The installation on the shower tile wall was installed incorrectly. You don't use extension rods on shower tile wall, they have to be drill into the tile in order for the drapes not to fall on you when your in the shower. I found this out threw researching. The professional decorator never informed me about drilling the tile rods into the tile wall To keep the drapes & rods in place & prevent it from falling off. The curtains, shower curtains & tiny stick on hook all fell of the tile wall when our guest used this shower. I was so angry, embarrassed & frustrated. This professional decorator from Triangle Appliance should've known better... including her installer. My last complaint is the shiny chrome she used for the two extinction rods does not match my nickel chrome in the rest of my guest bathroom. She has not even reached out to me to apologize for the mistake.

AND AND to boot they only were giving me 30 day warranty on probably a refurbished motor ......( anyone who gives you 30 day warranty is not confident in their own work ) .... nope ! so i call Ricci Washer and Dryer service ,Mark ( owner and operator) came out and was amazing said it was a thermal fuse NOT a motor. SO i ended up paying 250. i know i over paid a bit but I would rather give it to a guy for his business than these crooks. but wait it gets better so I stopped payment on the check and i called A+ to pay the stupid 79.00 trip charge. they send me the link via text i pay it and i get a confirmation number that i paid it ..... everyday since the PAYMENT (Aug 4th ) they have sent me text messages with an "outstanding invoice". I called yesterday to tell them listen stop sending me this crap. spoke to maria and she said she sees the payment and there must be a glitch in the system i said that not my problem she tells me to "chill... chill" that flew me to the moon. i flip out on her and she tells me to block them so i dont get text anymore. wait what ?! So not only their techs have no clue what they are doing, none of them speak english, and and they (Maria) completely unprofessional telling customers to "chill.. chill" then she tells me to have a blessed day bullshit... she need the lord ! oh and by the way if anyone would like to call Ricci washer and dryer plesae call 815-690-7384!you willl not regret it ! however, you will if you call A+ Appliance !!!

I Am Another Happy Customer! A Nice Day HVAC removed my 30 year old furnace and air-conditioner and installed a new system. The sales rep was very knowledgeable, courteous and under the price of two competitors for the same performing units. I made the decision to choose A Nice Day HVAC on Friday. They arrived to install the system on Monday; the install was complete that day. The technicians were fast and courteous, they cleaned up, explained how the new systems worked and answered all questions. The temperature in my home has never been more consistent. The top level has been hot, summer and winter while the lower levels were noticeable cooler and cold at the lowest level. Now there is no noticeable temperature difference throughout the house. I called today to get my refrigerator looked at, it wasn't defrosting properly. About ten minutes later, I received a call back from Jason and he came by a short time later. He was very efficient and quick in diagnosing the issue and then drove all the way out to Midway to get the part my fridge needed. My refrigerator was working and cooling down by that night. This company never lets me down! The heat went out at one of my rental properties at 9 pm on a Saturday. Jason was at the property within 30 minutes. Divide and conquer: Clayton handled the flush...no problems there, while Kyle tackled the water hammer, which speculated might be the result of a faucet cartridge I improperly installed. But he checked everything...water feed under the sink and even pipes in the basement (which he snugged since it looked like one of them was loose). Then it was back to the sink and the faucet cartridge. The good news? I hadn't muffed the installation! I just looked like the part was a lemon. Better news? He had the part on hand. Even better news? Both projects cost less than expected, even without using a discount card I had forgotten was taped to the fridge. In. Out. Done and done, but not before they did a thorough check for leaks. They were followed by Josh who talked me through the wide variety of furnaces they offer. Not a cheap investment, and he knows it, which is why he patiently went through all the options. I now know more about what goes into heating a home thanks to him.
