Very slow drive through every time we want to eat here. This is the last time though, fast food is supposed to be fast.

1st experience was a major downer came in on Sat March 10th at 10:15 came to drive thru & was told they are closed. I said I'm confused as to why your website & your doors have it open to 11. She replied that she has no idea who put up the wrong hours. Okay so I leave confused. Is ut closed or do they not want to make any more food? I don't want to play guessing games. 2nd experience is Thursday the 15th go to drive thru order a single bacon cheese & regular fries and cheese curds came to $10.10 pulled around waited for my food. When they gave me the food I asked the young lady if they closed at 10 or 11 on Friday & Saturday. She replies I think 10 but the drive thru could be open to 11 but she doesn't know? She said that her sister is the manager & she will ask her. Okay well they obviously don't know the hours. Food review Burger a little salty than I'm used to and very thin patty, where is the beef? My pickles were thicker than the patty. The burger was good but nothing to get super excited about. Fries was ok the fry sauce was not that good. A little to much mayo. I don't know who was making the burgers for the other guys who complained in the reviews, but mine was darn near perfect. The onion rings were hot and crispy. The custard was just like I remember from Wisconsin. The staff was friendly. We ate in, so we didn't deal with the drive thru window. All our food was made fresh to order. My only complaint is that they could wipe the tables more often, but our table wasn't really that dirty. We were Culver's fanatics in Wisconsin, we'll be hitting this place up on a regular basis. Food is good. I love Culver's but EVERY TIME I come to this location something goes wrong. They forget to give me a second drink, they charge me for the fry sauces I'm buying just to get home and have NONE in my bag. Soda tastes like there's no flavoring. It doesn't matter when I go there's always something they do wrong. Culver's is a great place but this location needs to get it together because I'm done going there now. This establishment used to be awesome. Every time we go it gets worse. I ordered a chocofudge and cake mixer but it didn't have cake in it. It was 11 am but the door was locked so we had to drive through. The fries were cold and mushrooms smelled terrible. Ate half of a mushroom burger and can't stomach any more. 26 dollars for two meals would taste better from the local Burger King!!! Shameful!!! read more

Currently sitting inside the restaurant and will most likely not be returning. 1st: I ordered a burger with a GF bun. 20 minutes later my food arrived. GF bun was in it's own package, which is perfect but the bun fell apart. I was so excited to try Culver's! My partner had been raving to me about the burger joint for 7 years, and we were able to finally go passing through on our way to vacation! DO NOT GO TO THIS HORRENDOUS location. The young a-hole working the window was not only rude and lacking any customer service skill or potentially brain cells, but also jacked up our subpar order so badly and the food quality was so poor, I question if this location even is up to health code guidelines.... we specifically asked for extra fry sauce , and ketchup - neither came, missing an entire order of cheese curds and 3 out of the 4 burgers we got were completing wrong. Just go to Nielsen's Frozen Custard! First time at a Culvers tonight for custard. We ordered two concretes and a waffle cone. The concretes were ridiculous. We ordered the regular size. Maybe this just refers to the cup size and not the amount of custard? What is the point of the dome lid? Of course the picture on their menu shows a concrete over the top of a cup. Our regular cups were seriously only 2/3 full at best. When I realized this I backed up and asked the gal at the window if this was the normal way a regular size was made. She gave me a perplexed look and shook her head yes. I said well it seems you should only charge me for a small since my cup is half empty. All I got was a dumbfounded look. No apology. No offer to remake it. No offer to give me a discount. As far as the product itself is concerned, it was average custard. The chocolate had an strong chocolate syrup taste. We won't be back. So the last time I ate here I got a hockey puck disguise as a piece of chicken. This time I ordered burger and fries with a small ice cream. So it clean but the staff looked like a deer caught in the head lights. Got my drink from the self serve fountain. I found a seat and waited. Guess what came out first, yes you guessed it the ice cream. The rest of the food was not right behind it. Sat watching the ice cream melt. The only thing that is worth going here is the gluten free bun, but they didn't get my order right. A young lady got upset with me because I had to send the food back. I have a gluten intolerance and they had given me a regular bun even though I ordered correctly. She returned with a burger that had a hair in it and a few eye rolls. We had a buy one get one concrete mixer coupon. I've not been a fan of their food but thought ice cream was pretty had to screw up, so we went today to get a break from the heat. We both ordered mint concrete with cookies. When we received the shake the top was bright green where it wasn't mixed well. It tasted like mint medicine and was runny like a really thin shake. TIPS- Make sure your full order is correct BEFORE you let whoever handed it to you walk away whether dining in or drive thru. Rolled up the window so the rain wouldn't get in and instantly realized we didn't get our sundaes. -Now thinking to myself what should I do, I don't want to get the 2 toddlers out in the rain. Totally serious, I ordered a Mushroom Swiss Burger and TWICE, they brought me a Swiss burger with mustard, ketchup onions and pickles on THE BOTTOM of the burger.
