The burger was good eough for a quick meal. Nothing was wrong with it. Overall, just average.

I was starving and needed something quick while waiting for an appointment, and this hit the spot! The kids menu is honestly the best deal - burger, fries, a drink, and custard. That's a whole meal for me! Did curbside, but I wish they had more than two spots since parking gets busy with the surrounding restaurants. The timing of my order was 5 mins later than what was written in the app! I wish they time my order would be ready was a range vs a specific time! The fries were perfectly crunchy, the chocolate custard was great, and the root beer... wow. It just hits different! read more

PERFECTION!!!! We will be eating at Culver's again and again. Love the strawberry lemonade drink

Chalky milkshakes, to buttery of a burger not even crispy. Service was good considering no one was there. And the ambiance could be better not worse. read more

My son wanted to try their filet of fish which is supposed to be very good. Drive through was quick and easy. I was told to move to a space and the food would be delivered to my car. A lovely young lady brought out the sandwich which I I checked to make sure it had tartar sauce. I looked and it didn't seem to be much there so I asked for a little bit more tartar sauce. She returned to tell me that she was told that I had to pay 65 cents for the tartar sauce and I could pay with my credit card.. Really? I refused to pay it and promised never to return again. It's not the 65 cents that got to me. It was the lack of customer service. This is a foolish decision on their part. read more

I was really disappointed with my order today. I ordered two sandwiches, and when I got home, I discovered that both of them were missing the buns. By the time I realized it, I had already left the restaurant, so driving back wasn't convenient. To make matters worse, when I contacted the restaurant and asked for a refund, I was informed that they were unable to provide one. That was frustrating considering the order was incorrect due to a significant mistake. A sandwich without the bun is not what I paid for. read more

For a fast food place this isn't bad. When ordering at the drive through, the associate was friendly and prompt. This time I just ordered a burger and a diet root beer ( love they have diet root beer). When I got to the window to pay the same pleasant demeanor was continued. I pulled up to the spot to wait for my burger which came out quickly. read more

Rating: 3 out of 5 What I ordered: I ordered the melt along with onion rings. I also tried the cheese curds. Highlights: We stopped by Culver's in Scottsdale for a quick bite, and this was my first time trying the chain. The melt was satisfying and filling. I liked the onion rings, and it was interesting to see cheese curds offered on the menu. The food came out quickly, which worked well for a casual stop. What fell short: My friends compared Culver's to Whataburger, but I did not find it similar or better. The double burgers my friends ordered looked fairly small. Overall, nothing stood out as exceptional. Overall: Culver's is fine for a quick and casual meal, but it feels like just another burger joint. It is not a place I would seek out specifically, but it works if you are nearby and hungry. read more

Reuben not toasted on both sides, skimpy sauce - when asked for more sauce they said they were out. Cole slaw had large slices of cabbage mixed in with the grated cabbage and one large slice had a black rim -- returned and asked for another. Very unappetizing. Check out person forgot to give us drink cups. Had to return to pick up. Culver's at other locations have provided way better experiences. read more

Stopped in this morning to use a coupon and check this place out and I had the pleasure of being served by Ralph, what a sweetheart! Totally went above and beyond to recommend enhancements while optimizing cost! It's people like Ralphs that keep you coming back! The dining room was clean and spacious, there are a lot of walls that make people watching challenging but it was also a good separation from the counter area. I ordered the grilled chicken combo, add cheese, and a mint Oreo shake that I asked to pick up after I was done so that it wouldn't melt while I was eating. Both were great! I loved the softness of the bread, my only suggestion would be to heat it up a little more but not at the cost of the softness because I really did love the sandwich, the fries came out warm and crinkly which was delightful and loved the add-on of the cheese :) read more

And we have the written order it was ordered from The manager attempted to gaslight me I had ordered it wrong Nope the employee wasn't listening and charged it to her version ! Also another meal had specific cheese It was ordered as a cheeseburger and no cheese was on it . This isn't okay and not only did the manager make us drive back there and bring the item back he refused to credit us or refund us over the phone Their mistakes now on our time and gas Terrible to be made feel like we made a mistake when all of it was Culver's mistakes read more

