I wanted to check out Culver's simply because I'd never been, and I wanted to do a review. They certainly missed the mark. I pulled up and ordered, pulled up to the window, and the male cashier asked me if I had ever been to a Culver's before. I told him no, and he replied with "okay so take this marker and go park." I said okay. He didn't specify where, so I assumed it was the parking stalls directly in front of me with the numbering. I sat there for close to 15 minutes. I had only ordered a small order of cheese curds, what was taking so long? Perhaps I parked in the wrong area? I pulled around and parked next to the front door. About another 5 minutes passes, and I finally see an employee walking out toward me. I opened my door and he says "Just the cheese curds? Sorry the bag is wet." (It was raining) and he turned around and went inside. I wasn't annoyed that the bag was wet, but what I was bothered by was the fact that it took so long for a simple order to get out to me. I work in fast food myself so I understand preparing things fresh or even if it takes a little bit longer than usual. 20 minutes with no apology or empathy toward me for the wait really turned me off to this place. After seeing other reviews, it doesn't look like this place has a very good rep. Not worth it for me to give it another try. Maybe someone else will have better luck. read more

I should have checked the reviews but I never had these many issues at this location before. I just realized how bad the reviews are and they are not too far off. Service is fast but not friendly. Drove all the way to that location from east Layton to get a chocolate/banana shake. The banana was not ripped so it tasted like a chocolate and plantain shake. It even looked like they took a couple of chunks of bananas and just threw them in my shake. Ended up throwing the shake away even after I tried to fix it at home by blending it a bit more but the taste was too off. I even tried to overlook the fact that the shakes were covered in ice cream on the outside, which grossed me out since it was from their gloves being dirty and the staff just continue to handle the drinks with dirty gloves without replacing the gloves. They didn't even provide any napkins so no way to clean the mess but I thought if the shakes were ok that would be something to overlook but now I just realize is a lack of pride in their work. read more

The service here is awful, I have gotten the same pink teenager at the window several times and he is so rude!! The last time we ate inside we noticed there were like 6 employees and they were all just plastered in the corner. Getting them to help was like pulling teeth. Found a latex glove in my cheeseburger..... ridiculous. The service here has sucked every single time we come but this last trip did me in. I swear the kid at the window was on drugs. Don't order ice cream and food because by the time they go Car to Car trying to figure out what order goes to what Car your ice cream will be melted. 10/10/18 - been over a year since the wife and I ate at Culver's. Last time was in Austin, Tx. Made it a point to stop at one while driving thru Utah - Google directed us to this location. Nice newer building. Spacious and clean interior. Of course, I came for the food. Ordered a Butterburger with a chocolate malt and the wife had a cod sandwich combo. ( while waiting on our order, I got a chance to read past reviews - glad we didn't have to experience those problems - though, when I got my burger, I was missing the garnish. - they did fix it ). Worst customer service I have ever seen from a restraint. They told me that my card was declined and canceled my order. Then they still charged my card $19.72. Then they refused to refund back my money. They blamed it on my bank. I called the bank and the bank verified that they processed the charge. Never had such terrible customer service. The assistant manager Amy was very rude and condescending and refused to make any effort to resolve the situation other than to tell me I had to bring back a bank Statement to prove that they had charged me, even though I was able to show her right there on the bank app where they had processed the charge. The reviews don't lie. This was the poorest run restaurant I've ever been to. Burger was not made as I ordered it. Kids didn't get half of their order. They had 30 employees on staff and only customers in store yet it still took forever for the food. Employees just "hung out" and talked to one another. My family has been a fan of Culver's for over 10 years, and since we moved to Utah have had to drive 45 minutes to get our Culver's fix. We were pretty psyched to have one open a few minutes away from us. It's been open for awhile, we were waiting for the crowds to die down. Tonight we were desperate for something good to eat close so we went. There are still crowds, but every restaurant is busy on Saturday night around here (we need more options!!). I'm pretty sure I'm going to drive to the other one still because this place is a joke. The kid who took our order was genuinely pissed that we had the nerve to bother him. We walked around looking for a place to sit and it was absolutely filthy. Every table had garbage on it and an unbelievable amount of garbage under it. We had to clean our own table before we sat down and I witnessed several other people doing the same. After an extremely long wait we finally got our food. Over priced food and undertrained staff. Ordered a kids meal for my child in the drive through and they forgot sauces and the drink. They didn't give me a receipt when I payed for the food ( i had to pull around and wait, which is fine) so when I went in and asked for the drink, they told me a receipt was needed to prove my purchase. I have eaten here a total of 4 times. Each time was just as good as the last time or better. So far we had the butter burger (of course), the cod, chicken sandwich and their ice cream of the day. Always make sure to check your meal before you leave! It seems that every single time I come here they always get my order wrong. I don't know if it's my accent, or the employees just not paying attention, but I literally never get what I order. Ever. Not to mention it's always extremely busy, so you're waiting 10-20 minutes for an order that won't even be correct. Just go to Arctic Circle or Iceberg. The first time my wife and I ate here it was on point!!! Butter burgers were delicious and the patties were cooked to perfection. Since then it has not been very good. Very soggy bread and burnt burgers. I had the Wisconsin patty melt and it tasted very bland, soggy, and over cooked. I went to Culver's for the first time today. What a big disappointment!!!! My order took 25 minutes to be prepped and delivered to my table. THEN my husband's patty melt was way over cooked. I was told the fish was good, but we got the 3 pc. dinner plate at an expensive price for some over breaded, oil soggy fish that was rubbery when you ate it. We ordered for 3 people and the girl ask if we wanted wanted fry sauce or ketchup. we said some of both so she gave us one of each for 3 people to share. we got shakes and when they came out they looked like they were sitting out for a long time as they were very runny and flat tasting. I was willing to pay their bigger price for some really good food and service, but the only thing that we got was a really big price. $45 and I was just wishing we had got the family meal at burger king for $12.99 because the food is so much better!! read more

So a few months after Culver's had opened, I took my girlfriend here through the drive-thru, on a day that didn't look busy. She got a cheeseburger and I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger. My burger was missing mushrooms! It was a plain burger with a little slice of Swiss. What kind of idiot screws that up? And it wasn't like the rest of the burger made up for it either. Both of our hamburger patties were dry and tasted like they'd been sitting around for a while. Always messing up simple orders, even the "fixed" order is not right. Also have gotten orders missing just a top bun and not finding out these until you are home... Then when you leave a complaint from the bottom of the receipt they don't care to fix the issues with an unhappy customer either, so what's the point. We were excited to have a burger place in West Point but left feeling disappointed. The food was mediocre and not worth the wait.

We went at 12:30pm on a Friday and it was very busy. We dined in and we were able to find seating right away. It took about 15 minutes for our food to arrive, and they did forget to bring a shake that we ordered. I ordered the chicken cashew salad and it is very cheaply made and nothing I would order again. My son ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal and liked his burger. We liked the frozen custard the most and give it 4 stars. We will probably be back, but only for the frozen custard. read more

I really hate to leave a one star review anywhere. But this location needs to get there crap together. Overall, the food is pretty good, and that's the only reason we have gone back. The last four times we have gone, food has been missing from our order. Twice it was large orders of onion rings, (one of which those times was because they missed them the first time) then my husbands burger had no top bun, and now tonight my chicken sandwich was missing. We went through the drive thru N a young boy did not know anything about the menu an was very rude acting like we were dumb for asking questions. Saying " I can't see the menu so I don't know" so we went inside to a manager that was beyond rude! She did not listen to anything we said! She laughed saying "I don't know what he did wrong?!"
