The exterior was not as "flaky" as I presumed croissants to be it was more like a Mexican crumbly pastry. Just outrageously decadent! Secondly, I had the rhubarb danish with exquisite lamination and layering of pastry. The rhubarb filling was perfectly balanced between tart and sweet, an absolute knockout. The Stumptown coffee was a dark relief as a foil for the rich pastries. This bakery is a GEM!
