After reading about Edwards, I called and left a message. Within the hour I was called back and we arranged a time. As the time approached, I received a text they were going to be 15 minutes late. When they arrived at that time, they went straight to the furnace and got busy troubleshooting. I watched them work and was impressed with the systematic way they used to zoom in on the problem. When it was determined what component failed, they had one in the truck. Before replacing the component, they looked for the reason why the component failed. They found a restriction/blockage. Upon clearing the problem, they fired up the furnace and it ran as it should. The component didn't need replacing. I gladly paid the fair price I was charged. I feel I was treated fair and honest and will call on them anytime I need my furnace/ac fixed. Thanks!

His first question was why did I think I need a new one?. My reply was because the storm took it out and it must be damaged. Most would have taken my word for it and begin giving me a price for a new one. Not Frank. His honesty saved me $3000 dollars or more. I will not be forgetting his honesty or his professionalism. Harmonic Heating and Air Conditioning is the BEST!!! Our AC…read moredied and after another company told us that our unit could not be repaired and had to be replaced ($6,000), we contacted Harmonic for a second opinion. Daniel the service technician opened the unit up and tested everything. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He discovered a bare wire that had been chewed (possibly by a mouse) and was touching the metal housing which tripped the circuit breaker. Daniel replaced the wire and the unit is working perfectly. The honesty and integrity of this company is refreshing. We will not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to all our friends.

My entire cooling and heating system was left in an inoperable state…read more I called for a diagnostic of the air conditioner today because cool air isn't coming from the vents. I was told the diagnostic would cost $149. I asked to be informed of any repairs that had to be done. Technician checked the system and recommended replacing unit. We discussed replacement unit and cost. I was ready to pay deposit. In the next 10 minutes I was told that the model I selected is old and not available. New model costs $1000 more. I asked for a proposal to decide later. Technician told me that the visit costs $396. He said that he fixed air conditioner that was not working. He never told me that he is fixing anything. Through our the visit it looked like he was figuring out the problem. I talked to the owner and we agreed that any repairs that were done will be undone so that I do not have to pay for repairs. Then the technician removed all the wires from the board making both heat and fan unusable. He did not just undo the "repairs", but made entire system unusable including fan and heat which were working before his visit. See the photos to show what was done!
