I paid them $2,200 for a new propane HW heater, and service check on the A/C and Heater. They did…read morenot tell me they would charge me for travel time from Peru. The tech did not tell me that the foam on the A/C was totally rotted thru, he removed the vent shield from the side of the heater making it less efficient. He did not notice that a coupling was the wrong type and could have easily leaked. He also didn't have the right shut off fitting and told me to keep the one he did have at a 45' angle, not 90' or 0' as is standard in shutoffs. I would never use them again.

Initially, I called and was quickly told they wouldn't be able to help (I would remove a star for this but they more than made up for it).. so I kept up the search. Fortunately for us, Erica, an entirely thorough, professional, and friendly woman from Triple Service called to follow up to make sure we got the help we were looking for. Even though they were busy (like everyone else in the area), she dispatched an electrician to visit. They called to confirm 2 days later, messaged a pic of the electrician and called just before arrival, and then messaged immediately after the work was done to thank us. This is top-level clear communication in my experience. Ben did a great job, fixing the cabling in about an hour. He was talking to himself and laughing, which put us at ease in an otherwise nerve-racking situation. The price we paid was more than fair - $79 Triple Service really came through for us, and I couldn't be more grateful, especially after the experience we had with another company in the area, which I won't name.
