Honestly, food was decent but nothing stood out to me that would make me go back to order again. One thing I noticed was that Culvers burgers had an identical taste to Jack in the Box. Personally was not a fan, but I was surprised with the cod fish which was crispy. (Bf fave) It was also our first time trying cheese curds, which were very similar to mozz sticks IMO. They were honestly good for the first couple bites but after eating half I grew tired of the taste. You can get any soda imaginable with these machines. I could tell the food was fresh & hot to order. The food came in little baskets without silverware, which is understandable given the type of food, but every napkin dispenser we checked was empty, so there wasn't even a convenient way to wipe your hands. The bathrooms also had no soap or paper towels, which was especially disappointing. Overall, the food was edible and the employee was friendly, but the combination of the limited menu, cleanliness issues, empty napkin dispensers, and lack of bathroom supplies made this a pretty inconvenient and unpleasant experience. Hopefully some of these things were simply due to them being in the middle of a menu transition, but based on our visit, I wouldn't be in a hurry to return.

As someone who grew up in the Midwest where cheese curds are practically a food group, that just didn't feel like a great value. One thing I did appreciate was that everything is made fresh after you order. There was about a 10 to 15 minute wait, but I actually prefer that because it means your food comes out hot instead of sitting under a heat lamp. The restaurant itself was pretty quiet when I visited, so it was an easy place to grab lunch without a crowd. I'd definitely go back for the burgers and fries. There is Apple parking in the lot with accessible spaces near the entrance. The entrance is not accessible, but that is pretty standard for fast food. I am very hopeful that it won't be a long wait to get the Florida locations in the app. Honestly, if you really wanna know all the food available I recommend referencing the app as the menus just don't seem to hold it all at the restaurant. Plus, if you use the app, you can still get credit for each of your purchases by scanning the barcode on the receipt. I'm not sure how it will work cashing them in, but at least you can build up a supply of them until that is worked out.
