They immediately evaluated my entire HVAC system and due to age and condition it was deemed it would be most beneficial to replace both the furnace and A/C unit along with my water heater; they were all 30 yrs old. They also cleaned my entire duct system and clothes dryer venting and showed me before and after photos - WOW...what a difference!! I'm so thankful they were available to assist me, and they were more than honest and helpful in this unfortunate situation. Other HVAC contractors were quoting me quite a bit more for the same replacements without the duct and dryer vent cleaning. New furnace, a/c and humidifier. Ouch! Called Franzen and from the time they inspected our old system to ordering our new equipment and getting us in for install, it was just a little over a week. Amazing turn around time and service! Very fair pricing too. Tony worked with our budget and have us a few different options. He explained the various levels of furnace efficiency and helped us choose the right equipment for our house. We ended up going with the most efficient unit and he explained the additional vent pipe that this would require that was included in the installation process. Jason and Trevor completed the install. They were so kind, respectful and knowledgeable. They went the extra mile to talk to my kids and keep an eye on our dog while I took the kids out. It was really a pleasure to have them over working on our house. Very tidy too! Put down lots of drop clothes to protect our carpet. Jason constructed a new plenum for our furnace and his sheet metal skills are really on point! Very clean work. He takes pride in what he does. Same thing with the piping. He figured out how to assemble the new vent piping so that it would be as flush to the ceiling as possible. Excellent workmanship and really excellent people to work with!

Andrew arrived at my house, not in a company truck with no logos etc. He stated that he could diagnose my refrigerator and get it up and working. We called LG for a new compressor and a new memory board that was under warranty (free) from LG. It was shipped directly to my house. Andrew and a friend came back with hardly any tools needed for the job and replaced both items. I paid him $500! My refrigerator worked for a few weeks then stopped cooling. I called Andrew and after many attempts and days passed he got back to me. He came back and put additional coolant in the compressor and left. It never worked and after multiple weeks of texting and calling he never got back to me. I had a different repair company come out and that technician fixed the problem within two hours. He used a computer to update the memory board (something Andrew never did). This repair person told me all the things that Andrew and Arts Repair didn't do properly and just skipped in his workmanship. DO NOT USE ARTS APPLIANCES. Lack of customer service! Lack of trust. It seemed shady when he showed up and I should have gone with my gut and not used them. I called the local appliance store that told me about Arts Appliance (Andrew) and notified them of the situation. They stated that they should not have recommended Arts Appliance because it's a company policy not to refer business to other companies even if it is an LG. They told me that was their 2nd call of the day regarding Arts Appliance and the same scenario.
