Place was dope great people loved the service and loved the food would go again and the vibe was out of this world

Raw K-Dawg

Such a rough evening. I waited (stuck in line for an hour) 6:30-7:30 1/2/26. I couldn't pull out because I was in between two cars. I ordered a kdawg sausage/cheese and got the most raw all cheese corn dog ever. The feeling of waiting an hour and then biting into batter hurt my heart. Not only that but a half hour into it a person burst out the back door absolutely sobbing. I felt so bad so I tried to be understanding but honestly the whole thing kinda ruined my evening.

Number 1 with everything and a spice level of 8.

I ordered a number one with chicken and beef. The bowl can come with noodles, rice, carrots and cabbage. I ordered a spice level of 8 which has a flavorful heat. My lady ordered the same thing but spice level 2. We took them back to our hotel room and both were incredible considering we have yet to try this concept of KBBQ in a cup. The service was quick with the girl at the window being very friendly. We will definitely come back here again!

Combo Bop - B Pop and their katsu chicken

Hmmm. This was our first time trying Cupbop after living in Utah for 2 years, and it was fine. I've been craving Korean bowls since we ate at the Angry Korean in Jordan, but haven't found a place similar to it. We opted to try Cupbop because it looked like it could be a contender to Angry Korean except it was a chain. We ordered two bowls, a combo and a Rock Bop, and then two orders of the Mandoo. These were ordered online for in store pick up in Ogden, and we then took them home to eat. First impression: the food isn't that great to look at. The sauce made the food look messy and unappetizing. The taste: it was okay. The B bop in my combo bowl was tasty, but the katsu chicken I had was just okay and the rice and noodles were fine. My husband didn't really enjoy his Rock bop and didn't eat much of the rice and noodles. Overall, food was fine. We may get food from here again, or we may not.

Cute fast Korean food. Services was friendly, my food was tasty. I got the crunchy Korean fried chicken level three spice. You can order at the register or at the kiosk, which is nice. They have little variety of Korean drinks and Korean snacks. Available as well for purchase.

Supposed to be the Rock Bop, but it was all noodles with four sad dry old and overcooked chicken on top.

Very inconsistent. Last night we passed by and decided to grab Cupbop to go. Overall it was quite disappointing this time. All three of us got the rock bop. Despite there being very clever packaging with which they could easily label what the order was, none of them were. This makes group orders a bit difficult... who likes to have their food opened and inspected to figure out which one is theirs? But let's focus on the food itself: First of all the chicken was dry, hard and tasted old. Really unhappy with the quality, but the larger issue was lack of consistent serving sizes between the three Cupbop. One cup had 4 chicken, one had five, and one had six. Mine was ordered with extra cabbage, but had barely enough cabbage to cover the bottom. If I tell them I'm diabetic and ask for half cabbage, and they don't tell me they can't do that, then I expect 1/2 cabbage and less noodles (it's actually really important for a diabetic). My spouse and I both got level 3 and it was way spicier than the 5 I usually get. Still tasty, however we really need the heat levels to be consistent so we know what to order. The kid got level 1 baby spice and he said it was toooo spicy, I tasted it to check and sure enough it was! Couldn't even eat it. Total waste. He ate the meat off the top, but it was basically a bowl of flavorless noodles. On the service side it was satisfactory. They added a kiosk to order from since the last time we were in. Very convenient, especially for those of us who prefer less human interaction. We ordered and paid right from the kiosk, it was easy and I appreciated being able to see the options laid out clearly. It was high energy and clean. A little loud if you have a sensory issue, but not unbearable. The staff was fast and personable. We will return, if nothing else than to check the consistency issues.

Spot to label orders.

I had high hopes but let me start by saying. The food was good overall. The flavor was good at its base. I ordered a 10 level spicy and that could be why mine was over the top with salt almost unbearable in saltiness. I would not recommend for a group delivery because we had 6 orders with none of them labeled., ironically enough there is a spot on the container for labeling. Finally the pot stickers were pretty dry but maybe that's a delivery thing.

3 of 8 drink options available

Food was great. I had a k-dog with sausage & cheese and immediately craved more. Sadly they are closed on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, so I won't be able to go back before I fly back home. I knew from the state of the store (dirty as hell, only 3 of 8 sodas available in the fountain, uninspired employees) that the food was about to be fire. I will definitely be back in March on my next ski trip.

Food was horrible. Asked for no sauce and they put extra , only thing worth buying is the potstickers. Everything else is cheeks.

We were in town for business and came here for dinner…read more The service was very good and the ramen I got was in point. Another great restaurant in the Ogden UT area.

I have been a fan of this ramen shop for a while and usually go to the Farmington location, but I…read moredecided to take a trip up to the Ogden location today. It is about a two-hour trip on transit each way for me to get here, but since I had the day off, I wanted to make the journey specifically to visit this location and walk around the area. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. I walked in right when they opened at 11:00 AM. Despite being one of only two tables in the entire, huge restaurant, the service was chaotic and aggressive. The staff was openly arguing and yelling at each other across the kitchen and floor because they couldn't remember what was on the specific ramen I ordered--which is wild considering the menu only has about 10 options. The food itself fell totally flat. They warned me the broth wasn't fully ready/hot when I ordered, but even when it arrived, it was lukewarm. It was steaming, but nowhere near the piping-hot temperature required for a good bowl of ramen. Worse, the spinach in the bowl was incredibly gritty, meaning the kitchen didn't even bother to wash it properly. To top it off, I was completely rushed out the door. I was asked if I needed a fork for my soup (which happens every time), and while I was actively eating with a quarter of my bowl still left, the waitress interrupted to ask if I wanted dessert. When I shook my head because my mouth was full, she just said she'd be right back and slapped the check on my table. It was barely 11:30 AM and the restaurant was empty--there was zero reason to push me out. Frankly, this was unacceptable. I'll probably stick exclusively to the Farmington location from now on, even though the service there isn't great either. At least the kitchen staff there doesn't treat paying customers to a live workplace argument.
