The tech did not tell me that the foam on the A/C was totally rotted thru, he removed the vent shield from the side of the heater making it less efficient. He did not notice that a coupling was the wrong type and could have easily leaked. Unless you want a poorly-installed system that keeps breaking down and leaves you without cool air on the hottest days of summer, don't use CRS Mechanical. My Daikin is 5 years old and I have had them out every year since it was installed. The Daikin was replacing an old Sanyo AC that ran for 20 years without needing repair. CRS has come out multiple times, charging me hundreds of dollars for each visit, but my unit STILL is not functioning properly. CRS has not followed up on commitments to complete the promised work (e.g., coming back to confirm leaks, etc.) CRS was a BAD choice! (I live in Joliet, but I'm posting on my son's Yelp account.)

Also, we have two HVAC systems in our home and both appear to be undersized. I will be getting an estimate to upgrade both systems, as well. Roger is very friendly and does great work. He's responsive and very easy to deal with. They were referred to me by a friend, who trusts them as much as I now do. I had a horrible experience, with a different HVAC contractor, about 12 years ago and it's nice to now have a contractor that I can trust. Having trust in a contractor is important, and they've earned my trust. I highly recommend them!
