He was over quickly and had my furnace up and running. I would, also, say he is professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I've seen a couple of low ratings, but they were for services other than HVAC. Based on my experience and that it is Jerry's Heating and Cooling it makes me wonder of those people are putting their review on the wrong business. On Google Jerry's Heating and Cooling has 100% 5 star ratings with 138 reviews.

I also discovered that thru discussion that Jerry and I had a few mutual acquaintances and some things in common. Nice guy, I do recommend him & its highly likely he will take care of ur issue on the same day as his van is well stocked w/ things he needs to do the job on the spot.

It was quickly becoming an issue for my employees, and if we didn't get it fixed soon, we would have to consider canceling work. I called one company who came out, and then told me that I really just needed to replace the furnace, and gave me prices to do that. I reached out to R.J. O'Neil for a second opinion, and boy am I glad that I did. They initially said they couldn't make it till the following AM, but an hour or so later I received a call that their technician had finished a job earlier than expected and could make it out today. Great News!! The technician came out, and after troubleshooting, found out that it was a processing board that needed to be replaced. He ran back to the shop to grab one and made the switch. We had heat back up and running by the end of the day. Being a business owner, it is always nice when you can find a trustworthy company that isn't just out to make a quick buck, but to foster a business relationship. I will definitely use them again in the future for my business and personal HVAC and plumbing needs. I also will continue to refer them to others. A big thanks to the team for getting our heat working so fast.

Unless you want a poorly-installed system that keeps breaking down and leaves you without cool air on the hottest days of summer, don't use CRS Mechanical. My Daikin is 5 years old and I have had them out every year since it was installed. The Daikin was replacing an old Sanyo AC that ran for 20 years without needing repair. CRS has come out multiple times, charging me hundreds of dollars for each visit, but my unit STILL is not functioning properly. CRS has not followed up on commitments to complete the promised work (e.g., coming back to confirm leaks, etc.) CRS was a BAD choice! (I live in Joliet, but I'm posting on my son's Yelp account.)

Daniel the service technician opened the unit up and tested everything. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He discovered a bare wire that had been chewed (possibly by a mouse) and was touching the metal housing which tripped the circuit breaker. Daniel replaced the wire and the unit is working perfectly. The honesty and integrity of this company is refreshing. We will not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to all our friends.

I asked for a proposal to decide later. Technician told me that the visit costs $396. He said that he fixed air conditioner that was not working. He never told me that he is fixing anything.
