    Spicy crispy chicken sandwich

I keep trying, because their hamburgers and fries are decent. However I think this will be the LAST TIME I come here. Overpriced for what you get, long waits, and horrible service. Thankfully the dining area was clean this time, however the tables were arranged so it's not handicapped accessible again. The final straw is you no longer get a courtesy fry sauce when ordering fries or onion rings!!! You can buy fry sauce for $.35 apiece, but after the high cost of the meal this is a dealbreaker for me. If Culver's can't toss in ONE sauce with an order of fries, that's unacceptable. They are skimping on condiments, pickles, etc. Cutting corners everywhere while increasing prices. No thanks.

Unfortunately, this location has fallen off my five star pedestal. My last review was very favorable, but that no longer applies. My last two visits were both unsatisfying and I left with a figurative bad taste in my mouth. On one of the visits, we ate in the restaurant. I had a specific burger in mind and ordered it with all the appropriate lingo off the menu. Unfortunately, the staff member taking my order didn't know the menu and didn't understand what I wanted and ended up selling me a "deluxe" burger and a considerably higher price than what I had intended to pay. The staff weren't overly friendly and were less than helpful. We vowed to not return again any time soon. Well, I got suckered in by a free birthday scoop of their concrete custard. Last year I was treated to my free birthday scoop by choosing the flavor of the day (butter pecan) and one of my favorite toppings (salted caramel). Not this year, I went in and stood at the counter for an extendedly long time while the "manager" stood behind the counter ignoring me. She was busy distracting the other employees, complaining about someone who was late and keeping her from break, and basically not doing much of anything. I was just about to speak up and ask if anyone was working the counter, when she called another employee from the back to "take this customer's order". When the employee stopped what they were doing and came over, they weren't trained on the system in order to enter a free birthday scoop, so the "manager" had to help them anyway. The final straw was when the "manager" said I could only get either chocolate or vanilla as my choices of flavors and not the flavor of the day. I'm pretty sure that I'll never return to this location. If Culver's cannot train their employees properly and hires "managers" who have no customer service skills, they don't need my money.

Don't know what this is supposed to be. Doesn't smell like a hamburger or taste like one. In my kids meal btw. NEVER GOING BACK

TERRIBLE FOOD. Tastes bad and hopefully we don't get sick...They got the order wrong, overcharged us and I'm really tempted to go back and talk to a manager. DO NOT go here.

Pot roast sandwich with mashed potatoes

I like going to Culver's because they have a good variety of food on their menu. I enjoy their Pot Roast sandwich it is a tasty departure from the everyday. I get mine with brown gravy on the sandwich and it comes out hot and flavorful. I like that they have mashed potatoes as a side option and the flavor does not disappoint. As a side note, I discovered this sandwich option while dieting several years ago, it happens to be a calorie conscience sandwich and meal when accompanied by mashed potatoes.

A little pricey, but it was good and filling. Had some of the best cookies I have ever had.

It just tasted like vanilla ice cream with an occasional tiny hint of cookie butter. I wish there was a lot more cookie butter flavor. I had the same experience with the cookie dough. The flavor needed to be stronger, but I did enjoy the little bits of cookie dough. The only ice cream my husband and I ordered that had a lot of flavor was the honey comb. I tasted honey in every bite and it was delicious! I wish all of their ice creams had this much flavor.

I thought it tasted good with a fair amount of actual pistachios in the ice cream. Two people in our group ordered the cookies and cream ice cream. They did not like it at all. Said it tasted oily to them. Another friend in our group ordered the cookie monster & said it also tasted oily. They had a lot of different flavors. I'm not sure what the chance of two different ice creams both tasting oily was. Our group said they wouldn't be back overall. The line was really long when we got there but I felt like it went quickly. Seemed like a very popular place. I thought the prices vs portions were just okay. If you go, I would suggest the pistachio ice cream personally. It was decorated cute & seemed like a fun hangout kind of place.

It took a while to get the food, but I figure they prob just now had to make it fresh because it was a slow time to visit. Only bummer is that it comes w ONE RANCH and I think it's deserving of two FREE dipping sauce. The fries were fresh and delicious as well. I beef to come back to try onion rings and shakes.

But my kids were craving icecream, and I wanted a burger, so we tried it out again today. I came with 4 kids and we got our food under 10 minutes so that was awesome. The guy at the register was kind and patient with my kids who couldn't decide what they wanted, and we were all happy with our food. We came at around 1:30 so it was mostly empty. The best part about this place is how much icecream you get. It's a lot for the price. When I try to get creative with my order it's usually wrong but my kids wanted cookie dough and cookies and cream and it was just what they wanted! My only complaint is they crush up the add ins. I wish you got chunks of cookie dough instead of tiny pieces in your icecream. The rodeo burger was really good! Love the thin bun and the massive onion ring.

Parking was a breeze, which is always a win during the lunch rush. Their pico really stood out with its fun mix of cucumbers, radishes, onions, and tomatoes, adding a refreshing crunch to every bite. Our server kept drinks full and service smooth, even with a large group.
