Swell is quickly becoming my favorite dispensary in town! My first visit was great, even for a Saturday an hour before close, there was a wait of course, but even with filling out my new patient paper work the total wait time was less than 10 minutes! Inside the showroom was a great experience; Lilly was my budtender and answered my many questions and helped me get the most out of my new patient deals! The quality of the medication is top notch, especially the Durban Poison! I am especially particular about Durban Poison and they did not disappoint! All the taxes are included in the menu pricing which is a HUGE plus for me, I like to know exactly what I'm going to be paying without being slapped in the face with taxes and other fees. I also appreciate that the budtenders allow you to pick your own bag of product, really cool perk! On my second visit I decided to try out their online ordering platform. I did so on a Monday when business is a little slower anyway, but my order was filled within minutes and was ready and waiting for me upon arrival. Their online ordering is a GREAT option for those in a hurry and I will definitely utilize this option again! All of the staff I have met so far have been super helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly! My wife went here for a med pick up order, they told her she was over her allotment, which was far from true, and wouldn't listen to her. They also wouldn't even look at her card to confirm and told her to stop questioning them while security asked "if they were done". Awesome way to treat your med patients, this was her first and last time at this location, you call and you get the call center, who says they will put in a call-back request. it's been almost 3 hours now since the first request. On the second call, the customer service rep argued with me that the card had expired, which, if they had done their job and scanned it they would have seen it was not. Her receipt listing the old card number, though, when she looked at it, if that was the case if they were doing their jobs and scanning med cards, they could see that in the system. we filed a complaint with the state about it. read more

The man at the door is named Paris and is extremely unprofessional security guard, he was on a power trip using vulgar and degrading language with paying patients! The employees at this location do not wear masks and gloves as they should! He was trying to use force with a patient that is emotionally and socially challenged, using is power as an excuse for horrible behavior! If you would like to call the location about getting Getting him fired the Community would greatly appreciate it!!!! It's horrible when a human treats another human likes this and this man is an ongoing issue who is a minority targeting other minorities for his own Satisfaction and not the greater good of this establishment! read more

Absolutely a waste of time don't ever support this business I went in there and the guy helping me didn't know what specials he had basically didn't know any question I was asking him and he told me to go use the iPad ordering system so I went to go do that he told me to pick out what I wanted so I spent all this time searching for what I want and then when I tell him what I want he says oh we don't have that.... OK? what is the point of having the system if it doesn't work? some of the worst customer service ever they just tell you to go use a machine that doesn't work. i'm not supporting a business that can't train their employees and just wants to rely on an app that doesn't work. read more

This is a great place for meds. They have really good flower from the Swell growers and they have really good guest strains usually at $20 no tax either. They have really good concentrate and edibles too and at a decent price and they run lots of specials. They have a fast and friendly staff ready to answer any questions you have about your meds. Seriously I've never been disappointed with this place or any other Swell in the valley. Do yourself a favor and check one out, there are many across the valley but this one's my favorite because it's close to where I live. read more

I'm new to having a medical card so this was my second time in a dispensary. When I walked in it felt like a relaxed doctors office, which made my trip easier. I went to the front desk and gave them my card and ID and I had to fill out a first timers sheet. Once I finished that, a guy came into the office and called my name. I forget his name but he was a pretty chill dude. He made my experience very easy and chill! Since I was a first timer they gave me a special where I bought an 8th and I got another 8th for free! The staff is great. The flower is excellent. I even love the security guards! I had a problem with an order once, and the manager took time to look through camera footage to confirm and correct my order. I was so appreciative of the effort, and they gave me a free gram for the inconvenience. I don't really go for their edibles or oil, but I love their flower, and will continue to go back time and again for that! Swell is most definitely swell! Comfy, clean, environmentally friendly shop! All their flower is deli style, so nothing prepackaged, you know what you're getting! Staff is super knowledgeable and make great recommendations! Catalyst grows organically using living soil and everything is hand-watered & hand-trimmed. If you're looking for prerolls, they've got the best price on all-flower; PLUS the bud tender on duty he can roll up anything. Tons of edibles and concentrates as well! When I come in with a text saying my order is ready it isn't snd they don't have anything ready for me, not a problem, I've started just re placing my order when I get here. But I walked up todsy and they no longer accept in person orders. They are aware that the website doesn't work and they don't care. Swell opened up a few months ago right near my house & I consider it my main 'go-to' dispensary. The entire staff is extremely friendly and have extensive knowledge to answer any questions you may have. The dispensary often has great deals and throws in pre rolls all the time. The environment is clean, professional, and very sleek. They've started coming out with their own brands on certain products, such as concentrate pens. Certainly a big fan of Swell. read more

Rude bud tenders, really bad quality flower, and nothing in stock that was on their Leafly menu. Drove 20 minutes to check out a new spot and didn't even buy anything because they didn't have what I went for then when offered their top tier stuff that was waaaay overpriced it looked like what most dispensaries sell as popcorn nugs for about half the price and not usually mostly stems like curaleaf offers. The staff are the rudest and most uneducated people I ever had to deal with, all the way to the security guard that is stationed outside. Awesome ftp deals and awesome flower at Swell Farmacy located on camelback! I believe I bought the GWS and gorilla glue #4. I walked out with a half for $65 , thanks to the amazing deal. Both were prepackaged but the flower wasn't dry. Security and budtenders were friendly and professional.
