fair. They have tons of cute shirts and jammies for Christmas with festive sayings. Great place to buy presents too. read more

First time to this location. Same layout as the Old Navy in Natomas. So, I expected nothing out of the norm. Super long check out lines!!! Little to no customer service. Typical Old Navy store. What made this trip worse was their price check scanners in this store! Out of 4 that I saw, 1 worked! I was getting so frustrated walking back and forth trying to get prices on items, to find it not working, just plain annoying!!! How come you have all this technology, and it doesn't work?! This will be my last and final trip to any Old Navy stores. I've never had a pleasant shopping experience with Old Navy, their clothes don't last long. The kid's shirts are made for shorter torso, my kids have longer torso, so it never fits well. Baby items are overpriced! That is why I shop at the outlets for baby items, it's cheaper than Old Navy and last longer. I had some cash back rewards to use during this trip, but I am no longer returning to Old Navy. read more

It's exactly what I'd expect for an Old Navy...almost. This latest edition to the chain is a cookie-cutter version of every Old Navy store I've ever been to. It has just what you'd expect, and for those who are in love with the Old Navy brand, this store does it as well as any. I'm docking a couple stars because the men's section is smaller than I've seen at other stores and because of the long lines and limited cashiers. I stood in a line for ten minutes only because one person was ringing people up while another was doing something on her register without acknowledging the building line in front of her. read more

A shout out to Emma ! Isn't it just wonderful when we encounter a pleasant, friendly and helpful sales associate! Emma was awesome, patient and made sure that we left there happy! Moreover, there was a long line and she was the only one who spoke out loud and announced " thank you everyone for your patients, we will be right with you"! That is what I call awareness, being attentive and acknowledging customers, as to make their time in line more easeful. She definitely made our shopping experience fun at Old Navy! Inventory: Generous quantity in every size, including those items currently on sale. Check the clearance because you may find additional savings. Customer Service: Every employee I approached for assistance was enthusiastic and helpful. The sales associates at the cash register really know what their doing, and they complete the transaction without any unnecessary delay. The line moved quickly! Parking: Lots of parking is available close to the entrance of the store. Sizing: Most of the garments seem to run larger than your typical size. Prices: There are plenty of ways to save, and if you have coupons you'll get even more savings! read more

Old Navy has many stores in suburban Sacramento. This location is near Arden Fair in the same power center as Kohl's and Olive Garden. Parking is abundant and convenient to the other stores. Their clothing is fashionable and cheap. Some of the quality can suffer with minor imperfections in stitching, but I find them to be a great value. They are aggressive with sales and coupons so sign up for emails and rewards for the best deal. Kids clothing is a great option here too. Old Navy is the cheaper cousin of Gap which is the cheaper cousin of Banana Republic. Finding your size can be a challenge, but you can still look like a million bucks for a lot less here. read more

i've been trying to call the store for almost 2 days now....no one answers the phone!!! worst customer service ever!!!!

I was here the other day and was not too impressed with the store. It was cleaned and well maintained but some sizing options were not available. I did find one thing in the clearance aisle that I purchased. It was difficult for me to track a team member when I needed to try something on...I walked around for a bit before I finally located someone to assist me. I docked a few stars because I was a bit frustrated with the lack of sizes that I was looking for, the fact that I had to find a team member in order to try something on. read more

Old Navy has always been my go to for casual and sports attire. I've shopped at many of their stores but this particular one I will never come back to. The customer service is horrible and the cashiers are extremely rude. I would not recommend coming to this one. The elk grove or natomas one is sooo much better. If I could, I would give them no stars. read more

Had a really good experience when bringing in 2 pairs of jeans I was hoping to exchange. I couldn't find the right sizes in the store but the employee was able to order 1 of the pairs online and ship to my house for free. Popped in to find some shorts and dresses. I had about 10 items to try on, but two minutes in the woman running the changing rooms started back coughing. Not like a couple of coughs, like a solid minute of wet coughing. It stopped and I decided to try on a couple more things, but then the coughing started again. I left without buying anything or trying on half the clothes I had brought into the room. I understand she probably doesn't have paid sick leave and needs the pay, but come on. It's flu season. I won't be coming back to this location. read more

