Perfect service and timing and have been extremely excited to order everytime I show up pure definition of perfect

Today's experience was absolutely horrible! The lady running the drive thru at 3:35pm SHOULD NOT be permitted to work in the drive thru. Absolutely awful experience. I asked if they had gotten rid of the strawberry freeze drinks my kids had wanted (that was why we were there, and I didn't see them on the drive thru menu) She stated that she didn't understand what I had said. I said "Never mind. We would like 2 Blue Raspberry Freezes & 2 Diet Pepsis. She asked if I wanted to round up for whatever charity they are collecting for. (I often do, but this time, I said a clear "NO.") She rounded up anyway! It was clear she did not speak good English, but "no" is "no" in Spanish, too, so she basically just took my $.70 probably thinking I would not notice. I was so annoyed, I didn't bother to call her out on this. I pulled up to the window, paid, and she handed me two small freeze drinks. I had ordered LARGE freeze drinks. I did call her out on this. She poured one of them into a larger cup and then the other. Very sloppy, sticky, etc. lid was not even on right. When I accepted this drink and inserted straw, it splashed all other my phone, my lap, my car. .. I am NOT HAPPY!!!! She handed me the second on in its new container and then that one nested in a larger cup. Why? I don't know. Pointless. That one was not the sloppy one she had poured in from multiple other cups. Any way, please fire this person or retrain her. 3:35pm on Tuesday 02/24/26 is when she was working the drive thru. PLEASE CHECK WHO THIS IS, AND REMOVE HER SO NOBODY ELSE IS FORCED TO EXPERIENCE THIS. I am dead serious. Everything about it was horrific. I am not raging lower than 3 stars because I have had so many outstanding experiences here at this location in the past. read more

Just had my last terrible experience at Taco Bell. I go in to get a Mexican pizza and a drink. The place is totally filthy. There's a crazy lady in a sheet dancing around Basically acting crazy. She steals my drink. They bring out my Mexican pizza. It's not correct. They're totally rude and it's like terribly expensive $12 for a drink and a Mexican pizza that got thrown in the trash. I get that it's hard to get help, but they have no help and it was awful and filthy. No more Taco Bell ever again in my life too expensive and too crappy. read more

I usually enjoy Taco Bell. I don't get fast food often so this was supposed to be a treat for me. Only to find out after eating about half of my crunch wrap supreme on my last bite I ended up find a black hair inside of my crunch wrap which instantly made my stomach turn. I even reached out to Taco Bell and submitted my issue through the app twice but received no response. Hopefully they can improve the hygiene of the place cause that was absolutely nasty... would've preferred a refund or some sort of credit but sounds like they would much rather ghost all complaints read more

The nachos were actually good! My only complaint is that the ratio of chips to toppings is WAY OFF! I finished all the toppings and there were 70 percent of the chips left like WHAT IN THE WORLD! I also like they still have the $1 budget items while prices elsewhere climb. I had the Trio deal here for only $5 and tax which was delicious with the new Dorito crunchy taco. I have to say very friendly and clean restaurant. However I was so surprised by the rationed small amount of ingredients they use in the items. I was like I could count the slivers of cheese on my taco and tostado. Taco had so little ground beef it barely lined the bottom of the shell. Tostada was the same with a small amount of beans that there was a dollop in the center but left an inch of exposed shell around circumference of the shell. Talk about portion control. I ordered a burrito as well and same thing no ingredient's. Very surprised as this location gets good reviews. I honestly never thought I'd review a Taco Bell but here I am. We all know generally what the food is but this review is for the staff. We went on 8/24 around 7:45pm and the staff was so good I left the drive thru with my husband and said "I think I'm gonna leave a review..." I really wish I knew the names of the people we interacted with. They answered some questions about the menu items and were actually helpful and kind. Then at the window the staff member congratulated us on our coming baby (I'm super obviously pregnant lol). He warned me of a slushy that leaked a tiny bit from the top, made sure we had enough hot sauce. It was just a bunch of little things but having staff that is nice and personable at a drive thru is just really refreshing. The sausage scrambler breakfast burrito is consistently delicious. Doesn't matter what state or what city. Always the same. Always delicious. Never had a personnel problem at any Taco Bell. Ate my first Taco Bell Taco in Anaheim CA in 1967. I think it was 19 cents. My most recent visit was today 2017. That's 50 years of Taco Bell. Must be the reason I don't need no Viagra. Fast forward 2021. Now living in AZ. The Sausage Breakfast Scrambler Burrito is no longer on the menu. They can't just leave well enough alone. Gotta mess with perfection. It has been replaced with a breakfast burrito so dry it scratched my throat going down. My 50 year relationship with Taco Bell has come to an end. So sad, so sad. read more

