Service is fantastic, prices moderate to high for the portions, restaurant is very clean. Now to the food, fish and fries, had to use a dozen napkins to pat the grease off the fish and the plate. The pot roast dinner came with some pickled green beans which were totally inedible, tasted as if they used one gallon of vinegar to 1/2 pound of beans, amount of beef was a bit sparse, putting a piece of toast under the beef to make it look as if you were getting more for your money doesn't work for me. Dinner rolls were not fresh at all. The Clam Chowder had a decent flavor, very few clams to be found in the soup and I do mean soup, not chowder...very watery, $3.00 for approximately 5 oz cup of ??? is a bit disappointing. I went there today and was so upset I left with only the drink they haded me. I asked the first young man that helped me for salt and pepper and he handed me 1 packet of each. I then asked for more than one packet of each and I never saw him again then I got a girl who seemed very confused and not quite with it who told me to pull forward. I told her I was waiting for salt and pepper and she said o I didn't know and left or a minute and came back and said were all out of salt and pepper sorry please pull forward. Well Im certain she didn't look very hard and just wanted me to move out of the way. So I pulled up and tossed the number thing on the side walk and left. Customer service sucks. I've been several times and every time my order is wrong, something missing or getting a signal scoop instead of a double. Like other reviews Check your order. I keep going back for the custard, food is good but premium price for fast food. If you take in account that your order will be wrong or shorted the time it takes to get your food and the wait to correct it, the price is outrageous. I kind of expect it from McDonald's but they correct my order in under 5 minutes. One more thing is if you order at the drive through Be Sure To Check You're Order on accident when you get home and find out they got it wrong Again, No one will answer the Phone. I tried for over 30 minutes constantly then tried while I drove back, Poor Customer Service. Most of the employees look like teenagers on their first job. I don't fault them, what I do fault is there Management. In any company how employees perform directly inflict there management. In order for a company to succeed everyone has to succeed. I can expect mistakes once in a while, but every time can only be explained by Poor Management. My suggestion to the owner is hire Management that will actually Manage your establishment. Employees generally like to succeed but if Management doesn't put in place the tools for success employees are set up for failure. read more

After giving this place one more chance, we will NOT be back. Just because there is a long line in the drive-thru does NOT mean the food is good! We stopped by on a Saturday evening and expected it to be busy. The drive-thru was long so we opted go inside. Oh yay, we were the 2nd people in line, so I for sure thought we wouldn't have to wait long. Boy, was I wrong! Not only did all the cars in the drive-thru get their food first.. but we got to stand in the lobby waiting and watching the employees yell at each other and goof off. There were SO many employees but nothing was getting done? The dining area was disgusting! Sauce cups were out, lids everywhere, sauce and soda spilled on the counters... Not to mention they were out of majority of their soda. How does a brand new place go downhill so fast?? Oh, I'm sure it's management and training. I would not be surprised if this place goes out of business soon. I hope the owner is in there (especially when it's busy) so he can see how his employees are running this place down. You'd have better luck eating from the deli at the Smith's. read more

Was great when it first opened. Now the quality has already gone down significantly. Burgers are barely warm and sloppy, wait times are ridiculous. It seems as if they have a bunch of teenagers working who can't even make one shake without it taking 20 minutes when they're messing around. Went the other day and made it to the drive thru at 10:20, there were other cars in the drive thru ahead of us and they told us they were closed, they close at 10:30 so we thought that was pretty lame. read more

Been here twice and it was bad both times. First time it took over 20 minutes for my food. The second time I got a Reese's concrete and the top 1/4 was good but the bottom 3/4 was plain vanilla ice cream. Won't go here again read more