Went to drive-thru and began order. As I ordered, the associate could barely speak through her laughter ??. I asked what was so funny and she threw her coworker under the bus as the one laughing. When I pulled up, she waited to have a look at me while trying to hide her face (she wore a hijab) but failed to apologize and cowardly ducked out of sight to have her more professional -but unfriendly coworker process the transaction for her. It was extremely upsetting and rude that she's allowed to interact with the public behaving like a fool. Very careless and surprisingly disappointing from what I thought was a higher level chain than it is. My first and last visit. Very poor look, Culver's. read more

I ordered the cod sandwich with fries and a 6 pieces of shrimp. Both were hot and delicious with service being pleasant. The drive thru was fast and clean with the exception of trash being to the rim. It was a good meal I just felt it was a little expensive for what I received although I know that is normal for today's time. I would go back but do not know if it would be my first choice. read more

Can't say I'm a fan. Nothing wrong with the service, but the food was just bland for me. To be fair, I had a veggie burger and onion rings. Burger was pretty tasteless and I'm eaten hundreds in my life. Onion rings were crunchy and resembled a more beer battered type which is good, but again, lacking flavor. They have diet root beer so that was cool! My son ordered cheese curds, pretzel bites, burger, and custard with toppings. He was happy for sure! My husband had the chicken fingers and broccoli, also fine. Won't be running back because I'd rather have Zipp's or In-n-Out, but was a pleasant first experience despite the lack of flavor. read more

First off, I would like to preface I am a working musician. I am also an attorney. I have worked the correct way, paying licensing fees monthly to make sure artists are compensated. They have an unlicensed group that plays there named SHIFT Happens, led by Chris Garland and his wife. I am an attorney and when I called to inquire about music licensing, I was hung up on, then threatened, and told I couldn't talk to the owner and to "piss off." So, they are on the radar for unlicensed live music with BMI, ASCAP. By the way, avoid SHIFT Happens-they truly suck read more

I'm being generous with a 3 rating. Come here often and it's going downhill steadily. The order staff cannot answer questions....such as 'is lettuce, tomato and onion extra on a butter burger? Culver's has been one of my favorite places to get their burgers since we don't have any back home. Usually the food is always good and the mushroom and Swiss is my favorite to get. Was looking forward to this and was left dissatisfied. I can tell right away they change the quality I don't remember the burgers being so squished with barely any mushrooms on it. Thought I was eating a crappy made burger from McDonald's... What happened to the good quality food? Seems like this is a current thing with places now, giving less and charging more... read more

Culver's - A sad burger - Burgers Near Me - Scottsdale, Arizona

I'm from Orange County, California and my annual visit to Phoenix wouldn't be complete without coming to Culver's. Unfortunately, there's no Culver's in California, but maybe one day! I first tried Culver's over five years ago, drawn in by their reputation for cheese curds, and they haven't disappointed. I'm on a mission to try everything on the menu, they have an extensive menu for a fast-food joint. Here's what I've tried. Mushroom & Swiss Single ButterBurger $5.09 | The Culver's Bacon Deluxe Double ButterBurger $7.99 | Original Chicken Tenders 2 pc $3.99 | Buffalo Chicken Tenders 2 pc $3.99 | North Atlantic Cod Sandwich $6.99 | Small Crinkle Cut Fries $2.29 | Medium Wisconsin Cheese Curds $4.49 | Large Onion Rings $5.29 | Medium Chili Cheddar Fries $4.49 | Medium Mashed Potatoes $2.49 | Small Vanilla Concrete Mixer with Brownie Pieces $5.79 | 1 Scoop Chocolate Covered Strawberry Frozen Custard with Eli's Cheesecake Pieces $3.99. Standouts for me are the butterburger, chicken tenders, cheese curds and frozen custard. The butterburgers are solid fast-food fare, though not quite at the level of In-N-Out, Shake Shack or Five Guys. You'd be expecting too much if you thought that much. I won't compare it to White Castle since it's just different. I'd say it's pretty on par with Whataburger, maybe even a little bit better, although I will say Whataburger is decent too. It's better than Mcdonald's (still decent) and Sonic Drive-In (meh...eh). The single burger here is pretty big, I get full off it. The original chicken tenders are a hit, even rivaling Jack-In-The-Box. The batter they use here is lighter yet still crispy with good flavor. Ok, don't @ me, they're good but they're not better than Raising Canes or Popeyes, but they still hit the spot. While the buffalo tenders are decent, I prefer the original with a side of buffalo sauce. A 2 pc is the perfect size for me with sides. The cod sandwich is good and surprised me with its hoagie roll. The sandwich itself is quite big and I get full off just this. The crinkle cut fries are delicious, a mix between Shake Shack and Del Taco fries. The cheese curds ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST, comes with two cheeses, un-aged yellow and white Wisconsin cheddar cheese. There's nothing to compare them to because they're THE BEST. Their onion rings are bomb. Their chili is delicious and so are their mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes taste similar yet slightly different from KFC, but the gravy tastes different. The frozen custard here is to die for. You could make any combo and it would taste good because the custard is just that amazing. They have new daily combos every day from what I've seen. The chocolate covered strawberry flavor that I got was amazing. One scoop of frozen custard is a good size for me, I often find myself saving some for later. The concrete mixer is even bigger but also very delicious. The service is friendly, and the pricing is fair for the quality and quantity. My only wish is for a drive-thru pick-up option on their mobile app, which occasionally has glitches. Despite that, my dreams are filled with thoughts of Culver's. Don't assume that just because it's fast food, it's bound to be not good. If anything, this might be one of the better fast-food options out there. A must-visit. read more

