The staff is always so polite. Orders are taken quickly and served promptly. It can get a little busy during lunch time. There is plenty of sitting indoor. A couple of outdoor tables are available by the parking lot. I like the single cheese burger combo. Food is always served fresh and warm. I love their fries and custard. The dining room is well kept. Staff is constantly cleaning.

So many people have been telling me to try Culver's and finally got a chance to try! And I was not disappointed. If I'm going to be honest and straight to the point, this place had great prices! The food delivered. Burger was tasty, sides were delicious. And lastly the shake was TOO GOOD. This location was great, food came out pretty quick. They had inside and outside seating! Something else that was nice is they have a QR code at each table so you could order straight from your table!

I will always love Culver's! My go-to is the Mushroom & Swiss Burger. It's perfectly buttery, savory, and just hits the spot every time. For a side, I can never resist their onion rings they're crispy, golden, and even better dipped in honey mustard. And of course, I have to finish every meal with a Concrete Mixer loaded with cookie dough and Heath that's the ultimate treat! This is hands-down my favorite fast food spot. Consistently delicious, comforting, and always worth the stop!

Food was the worst quality of all Culver's visited. Used the app again for the order and used the Curdside pickup. It was not very busy and we still had to go inside to get our order. Had to go back inside to get missing items. I'm going to give the chain a few more chances before quitting them for good.

Used the app for pickup and picked a time slot. Arrived a few minutes early and waited in the pickup spot. For 26 minutes. We watched the mid-afternoon line run through repeatedly (because the lunch rush was over). After 26 minutes I went inside and asked if there was an order in our name, and there it sat, in a bag on the counter. Unbeknownst to us, it was all cold (tepid). I was handed a shake that was sat in a metal cooler on the counter, albeit politely, and left. Only to realise that there was another one missing. So back I went to collect it, from staff who were just laying over the counter, backside facing me. As we're driving back my husband takes out his COLD onion rings, takes one bite and throws them back in the bag. So I pulled over into a parking lot and checked my chicken sandwich that was now cool to the touch (gross). The meal was ruined, and we just sort of picked at it rather than turn back and risk having something done to out replacement order as retribution for complaining. We love Culvers, but this location is a NO-GO. Find another location!

Indulging in a delicious first-time Culver's lunch in Orlando! We were on vacation and this Culver location is across our resort hotel. The ButterBurgers were juicy, the fries were crispy, and the cashew salad was refreshing. The service was quick and friendly as we took some time to figure what to order. They give you table number and the order arrived quick and hot (at least the burger and fries). Hubby said the burger was really good with high quality toppings. My salad was really big and wasn't able to eat it all. The restaurant was not busy when we visited but it was large, bright and clean. I liked the touch of the blue plastic fork and knife. Coming from Vancouver, all our single use utensils are made with wood. :) Next time I see a Culver's during my travels in USA, we didn't have room to try the custard. I heard it's to die for!

They have great food, which is cooked fresh! The staff is nice fast and efficient. My cashier's name was Iyanna and she was so sweet. Definitely recommend coming here.

My first ever visit to a Culver's. My son really wanted to try it while on vacation since we don't have anywhere near us. The menu is really big and it seems as though the easiest thing to do is order online as it's easier to see what all your choices are and the customization available. Most of us ordered at the register and I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted when it was my turn and that's why I say the online order would be easier. My son ordered at the same time online, but our food came a good 5 minutes before his. I ended up with the deluxe burger, fries and signature sauce on the side. We also ordered a side of pretzel bites and cheese for the group. The burger was pretty decent. The fries were crinkle cut and were cooked well. The signature sauce was interesting. I liked it but would probably not order it again. The standout out was the pretzel bites. They were awesome. My son had cheese curds as his side and to me they were just okay. My father in law had onion rings and they smelled delicious. My son had a cement mixer (their version of DQ Blizzard). He seemed to really enjoy it but said next time he would get a small instead of a medium because it was really rich since it's custard. The place seemed clean and tidy and the staff were all very nice.

"Cheesesteak" was served on some type a harder/denser hoagie roll, like Italian bread idk... but def not on the bread a cheesesteak should be on. & it was about 5-6 inches long, which is way smaller than we imagined considering the picture on the menu or compared to cheesesteaks served in other restaurants. Sandwiches overall were good flavor-wise. Sauces needed a stronger flavor profile, all very similar and hard to distinguish the differences. Restaurant was way bigger than we expected it to be inside. Decor was cute. Looked nice and clean in the dining room. The bathrooms were disgusting and unkept. Service was lacking. Cashier seemed new (which is fine) but the other coworkers seemed annoyed they had to assist her or that she didn't know everything. She was helpful and nice to us. Cutlery, napkins, and ketchup were hiding near the soda fountain and we weren't aware of this. Accidentally took some of the togo ketchup packets to use with our fries since we didn't know there was a ketchup dispenser. These items need to be in a better spot or the food runner should direct the customers to that area so they can get the things they need for their meals. Won't be back, but I guess we're glad we tried it. Halal certified restaurant

