The owner was working and he was super friendly. He explained the style of coffee with a specialty filtering process and a bit about the menu. He recommended a medium blend, and whipped me up a delightful coffee. I had never experienced this special filtering method but the coffee was smooth and well balanced. It was delightful. If I still lived nearby this place would be a regular stop. Clean, modern interior with nice bright windows, friendly staff, and excellent coffee. It was just a latte flavored drink. I really do miss how the owner made it. I will try to come again and hopefully the mocha will be corrected.