Very disappointed in service and quality! Staff (including the manager) needs better training. A friend and I have lunch together two or three times a month and Culver's has be our favorite for burgers. The last two times our order has been butchered and this time it was a total mess plus the burgers were too salty. When I spoke with the manager I got the feeling he would rather have been anywhere else than talking with me and he couldn't have cared less about my issue! read more

Quick service and good food. We ordered a butter burger, bacon deluxe burger, onion rings, fries, and a frozen concrete with Oreos and hot fudge. I recommend to get the value basket which includes a drink and a side. Order with double patty if you're really hungry. The burger is a build-a-burger style, so you have to request exactly what you want inside otherwise it will come plain. Can't wait to come back and try some other stuff on the menu! read more

I like Culvers quite a lot. I like it mostly for the custard. They call it custard but I always think of ice cream first. I think it is more smooth than ice cream. Once you have had the custard you will realize you can never go back to ice cream. Kidding, or am I? I like the plain vanilla custard the best so far. They have rotating flavors, but I think I should stick to the plain with the mix ins. I also like their fries quite a lot since they are hot and crispy. I am surprised not more people know about them. I think I have seen ads on television for them now, but lots of friends and family don't know about them. I tried their curds and I didn't like the batter due to the seasoning. I wonder if I can get a seasonless cheese curd I think I would like that a lot. Their service was on par with other locations I have been to. It was a little bit of a wait for my food. read more

Culvers is new to us as Californians and when visiting Arizona we went to 2 different locations. I think it's a franchise, independently owned. This was as good of a location as the other we went to, so was consistent. It's a nice fast food restaurant with counter service and a diverse menu. It's a better alternative to traditional fast food chains like McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, Carl's Jr, Jack in the Box and the like. This has a restaurant vibe and no frills type feel when it comes to just wanting fast service, fresh food and a good value (prices and portions) read more

In my opinion, Culver's has one of the best burgers in town and I love going there. Fries and drinks are good, too. I've never had the milkshake although I think Culver's is more known for that. My visit two days ago was no exception - good food, delivered to my table fresh and hot. I cannot suggest improvements. I did notice how busy Culver's is - I had to wait in a short line - but it was well worth it. Like everywhere else in the country, Culver's is looking for new employees. I strongly recommend Culver's. read more

Do NOT go here. No final order quality checks, and over 3 years of living in the area I've been here countless times, and they have left core items out of the order in drive-thru orders EVERY SINGLE TIME. Tonight was a late night dinner run, and ordered a Culver's deluxe single with medium fries, a side of broccoli and a single beef patti with lettuce and tomato and no bun. After waiting for over 25 minutes in the drive-thru to order and waiting in queue for them to bring my order to me, they brought the bag. I thought for a moment to check the contents given the history with this store, but drove off thinking that there is no way this could happen again. I got home and opened the bag and found a bunless burger, fries, and a missing deluxe single cheeseburger, which was my dinner. I am shocked by the lack of quality control especially in the drive-thru that must generate 50-75% of the revenue. I credit lack of quality controls at this franchise location and considering how this has consistently happened to my family a dozen times no less in three years, Culver's needs to address this problem. I will never attend this Culver's again, and since this location is within a couple miles, I will likely never go here again. read more