Looking around after the game, a smash burger sounded like just the thing we needed. Ambiance was nice. Good, chill vibes, a random door to a random next-door bar. Plenty of viable seating for my party of six. Service was pretty ok. The front counter worker was nice enough, but the food took forever to come out. Much longer than I would expect for the products we ordered. The food itself was dynamite. I got the Papi Big Mak (Two Florida-raised beef patties, smashed onions, lettuce, American cheese, sweet-heat pickles, tostone "Middle Bun" , Papi Mak sauce, Sesame Martin Potato Roll). This was a fun thing. The patties had a good crisp to them. The totstone did not, though, so it got a little lost in the bite and chew. Needed more sauce. And that sesame seed bun really helped out a lot, too. A little extra texture in every bite. I was a fan. I also got the chance to try the Umami Papi (Two Florida-raised beef patties, crispy bacon, white cheese, sweet-heat pickles, crispy onion, raspberry jam, Uuuumami truffle sauce, sesame buns). This one was a better topping combination. The pickles had a nice pop of acid, the raspberry jam really stood out, adding a nice sweetness, and the truffle sauce, never thought I needed it on a burger. I did. Standout burger. I also got the Papis Loco Fries. I forget exactly what these fries were topped with, but the cheese, just look at it. Congealed just perfectly. A good side item, for sure. Overall, this greasy meal is out there doing the good work for the people. Maybe this was a four star meal overall, but I'm not sitting, that Umami Papi was a standout for me, and the reason I now give five stars.

Nice, crispy edges on the patties, and I loved how many sesame seeds were on the buns. Great flavor. Cons: The only thing was that they waited for our whole party's order to be ready before calling names, instead of just serving them as they came. This lead to cold burgers. Tips: Make sure you arrive early! If you wait too long, they switch to a smaller, less interesting menu.

To my surprise, I was disappointed by the food. I got the loaded frings and a 5 x 5 burger. I believe the burger is relatively new, since it wasn't on any of the pictures of their menu on Google. Ambiance: The staff was friendly enough and I do like the fact that you can see them cooking the burgers in front of you. However, looking around at the restaurant, it looks like there was no upkeep. There were broken tiles, tables weren't cleaned, and I believe there might have been mold when I was filling my water cup at the ice machine, like visibly on the spout. Food: Loaded frings- I'm not sure how you mess this one up, but they somehow did it. The fries were overcooked and the bacon was fried to hell. I think you can actually see how burnt the bacon was in the pictures. It tasted like charcoal. Lastly, the fries were completely soaked in cheese sauce, which I'm guessing was from a can. It tasted like the cheese you'd have at state fairs, except more watery. There was more sauce than fries and onion rings! I should have taken a picture after eating half of the fries. I could not eat the bottom half of the frings because it was all soggy Burger- the same cooked-to-hell bacon was used on the burger. Not much else need to say about that. Looking at the picture of the burger, you'd think that the patties were way overcooked as well. That was not entirely the case. The patties weren't extra dry, but they weren't as juicy as I would have liked a burger to be. I'd say it was just okay. Maybe a half step below average. I really wanted to like this place, but I wasn't able to. I'm not sure if I came by on an odd day, because the reviews say otherwise. I really hope management can fix these issues.

Now this review has nothing to do with that my father's name was Freddy and that my mother's favorite treat was frozen custard. But those little tidbits of information don't hurt. The warm feeling that I get when I eat frozen custard reminiscent of enjoying it on the boardwalk with my mom is renewed at Freddy's not because of the ambience of the restaurant, but because of that same delicious taste that my mind still seems to remember from long ago that I have not found anywhere else before this. But I digress. Freddy's may look like your typical fast food restaurant, but it is anything but. I already loved it for the burgers, the french fries with their wonderful sauce, and of course, the custard but now they have a salad as well. Really fresh greens with my favorite burger on top as a garnish. Low-carb great taste and totally filling. But not so filling as to not leave room for that wonderful custard. On this particular visit, I did run into an issue which I will not lower my rating because of, but want people aware of so it does not happen to them. If you have a coupon for a discounted custard, and they ring in any other item after that, it will restore the custard to the full price on their register. I did not notice that and paid the full price. The manager did give me a card for a free custard next visit so they certainly took responsibility but just wanted people aware to keep an eye on that. In defense of the staff, I don't think they noticed either that it had occurred, so I did not allow that to detract from my impression of five star service from their pleasant, friendly and attentive staff Of course the custard is a star. It comes in all sorts of different ways to serve it. I tend to usually be a purist indeed, as a soft serve, but sometimes their specials are so exciting that I cannot resist. I have never tasted any of them that I did not find awesome. Their steakburgers should not be left as an afterthought. These are not like other fast food burgers; the meat is actually very tasty and because there's not any "proprietary" seasonings on it I even order an extra one so that I can sit outside with my puppy and she can enjoy it. It is small enough to not be unhealthy for her and big enough to be a satisfying snack. Its fat content does not make her ill like the typical fast food burger would. I personally like the fries and find the sauces to be quite good. Prices are more than reasonable and they have hours that make them convenient whenever you're hungry or craving that custard fix. I am a Freddy's fan and wish they would open one closer to where I live in Miami.

The resturant inside was very clean, and the employees working behind the counter were very nonchalant. I ended up ordering their grilled chicken sandwich combo with their famous skinny fries. My mom got the Freddy's Original double combo with a Turtle milkshake and onion rings. The sandwich portion was big. The chicken was very juicy and tasted alright. The fries, however, were not seasoned. I had to get a salt and pepper packet to season them. At that point, they were very good, tasty, and crispy! Overall, the meal was okay. It was nothing spectacular but also nothing terrible either. As for my mom, she wasn't very impressed with her hamburger. She said the portion size was good, but she would describe the hamburger itself as "lacy." She said it was okay, but since it took us 27 minutes to get here, she said Culver's was better in quality and closer. She was underwhelmed by the onion rings. She said it was more of the fried breading and barely any onion inside. However, she did enjoy her milkshake, but struggled to suck it up through the straw. It was enjoyable to try a new establishment, but it was just a mid experience for me.
