The employer told me he doesn't know how to figure out the amount of money owed to me. So I went back out to see how many gallons was put into my Jeep and returned to the store to let the employee know how much the store owes me (Math is not really that hard for me). He then got upset and said he knows how to do math but he can't do anything about it. I told him I'm not getting ripped off especially with how high the prices are and again he said he won't do anything about it. I told him if the gas pumps are charging 20 cents more than I wonder how much profit they made at the cost of unsuspecting customers. I know that the entire West Hills Auto Plex uses that gas station and that's a lot of money coming through. He again said he won't do anything because he doesn't want his til to be off. I left my name and number but no phone call as of yet and no money back either!!! I was forced to give it one star but if I could give it zero I would. RUDE!! RUDE!! This has got to be the rudest staff I've ever seen in any pharmacy. When I walked in, there were NO customers at the pharmacy counter whatsoever. Since I wasn't feeling all that great I was very happy to see this. Well, April fools to me! From what I could see from where I was standing, there were 4 pharmacy employees, counting the male working the drive up window. At least 3 of the employees saw me standing at the counter so they could see I was waiting for help. Now remember I was the ONLY customer in line they had to help. The male working the drive up window was about 3 feet directly in front of me and he also saw I was at the counter directly behind him. I was totally ignored by the entire staff! I waited and waited and waited and waited..... then I waited some more. When the male turned and it appeared as if he was no longer busy, I asked him "do I need to go through the drive-through in order to get help?" He asked me what do I mean and I explained to him that I have been standing here waiting for help and have been ignored. He replied to me quite nasty "well you can see I've been busy." I then explained again that the entire staff not only ignored me, but didn't even acknowledge my presence or say "I'll be right with you" including him. He then proceeded to get my prescription and ring it up. I'll never go back to that pharmacy ever EVER! In fact the Walgreens pharmacies have seemed to go downhill tremendously from the quality pharmacy chain they used to be. But the radio station didn't reflect all Yak's aspects. When I asked the friendly lady running the store where the maps were located, she directed me to a corner of the store. In that area, I noticed a display a glass display case chock full of pipes and bongs. Outside of the display case was a whole aisle of more glass smoking devices. Quite the inventory! Ah yes, Washington state with its cheap abundant legal weed...medical marijuana dispenseries on every corner in Seattle. Doctor, I have a hangnail, can I get a pot prescription? Sure son, just pay me the fee for an annual card, and I'll write you the Rx. But what intrigued me at Yaks was the selection of nunchaku (nunchucks in English) in the display case. I understand that nunchaku are used in Japanese martial arts. Though often considered weapons, nunchaku are more commonly used for developing faster hand movements. Anyway, the bottom line is the water we bought was cold and refreshing, and that's all that mattered!

Here's a story (separate from the previous), this most recent July 11th (aka free slurpy day) I went in with no money to get my free slurpy, just as everyone else did. Once I was next in line, I was asked if I would like to donate a $1 pie to those in need, I didn't have any money on me as I only came for a free slurpy, otherwise I wouldn't have minded donating a $1 to charity. After I told the cashier I didn't have any money on me, she proceeded to say "Uhg, everyone wants free stuff, but no one wants to donate". I then apologized and she replied with a very annoyed "Get out". I understand that day must have been very stressful and irritating, but to treat someone like that for a situation that they couldn't necessarily control is ridiculous.