Okay then. This an updated review. When this location first opened it was pretty terrible: more lettuce than burger, mushy, tasteless. I tried a second time with little success. However, it seems the old adage is true: Third time is the charm. Hot, the right amount of lettuce, good and friendly and fast service. Four stars today. On Saturdays it says they close at 11 on google I get there shortly after 10 yesterday I pull up to the drive through and there are a ton of customers inside I have to keep talking to the ordering screen outside for like 5 minutes before someone's says that they are closed and can't take my order although there were customers all over inside so I just leave then I look up their schedule and it said they closed at 11 so I called the store and asked to speak with a manager the woman who had answered was really snobby when she had stated that I WAS speaking with a manager she then stated that Culver's had summer and winter hours and that they close at 10 during their "winter hours" and that they haven't switched to their "summer hours" yet but if they're going to advertise an open and close time they should really stick to that or explain also about the summer winter schedule unless I've gone here like 5 times and have only been served once the food wasn't even that good I was really excited about this place but I'm VERY disappointed I used to work fast food and this is NOT how a restaurant should be ran. read more

Culver's - Burgers Near Me - West Point, Utah

First visit was not so good got the fish dinner. When asked how it was I said there was more salt in the green beans then on the fish. Was told people like a lot of salt on their food. When they asked me how the fish was I said way too greasy, it drained out into the plate and left a puddle. I was told fat is good that's what makes all the flavor. This is my absolute favorite place to eat! I've never got something there that I didn't like! My favorites are either their Pretzel Haus Pub Burger or Wisconsin Melt. Seriously do yourself a favor and go to Culver's! You won't regret it! read more

We made the trip on a recommendation and because of a tv advertisement so we made the trip from Roy here. Won't be returning. One of the worst burgers I have ever had - DRY. We were there Saturday, June 2nd around 2:30 p.m. There was quite a wait and not all tables were even filled. Everyone was waiting. I heard from a co-worker they won't return either. After hearing all the rave about Culver's we had to give it a shot! First time we went we weren't too impressed. We got a deluxe burger and fries. Well then we found out that you have to have the cheese curds and a custard! Well, let's just say....we have been back a handful of times! I'm not a fan of crinkle cut fries so I swap them out for cheese curds! So dang good! Then a heath bar custard to finish off dinner! read more

We have been to Culver's all over from Utah to Illinois. This is hands down the WORST Culver's we have ever been to! The food is awful and the concrete is runny not to mention they don't even fill the concrete to the top of the cup. For the amount you are charged for a concrete that's not a way to get people to want to return and give them more business. We have gone back several times to try and give them another chance to redeem themselves and it is getting worse and worse. The employees and management are rude and unprofessional. I watched employees stand there while customers are ordering laughing and making fun of people. I really hope the owners reads these reviews before they end up having to close their doors. Because I can guarantee they won't be open much longer at this rate. Which is too bad at other Culver's locations it's a completely different experience. What a HUGE disappointment! read more

Went in for lunch this past Friday. We placed our order and went to get condiments including fry sauce and ketchup. Both were completely empty. Napkins were empty as well so I had to get back in line to request these items from the counter. Then I could only find a dirty table so I used those napkins to wipe off the table. Then I waited and waited and waited. It was lunchtime so there was a bit of a rush, but there had to be at least 12 or more employees. We ended up waiting for 31 minutes. I am fine with 10 minutes so they can cook the food fresh but 31 minutes is completely unacceptable. My burger was tasty, but lukewarm. My fries were almost cold. After finishing and before rushing back to work late, I went to refill my drink. The ice machine was completely out of ice. Then I tried to throw my garbage away and all the trashes were completely full and overflowing. Again, I would understand if I only saw a few employees, but there were many of them behind the counter just standing around. Frustrated, I left my tray at my table and went back to work. This was the worst food experience I have had in several years. Everything about this visit was a mess and my frustration level reached a new level. How hard is it to load the condiment dispensers? How hard is it to empty the garbage? I have no idea why it would ever take 31 minutes to make a burger and fries, but somehow they managed to take that much time. My blood pressure is rising just recounting this experience. I will certainly be staying away unless they can make some drastic improvements. Their food is typically delicious but no food is worth that experience. I could hear several people in the restaurant complaining and being just as disappointed as I was. read more
