Obsessed with Curd Girl!!! Honestly, I understand why they are always one of the top cheese curds in the state. The curds are delicious, fried to perfection, so soft and gooey and the dipping sauces do not disappoint! We tried the siracha aioli and ranch. Loved them!!

The best cheese curds I've ever had! Best part about living in Wisconsin is in this place. We have such great access to high quality, rich cheese. When you deep fry them with a thinly coated batter, you get amazing results. It is easy to mess up though: leaving it in the fryer too long, too greasy, not coated ebough, coated too much!! But, this place does it perfectly. The cheese is soft and irresistible. It's not fried so much that it over powers the taste of the cheese. The batter is thinly coated and has the perfect texture to compliment the cheese. I got the sriracha aioli and honestly, anything aioli is amazing.

Seriously the best cheese curds in the Madison...nee State! Pulley, stringy, melty, yellow cheese curds in crisp, golden brown crust. So savory, comes with siracha aioli. They sell one thing here and that's the only truth you need.

I've heard people rave about these cheese curds on yelp so I thought I'd give it a try. I've been on a cheese curd kick lately so I've been trying them everywhere I go. These are traditional in that they are cheese curds that are battered and fried. By the look of some of the photos maybe they've changed the recipe? Also the price is up to 7$ no longer 6. Some of the curds were good, some weren't leaving me overall disappointed. They were very greasy too which isn't the best when it comes to curds. The ranch was WAY too thick. It was just as thick (if not thicker) than sour cream. Overall just ok and I probably wouldn't go back. Not my favorite curd.

No stinkin' way. These come very, very close to being better than the cheese curds at the Cheese Days Festival in Monroe, Wisconsin! Majorly shiny gold star for serving the cheese curds with an awesome assortment of aioli sauces. oooh my, you sure know the way to my heart! (hello, sriracha sauce!) They are pretty greasy but then again, they are curds of cheese... which have been fried. The only thing that could make these better is if the batter is just a tad thicker and if they come up with a blue cheese curd (the cheese, not a curd that's literally the color blue).

With sriracha aioli. Pretty greasy, but the batter and the cheese were delicious!!!

Yes they are greasy: cheese curds are battered, deep friend cheese- of course it's GREASY! If your pizza slice is greasy, it's a bad sign, you should question that. If your deep friend food is greasy, this means it's fresh out of the deep frier, and hasn't been sitting out on the counter for the past 30 minutes, draining; it's a good sign. Yes they melt together: good cheese curds use good batter, good batter needs to cook, cooking leads to cheese MELTing. If you enjoy cheese curds like 1 year olds enjoy their first taste of solid foods: in individual, bite size bits, you're gonna have to go to a place that uses bad batter for their curds. But if you are a proper Wisconsin adult, you will have bite. No the cheese they use is not bland.

I visited Luang Prabang, a Lao-Thai cart on Library Mall, a few times earlier this year. They had a…read moreregular menu that included curries, noodles, and salads, but also a rotating daily menu, all at very affordable prices. The people working at the cart were really nice and accommodating, and were happy to modify any dish they could for ingredients that you can't or don't eat. The first thing I tried was the squash curry, which was a really generous portion size for $7, consisting of rice topped with a rich coconut milk-based curry filled with chicken, kabocha, and zucchini. It was really filling and tasty. But the real winner from the cart after a few visits was the avocado spring roll, which was $3.50 and the size of a burrito. It was basically a giant fresh roll filled with avocado, lettuce, cabbage, mint, rice noodles, cucumber, carrot, and peanut sauce. We got the medium spicy sauce, and it had a fantastic kick to it. Still can't believe something so large was only a few dollars, as it was such a great deal. Definitely worth trying this cart if you're looking for something to eat on campus.

We got the end of the brisket they were currently cutting, so likely had been cut hours before and left which likely lead it to be dry. The chicken was ok, not much flavor and was on the drier side. The sausage was the best option we tried, good balance of flavor. The cornbread was also dry. The potato salad had good flavor. The Mac and cheese was the best thing we tried. I'd comeback for the sausage and Mac and cheese. Service 3/5: this is an order at the counter and sit down style. We had never been here before and overall did not feel helped when we were ordering. The staff just started at us and asked what we wanted instead of helping us walk through the steps of how to order (meat first and then you choose your sides). It got challenging because there was a growing line and many of us felt the same way of not really knowing what to order. I had to ask for extra plates for our kiddos, and was a little confused about extra condiments and things that were available in the restaurant. Ambiance 4/5: the restaurant was clean and plenty of places to sit. We were in the restaurant with another family with kids, and our kiddos ended up doing friendly dinosaur roads to the family across the restaurant. We all had a really good laugh. Overall most of the meat was dry but we liked some of the sides. The staff could have been more helpful in ordering. This is a kid friendly restaurant in our experience and had plenty of room to accommodate larger parties.

What I got in reality was a microwaved (or maybe boiled?) pound of brisket instead. Tasted terrible - wish I would have just lit my $90 on fire so I'd at least get 15 seconds of enjoyment from it. Judge for yourself from the picture below. Pretty obvious this piece of brisket never came within a mile of a smoker or pitmaster. Run!
