His first question was why did I think I need a new one?. My reply was because the storm took it out and it must be damaged. " I can fix it if you wish, it is your choice" Within 10 minutes the A/C was running and he was giving me hints on how to take care of it. Most would have taken my word for it and begin giving me a price for a new one. Not Frank. His honesty saved me $3000 dollars or more. I will not be forgetting his honesty or his professionalism. THANK YOU FRANK. Roy Cavell.

The tech did not tell me that the foam on the A/C was totally rotted thru, he removed the vent shield from the side of the heater making it less efficient. He did not notice that a coupling was the wrong type and could have easily leaked. He also didn't have the right shut off fitting and told me to keep the one he did have at a 45' angle, not 90' or 0' as is standard in shutoffs. I would never use them again.

Divide and conquer: Clayton handled the flush...no problems there, while Kyle tackled the water hammer, which speculated might be the result of a faucet cartridge I improperly installed. But he checked everything...water feed under the sink and even pipes in the basement (which he snugged since it looked like one of them was loose). Then it was back to the sink and the faucet cartridge. The good news? I hadn't muffed the installation! I just looked like the part was a lemon. Better news? He had the part on hand. Even better news? Both projects cost less than expected, even without using a discount card I had forgotten was taped to the fridge. In. Out. Done and done, but not before they did a thorough check for leaks. They were followed by Josh who talked me through the wide variety of furnaces they offer.