Food was decent, giving a one star review because the employee they had calling out order and giving out the food spoke absolutely no English and was calling out the orders in Spanish, when I approached the counter he refused to hand me my food and gestures to see my receipt, which was odd because I was the only patron who ordered in the last 10 minutes so it couldn't have been anyone else's order after returning with my receipt he proceeded to read every line on my receipt and finally released my food to me. I deliver lumber to the Home Depot in the same shopping center and probably won't be bring my business back. read more

Like it's 10:50 in the am trying to hit up Taco Bell and it's only open for drive thru which doesn't do me any good cause I can't take a semi through the damn drive thru. We did and Samantha, our order taker, was as friendly as one could be, and immediately said we would get our missing dessert. And, they really are good! Taco Bell, is well Taco Bell. We have been coming here a few times each month whenever we go grocery shopping at nearby Fry's. It's a cleans store with some very nice employees who rarely get the order wrong. We also usually see and have gotten to know the franchise owner, he's always about checking on things. But not a lot has changed since Glenn Bell first made that chicken wire contraption to invent the hard shell taco over sixty years ago. Recently though, corporate owner Yum Brands has taken to upgrade the menu with offering from Chef Lorena Garcia's authentic Latin recipe premium items called Cantina Bell. They have also rolled out this past summer a tie-in from Frito-Lays for a Doritos hard shell taco. Both items are good and tasty. I have a unwritten rule that most fast food places can only aspire to Three Stars, or in Yelp-ese "A-OK" ratting. Given the uniformity of fast food, it's hard to set them apart from another fast food place. But, I like this franchise owner for his hustle and how he keeps on top of things and actually manages his chain of stores. So Three and a Half Stars to him and this location! read more

I decided to give the Taco Bell on 90th St. and Shea a try this afternoon. Hadn't been there in a long time so I checked online on my phone to see what they were offering and the prices. I decided to get a couple of beefy five layer burritos which they advertise on their website as being $3.79. I got up to Taco Bell and the drive-through and looked on their menu and they list the burritos at $5.39. I asked them what's going on... They said to get the $3.79 price you have to order on your phone and then go in and pick it up... Otherwise they're a dollar and a half more apiece! I think this is false advertising and a really bad scam! They don't tell you that on their website... They use it to get you to go in there and then they raise the price on you once they're there. Terrible business practice! I'm thinking about reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I'll never go back there again read more

I just HAD to write a review on the great customer service from the person who took my order and I paid, but more importantly the gentleman who gave me my food while going through the drive through tonight. His closing remarks? "See you next time," in a friendly and cheerful manner. I can't tell you how many times I have received sub-standard service in drive-thrus; . no thank you or come back and see us, etc. We as customers decide where to give our hard earned money and the business needs to decide if they want us to come back because we feel appreciated for giving them our business. I want to start off by saying I would rate this location 0 out of five stars if I could. I have been going to this location for years now and tonight I was witness to not only weird passive aggressive behavior, but no quality control whatsoever. I only ordered 3 cheese quesadillas, but as you can see, they only put a sprinkle of cheese in each quesadilla. They were also very cold, cheese wasn't melted, and they put none of the sauce in it. I could here the people on the line say "where is everyone else who is supposed to be on the line?"The manager was sitting at a table in the dining room on an iPad instead of helping get the line caught up.
