I believed my spicy chicken sandwich from Wendy's was life changing, but this spicy chicken sandwich was clearly hand crafted with love in every molecule. The workers are angels, doing the Lord's work with their immaculate sandwich skills. For a minute after taking the first bite of my sandwich, I truly believe I was in Heaven. We love Culvers but this one is messy. Unwashed tables, unswept floor, spilled ketchup, scraps of garbage on the counter.

Wish I could give this place a 0 star rating. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. I walked in and 2 others were waiting, and by the look on their faces, I should have just walked out. Put in my order for 2 free kid custards. After 20 minutes of waiting and still no service I watched 1 TEENAGE employee mouth off to 2 other employees, flip another employee the bird when she turned her back (and mind you, she hadn't saif a single word to this child). And the profanities from this child's mouth, loud enough to hear across the room. I had had enough. I threw my number on the counter and walked out. This was only my second time going to Culvers so I parked in the Curdside pickup area so I could look at the menu in the app and not feel pressured. The Curdside area had a sign, but the parking spots in front of it were not marked. I parked in the third spot over from the sign because this location is very busy with a lot of large trucks, trailers, and RV's, which was overflowing in the drive through & Curdside pickup area. I placed my order at about 1.45pm and it said it would be ready at 2pm. I assumed that they would bring my food out to me since they asked me the color, make and model of my vehicle & told me when it would be ready. By 2.09pm, I still didn't have food. That's when I noticed a text message from Culvers, telling me I also needed to text them the word HERE. So I did that and was told my food would be out shortly. I waited another 20 minutes before deciding to pull up to the drive through window and find out what was taking so long. Just as I arrived to the window, a woman comes out with our food and approaches the passenger side. She told us that we were parked in the wrong spot and that's why she didn't bring our food to us. I told her that I was parked in the Curdside area. She told me the Curdside area was the first two spots and I was parked in the third spot, which was for employees. I reminded her that they were aware of the make/model of my red vehicle.. she shrugged and walked away. I waited a total of 45 minutes because this person didn't want to bring food to me due to being parked one spot over in the "wrong" spot?? Our food tasted horrible because it had sat out for, I am assuming, over 30 minutes. The ice in my drink melted and it was warm. Our burgers were cold. My husband ordered a double patty burger and one patty was overcooked and the other completely pink. The fries & curds were cold and limp. The food tasted horrible and this employee didn't even apologize. I reached out in the Culvers app asking for a refund since they wasted our time and money but I have not heard back. If you want a good Culvers experience, head over the border to Wisconsin!!!! Also, judging from the other 1 star reviews for this Two Harbor location, steer CLEAR of it! I will be harassing corporate until I receive my refund because this was a completely unacceptable experience. read more

Let's just say this. It took 31 minutes to receive our food after placing our order. And we didn't have a larger order - two baskets and a kids meal. When the food finally arrived, I expected it to be consistent quality with every other Culver's I've ever been to - but nope; I received a tiny burger which took up about 66% of the bun. I've never been to Culver's before, since I live on the east coast. I thought it was pretty good, and the service was good for a fast food joint. I wouldn't say it was "in and out burger in mormon land" good service, but nobody is really that nice. I had ordered the custard of the day but swtiched it up when i saw there were other options. The guy behind the counter was confused (maybe a little awkward) but nice about it. The butter burgers were pretty good and after trying them I'd wished I got the cheese curds. Overall not a weight loss place, but a place I've been to at least once. read more

We've been to a couple Culver's before, and I would say this one rates about the same. I was a little bummed (not by Culver's fault in the least), because I didn't have coupons for this location (since we're from the Twin Cities) and we ended up paying full price. But the food and service was just as good as any of the other locations we've been to in the Twin Cities. The hubbs ordered a burger meal with cheese curds, I ordered a burger, and we got our 1-year-old a grilled cheese "Scoopie Meal." We hadn't ever ordered a kid's meal before from Culver's for her, but we've gone with people who have, and I always thought that the frozen custard that came with it, came with one topping, but they said it didn't. (Another reviewer said the Twin Cities locations do, so maybe it's just the area or something.) But, we were still happy with the plain ol' chocolate. read more

Worst service I've ever had at a Culver's. The manager was crabby, rude and unhelpful. The staff cleaning the dining room were annoyed that a family of 5 would want to push two tables together (it wasn't even busy!) and they gave us multiple dirty looks. They charge for a topping for the kids custard (free here in the metro area...? wonder why not there) and one staff told me it would cost .27 cents per kid, then the manager insisted it would be .42 cents each and took about 10 minutes to argue with the other staff, then with me, then couldn't even get it rung up correctly and made my kids feel awful. I would avoid this Culver's like the plague. Really bad service, bad vibe here. UPDATE: A few days after posting this review (and sending Culver's management an online review on their site) I had the manager of this Culver's call me, profusely apologize and offer to send me a gift card in hopes of trying Culver's again. They did the best they could to remedy the situation, so credit goes for that. He said he would discuss customer service with his employees/etc. Just wanted to update. read more

Use to work at a Culvers and this was the biggest dump I have ever been too. Dirty lobby, dinning and bathrooms, parking lot needed to be cleaned. Customer service was alright at best. I've always had friendly service here by both the counter staff and the table runners. My food is always hot and fresh, and the lobby is usually very clean. One thing to keep in mind is it's next to Miller Hill Mall and this small restaurant can get extremely crowded during mealtimes. Lines sometimes go outside the door. There is patio seating when the weather permits, but there's not much to look at at this location. read more

Wow. Where to begin? The positives: the girl behind the counter welcomed us and wished us a good night as we left. And, the yogurt wasn't bad. Now the rest of it: while taking our order, she had to have each of us repeat the orders over and over. She was way too interested in the other desk help to pay attention to us. WAY TOO INTERESTED. After a ten minute weight, our order was brought to the table. All melted. No apology or even an idea that we ordered frozen treats, not runny melted yogurtish stuff.