I came in looking for shorts and I tried on 20 articles of clothing which is great because I saw a lot I liked. There were 6 people in line before me for the fitting room but the girls running itnwere prompted and made the transitions quick and easy. I ended up with a pair of shorts which were on sale for $11. I was pleasantly surprised with the price. I did try on a dress that smelt like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes in it so I hope that they start having a better return policy and check the clothing. I had a hard time finding shorts in my size. It seems that they carried 0-10 and everything else was very sparse. Dana helped me out at checkout and was super friendly and relatable. I give this place 4 stars for the lack of sizes(which might not be their fault). 5 stars for Dana! P.S. I really hope her name is Dana. I know it for sure ended in "ana" read more

This is one of the better Old Navys in the area. I usually go to the one in Natomas, but the parking lot is a nightmare. The last choice was the ON on Howe, but that's long gone and good riddance. This ON seems larger than most, and it's newer, so it still seems shiny and organized. The customer service there has been great, too. I've been three times in the last ... 2 months, let's say, so I don't seem like a shopaholic (I'm really not). One of these occasions, I was trying to find a hat I could wear to colder/rainier areas and there was one that an employee knew existed. We walked all over the store and couldn't find it, but it was nice of her to drop what she was doing and look for me. Not all employees would have done that. This will definitely be my go-to Old Navy from now on. Ample parking, great service, and decent selection. read more

I'm totally and completely in love with this location! It's next to Arden Fair Mall -- so you can do major damage to your credit card, or just pop in for a quick window shopping session. The parking lot is huge -- so don't worry about getting caught in car exhaust. You'll be fine, I promise. I've been here twice and feel like this is my spot. I will admit that I went here on a whim, as I haven't willingly gone into an Old Navy since freshman year of college. To me, it had the perception of being too young. I'm really happy I stepped in, because I was happy with the selection and even happier with the sizes. The Old Navy I used to know, turned into the NEW Navy I will continue to come back to. And the sales make it so I don't have to dig myself into a hole of debt. Yay to a good credit score! read more

The short: Needed some generic boring clothing for a boring event so went with old faithful The Long: I had a party to attend to and I am not the khaki and polo shirt kind of guy so I had to track something vanilla down to wear. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a shirt folding employee. I started wandering through checking out this and that and while I was doing it I blinked and I was in the kids department. What in the hell happened in here? This location has about 20% guys clothes 30% kids and 50% women clothes. Not only that buy half the racks were empty or about half of the section itself was the sale area. There was pretty much nothing in here except for the serious basics. They had more undershirts than actual clothes you wear in public. What a waste of my time. I suppose if you are a woman there will be plenty for you here. What works: Vanilla clothing at a reasonable price What to improve: The smallest guys section in any store I have ever seen read more

Old Navy: it's a clothing store! With clothes! ...aaand that's all I got. I prefer this new location, as the old store on Howe & Hurley was very cramped and that parking lot was a nightmare to navigate. Now their parking lot has plenty of space and their store (which, as a slight downside, now is a carbon copy of every other Old Navy store) is now very well-lit and spacious with plenty of room for more stock. I guess Old Navy is simply OK to me because their stock is never very thrilling. Old Navy is great when I need a buttonup shirt or slacks for work or possibly some simple gym duds. Their clothing has never really thrilled me with design, color, originality, etc. But it's good quality clothing that won't break your bank, so it's a great place to stock up on basics. Plus their staff always seem friendly, so that's a bonus. read more

Let me tell you why this store is one of the best Old Navy locations out there: April. She's the manager I believe, and is extremely helpful. She runs the place very nicely and one can tell the employers all love working with her. The time I've been there she is quick to not only check in with the customers but also with her employees, something that is seldom seen in retail now a days. This in turn leads to excellent customer service. DO NOT GO TO THE ELK GROVE STORE! They are rude as hell, messy displays and super crowded all the time. You are better off in this one. They have a good range selection and sizes. Their clearance is always poppin' too. When you are in line to pay, do yourself a favor and take out your cellphone. Look through Instagram, you email, Facebook, give me a thumbs up on Yelp and add me as a friend, because when you are in line to pay they have all these knick knacks that you really don't need but end up buying. You're welcome. :) read more

I like old navy and I like this physical location.. the service was great during Covid curbside pick up. I went here recently and had a different experience. whoever the worker is on the floor can be a "bug a boo." I like to shop for clothes as retail therapy and to relax but it gets annoying when the same worker keeps asking if I am ok or if I am finding everything ok. I know it's their job but just chill. Probably some.of the most unwilling and rude store associates in an Old Navy store that I've ever shopped. 'Nuff said!

I went to the Arden location this afternoon, I must say, worst customer service. First of all the line was ridiculously long.
