I've been here 3 times this week and haven't spent 20 bucks yet and this is a whole pie ! This place is the best . So gooood for real old school pizza no Buffalo or chicken bacon ranch garbage . Just regular and Sicilian. I love this place ..

Great pizza! The staff is very friendly! You can sitt and eat inside. Great atmosphere.

Walt and his son. Walt has made pizzas since around 1955. His son is there with him. And Walt's father is there in spirit.

I met Walt and his son. Walt is better than the 5 Star rating he earned. He makes the very best pizza. He knows what he is doing, beyond anything you can imagine. I don't say that lightly. You must go visit and try him and his pizza out. He has created, with his dear father who passed away, an institution as old school as can be. I live in CA, and I emptied my suitcase, tossed the clothes, took two pizzas back to the Bay Area. Why would I do that? I've visited 50 pizza places here. Only a few are worthy. Copolla has "guest cheffed" in one down in SF's Little Italy. LA has Wall Street Pizza. Not bad either. That guy cares too. But I got to say. Walt is my favourite. He knows his business. Please go and help him stay around for as long as possible. Protect Walt, his son, his father and their perfect slice. Thanks Walt. From San Francisco, Always, B

It's close and the pizza is edible. There isn't really much more to say: it's your average neighborhood pizza joint... That's all, folks!

The only pizza place you need to know about in Northern NJ. Get a sicilian pie. Sauce is perfect!

The best Pizza I ever had. He has been there for over 60 years. The price is very good and the Pizza is excellent. I like his Salad too.

Finally got to try this place out after my friend told me about years ago…read more They don't have any pizza pies on display but they do serve slices. I got the Hot honey heaven slice which consists of tomato base, pepperoni, crispy chicken, ricotta and Mike's hot honey, really good. Parking is limited. I heard there is a parking lot across the street ;) * 4.5 stars

I've seen this spot pop-up on my socials a lot recently, so I decided to place an order on a day I…read morehad errands around this business. First off, I did a call-in order (very 2000s, I know). I could tell the business was very busy, but I was so surprised that despite being surrounded by the "crazy" she was doing her best to suggest what she liked and then after speaking a bit, what I might like. She was very helpful and considerate despite me calling during the "lunch rush". I came into the business --- small but efficient space --- and it was a quick transaction. My kind of place. As I was eating for 1, I didn't want to be a true "big-back", new year, new resolutions. I just got a 10' Neo Margherita Pizza + Parmesan Peppercorn Bone-In Wings. So the thing that makes Grumpy's stand-out and different from the competition? Boy oh boy, that crust. It is sourdough, it is crisp, it is light, it is so complimentary to anything that goes on it. I truly understand the hype about their pizzas --- and I truly can't wait to try more from their establishment. On to the wings; I ordered the Parmesan Peppercorn Bone-In Wings, simply because it's a flavor I don't see too regularly on the menus. It was exquisite; I could only imagine how much better it would've tasted fresh from the fryer. I had a 15 minutes drive until I had eaten the food. So the food-fluencers are not lying about this place. Check 'em out --- an awesome business ran by awesome people.

300 Slice brings an innovative twist to pizza by incorporating traditional Dominican specialties…read more Imagine enjoying fried sweet plantains, salami, Dominican cheese, and corn, ingredients you'd typically find in the Dominican Republic on a perfectly baked pizza. Each slice is a flavorful fusion of authentic flavors and modern pizza craftsmanship, offering a unique culinary experience that celebrates Dominican culture in a fun and delicious way. Whether you're craving something familiar or looking to try something new, 300 Slice delivers a creative and satisfying take on pizza that's hard to forget.

I was intrigued by the Dominican pizza being sold here. They had several different pies available…read morebut it was really unclear what kinds they were because they had more signs up than pies. I would've liked to try a nacho slice. The worst slice I tried was the vodka. It was so dry and hard to chew. My guess is that it was overcooked. (It felt like I waited a while for my slices to be warmed.) I unfortunately got a chicken chimi slice even though I ordered beef. I asked what was on the chimi slice before ordering and the employee started listing so much I forgot! I think the beef would've been better than the chicken; the chicken didn't add much flavor. My favorite slice was the salami and plantains. Never would've thought this would be good! The plantains were really sweet, very good! They have tables inside and outside for eating there. Parking is right in front but it's a small lot.
