Love seeing Cupbop opening more spots in the Boise area. The ability to mix & match proteins, helps make this a spot you can't get tired of. I went with the combo bop, adding tangy fried chicken & Korean bbq beef. Spice level I got a 5, which was moderate spice (could have went little higher). This location was also offering free Mandoo with any review!

Combo bowl

I ordered the beef/ pork combo bowl and thought it was pretty tasty and healthy. It's also a good value for your money at $10.75.

Visited the restaurant for lunch on a Wednesday. Dining room was about a quarter full…read more Service was friendly and nice. No issues with speed of service. Clean, nice decor. I've had takeout from here on many occasions and it's always good. Chose the pulled pork sandwich, Carolina style, which was delicious. Soft, good roll. Fresh coleslaw, and lots of pork. Great overall sandwich. My side of choice was the sweet potato fries. Decent portion and yummy, fried well, fries. Would repeat. Just next time with a beer :-)

We tried a mix of meats, and there was plenty to like. The pulled pork stood out as the best of the bunch--tender, flavorful, and exactly what you hope for from good BBQ. The spicy BBQ sauce was a highlight too: it's got a real kick--hot in a fun, nostalgic way, like a high school pool party where things get a little wild but in the best sense. The tri-tip was decent, though it leaned a bit young and could've benefited from a touch more time or seasoning to really shine. The chicken was cooked nicely--juicy and not overdone--but felt like it needed a little extra smoky pizzazz to stand out. On the plus side, the buns were excellent across the board, soft but sturdy enough to hold everything together without falling apart. Service was top-notch--friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Overall, a really pleasant lunch spot with some strong offerings and a great atmosphere. I'd say it would absolutely earn a nod of approval from my  St. Louis BBQ grandpa and his crew from Wells-Goodfellow--satisfying, honest barbecue with a few standout bites and a good time to go with it.

5/5 What an awesome…read moreplace! Sid's Garage was the perfect way to start our Boise and Nampa trip. GM April was so friendly and welcoming, and our server Ross was absolutely hilarious. He had us laughing the entire meal and gave us some of the best service we've had in a long time. The food was incredible. The sweet potato fries and onion rings were both delicious, and every sauce we tried was amazing. I ordered the PBB&J burger and the Fresca burger. The PBB&J sounds crazy but it was one of the best burgers I have ever had, and they serve it in a vintage Jaws lunchbox which was such a cool surprise. The Fresca was just as good. The decor is awesome and even the merchandise is funny and high quality. We loved the shirts that said "Feed Me Burgers and Call Me Pretty" and "Snitches Get Stitches." This is not just a burger place. It is an experience. We will definitely be back!

I was a little bit scared. Great flavor profile, pretty messy to eat, though I will say the bun holds up to the condiments, so it didn't get soggy. I was surprised and very pleased. Their milkshakes are ridiculously over the top, but three of us shared one and that was perfect. Best onion rings I've ever had.i mean everrrrr. The spicy green beans are also good. And the bacon candied, hanging from the rack is worth an appetizer share A bit spendy, but lots of things that you can share to make it a reasonable experience. It's loud in there, pretty cool 90s music, but you do kind of have to yell so I wouldn't take someone with limited hearing They also have a full bar with some pretty fun little drink and concoctions
