They forgot to add my sauce to the order. It was not very good without the sauce and I had put both level 1 & 3 on the mobile order.

This isn't the most authentic Korean food you'll find in Provo but it satisfies the craving and tastes good! Last time we ordered two Combos with the Hot Bop + Veggies and Toc Bop + Veggies with a 4 spice level. Depending on who is working there, the spice levels can vary. This time the 4 was not as spicy as it has been other times we've gone but it was still good with a slight kick to it. The meat, veggies, sauce, and noodles were all really good! My only beef with Cupbop is the rice can be super mushy and soggy. Once you mix it all together, you don't really notice it as much but I do wish the rice were a little more firm/sticky? One other thing to make note of is the menu prices have changed slightly so just something to keep in mind! Overall, a fun little spot to stop in and grab some yummy bowls!!

An incredible twist on Korean bbq. Everything is fresh, full of flavor and comes out hot and ready to eat. If you're a fan of fantastic Korean bbq with a modern day flare added to it. This is the place you want to go B-bop is that best thing on the menu. No doubt.

Unforgettable name. Like cmon "cupbop" is so short, so hip, so easy to remember. I would say this place is a hidden gem. It offers a different taste than what's around in the area. I ordered the b-bop which has the Korean beef (im guessing the b stands for bulgogi? Idk). The meal itself was satisfying. And you can gauge this place's attractiveness by the number of ppl who were in line and ordering to-go. It's worth stopping by. Also, the workers there were nice and friendly. All in all I would say thats all to review. Would I go to this place again? Yes I would! Bonus: An extra personal comment is here since I am new to the area and I've had a myriad of Korean eateries in SoCal. As far as it being trademarked Korean, I would say it does a decent job to live up to the taste. Korean fast food is a game-changer. Especially compared to other counterparts (besides American fast food) such as L&L Hawaiian BBQ, Yoshinoya Japanese Kitchen, Chinese fast food, etc. Cupbop could be another Asian fast food franchise that could spread throughout the nation. And so I would say this place is on the same plane as those mentioned above-- a fast food place that will give a hint of the cultural taste you're sampling for. It's not a bad thing. I would just assure people to not treat this place as the exclusive Korean food they will ever try in their life; something to not brag about basically. Nobody would brag about L&L or Yoshinoya or Panda Express. It's something worth sharing but not worth bragging about. My personal fantasy fix for a bowl would be bulgogi beef, lettuce, kimchi, sticky rice, japchae, and dipping sauces like ssamjang.

If you can see past the dark alley you will run into a Korean BBQ pick you up unlike any other. I was timid but David provided the brightest heads up service I have received in years. The 7 spice was perfect for me, not overwhelming but a nice kick. Enjoy!

With easy to judge spiciness references, and simple menu, and walk-up ordering system, everything about Cup Bop is eater-friendly. Whether you're an Asian food fanatic or more of an inland type, you'll be able to customize your bowl to best suite your tastes. For nearly everyone I would recommend to skip the cabbage in whatever bowl you get, and to get extra sauce. One bowl is a good enough sized meal for anyone-my husband ate nearly the whole thing and was full and I got through about half. You can't really compare the prices to fast food; it's more of a fast casual restaurant in terms of cost. As an additional bonus, it makes for great leftovers! The bowls reheat very well.

The yummiest. I don't think there's a bad dish on the menu. The environment of it being a food truck also adds extra fun!

We found a side street after getting some kolaches and it was an easy block walk to the park. There were a decent amount of vendors in the Park and they were also spread out enough so there was plenty of room to walk. Everything from fruits and vegetables, to food, fresh squeezed juices, products and fresh breads. We picked up a loaf of really fresh sourdough bread from Wandering Wheat. We also picked up some homemade jam from Jam It Up. A really fun way to spend the morning. It was early June so the weather was in the upper 60's in the morning. Perfect weather for us walking through the Farmers Market.

It was sweet, herby, and smelled incredible. There are some great vendors at this market! Worth the visit.
