I had to pull over and park wait for about 7 minutes which isn't long unless you're at a fast food restaurant, which I thought I was. I grew up bouncing between CO and NE and I was introduced to Culver's in NE. As I became an adult and chose to stay in CO other than to visit family I had to give up Culver's as the closest ones to me were 2 hours or more away! This location went in and I've been driving 45 minutes which is still kind of long but it's soooooo worth it! I was that direction today visiting family for the "holiday" and decided to grab a quick meal for my kiddo and I to take home with us. It was raining and there were a few people ahead of us at the drive through so I was a little worried it would take a bit longer than usual, but it seemed like the employees wanted to make sure they were on top of their hustle so they could be in and out of the window and dry as well. I am always pleased with the food and never dissatisfied with the service. I always know if there is a problem they're quick to correct the issue at hand. read more

This is by far my favorite "fast food" spot to get a delicious hamburger! Their butter burgers are amazing and always made fresh to order. The wait time is a little longer than the typical fast food restaurant but it's because they make everything fresh to order and so worth the wait! Ridiculously small portions (10 fries in a large order) a double patty means that you take a normal patty and make into two.

Totally messed up my order and when I call and email the company they said they would send me a coupon the manager even call and said she would send it well it's a no show would think with all the burger joint 's in Arvada they would have there act together before opening the doors !!! If they were any slower they'd have to be moving backward. As far as the cashier taking my order, every word seemed preprogrammed, taken from script, disingenuous, and unhelpful. She/He was so confused I had to stand there for five minutes while they joined together with another single cell organism to figure out how to do their job. Waited for 30 minutes to get our meal (only after I went to the manager; that took them 10 more minutes to decide who that was). The food was, well, over cooked, cold, dried out which we left at the table (the Root Beer was good and we did take that). Over $40 down the drain. Went to McDonald's and had supper... This is an excellent place to eat "faster food". The food was very tasty and portions were great. One bonus was the cleanliness, even the bathrooms. With 2 5 yr olds this unfortunately is something that we have to tour at every restaurant, but Culver's was very clean. In fact while we were in there a worker came in to clean more. Service was above average too. I went to get the kids their free custard and ordered a chocolate instead of a vanilla (big deal to a 5 yr old) and the worker said don't worry and gave us another one. I'm from the Midwest, so I love me some Culver's. The food here is great and made to order just like home, which is the way I like it, but they can't seem to get a simple order of cheese fries correct. I have gotten the cheese poured on when I asked for it on the side, the cheese forgotten, an order of chili cheese fries after I had explained to the lad how cheese fries were different than chili cheese fries, and tonight, they gave me the cheese but forgot my fries. For a basket order nonetheless. 25% of the blame is on me for not double checking, but the cheese fry seems to be the Achilles heel of this establishment. We can't get enough of the food here. The burgers are mouthwatering and the fries are always fresh. Excellent customer service by all and I don't mind the wait for the food. When you come make sure to get the ice cream for dessert and my dog even got a handful of dog treats. The price is very high for the quality of food you receive. The chicken tenders, my kids ordered, we took home to feed the pets. Yes they ate them and are still alive to meow about it. They burgers were greasy and just fell apart in the bun and it was just a plain cheeseburger. It was $30.00 for a family of 4 and that was for 3 basket meals and just order of chicken tenders. If I want to spend that much I will go to Panda Express next door. They never bothered to tell us about the deal with the burgers they had going on. I've been here twice now and I don't have a problem with the food at all like others are saying. I've always gotten what I ordered and how I ordered it. And the taste is great, does not taste like fast food at all. I haven't tried any of the ice cream yet, maybe next time! I I think if they would have configured the store a little better I would have given this 5 stars. When people come in to order something to go, and when people come in to stand in line it gets crowded in that area and hard to get through if you need to. Or hard to figure out exactly where the line to order is. Maybe they need to get ropes or something for people to stand in line and everyone else that is waiting can stand around the outside. Very disappointed, food is decent, but staff and mgmt are sub par. Slow to take your order, take your money, serve you and deliver your food at drive through. Asked to talk to the manager, Riccio, and she was no help and very rude, she gathered her little minions together as she tried to defend and make excuses for all the problems, she did not care at all about the customer, and completely disregarded my concerns. This manager has no business being in management, she is not professional, and seemed confused about her position and how to relate to customers as well as staff, who she treated rudely. Ended up leaving without ordering because when I was ready to order, the available cashier just stood around doing nothing. First visit and I was very impressed! Way more options and variety on the menu than your usual fast food joint. The burger was great and my group was really impressed with the buffalo chicken tenders! By far my favorite thing was the custard concrete. My mother and I visited this location the first week of opening. The service and food was awesome! However , we have revisited the location several times since and have been very disappointed. The butter burgers were absolutely amazing the first time but terrible the second and third time. The burgers were burnt and very salty. Hopefully, feedback will bring the butter burger back to it's originally taste. read more
