What a Great company!!!! I recently received a notification from the city in regards to my RPZ for…read moremy sprinkler system , stating that it is required to be tested. I had just purchased my home in the fall of last year and really had no clue what this device was used for. I reached out to some friends that I knew had lawn sprinklers and they led me to TPI . When I called , the owner Gregg answered the phone, he was very polite, very understanding of my non experience of dealing with this situation and was very informative and explained every step of the process. I scheduled an appointment with him , they day of the appointment he arrived on time , walked me through what he was doing and explained to me the whole purpose of the device . After his initial test was complete , it had shown that the device had a malfunction within it, Gregg then proceeded to explain to me what the issue was, how much it would cost to fix and was able to do so the same day. It turned out to be a simple fix for Gregg and he was able to get it to pass the test and certify it. Gregg worked very efficient , was polite, showed his knowledge of his trade and didn't try taking advantage of my lack of knowledge in regards to this matter, He offered to leave the old parts with me which shows me that he was honest with his work. I will defiantly recommend Gregg from Test Pro Inc to all of my friends! Keep up the good work!!

I asked for an itemization of what exactly they were charging my 1,782 dollars for...never happened. All I need was a water pump installed. Then they told me I needed to hire an electrician. How foolish since the pump started it just was not working properly. Two pumps later and it still is not operational. Ed finally told me I had a choice, keep the pump that did not work or refund my money. Nice business. Terrible people skills. My husband passed away from pancreatic cancer... I'm single mom with three kids, guess Ed thought I was a fooolish woman who knows nothing about running a house and he took full advantage of my situation. I did get partial refund and have no working pump. I'll look forward to talking with my neighbors for recommendaions irrigation businnesses that demonstrate professionalism, ethics and competence.
