Really liked the style of this little burger and custard joint, the menu offerings were vast. The burger was good but watch out if you aren't a Mayo fan, they slather in on! The fries were really good, they were the thick cross cut style and cooked to perfection. We didn't get a chance to try the custard as we were full from the burger and fries! They also boast a nice root beer that reminds me of an A&W style flavor. The location was convenient for travelers such as myself on 75 just inside of the Naples area. The sandwich comes on a bun that is sweet to taste and has slaw, tarter sauce and some veggies. The fish was great a thick piece of Cod cooked to perfection this is a game changer for me. I enjoyed my dinner on a rainy night. I ordered a small burger fries and a drink. Everything was hot and fresh. They brought it to my car window in the pouring rain. I was very thankful for that. I have to tell you I found this place on yelp and I decided to try it out. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by a gentleman by the name WILLIAM the assistant manager This guy deserves a raise he treats you with such friendliness and happy to serve and take your order. If it's your first time he gives you his recommendations and tells you what the daily specials are. Now that's customer service If I had a business I would want this guy working for me. He takes such pride in his work. I was getting tired seeing this guy work he takes orders, welcomes all of the customers that walk in , Cleans tables , prepares orders to go and does all of it with a smile. He not only makes sure your order is right but also checks on you at your table to make sure everything is ok with your food. You can tell the other employees like him to he has such a nice demeanor. It was a great place to eat and to finish it off with a delicious chocolate shake. I will definitely be back. This place never disappoints. Being from NY we do not have Culver's, the food is always made to order and brought to your table. To be fare I have only eaten the burgers but I have had all sides. I order a cup of cheese to dip my French fries and my husband loves the cheese curds. My husband and I frequent this location and the one on Airport Pulling Road quite often. A giant step above any other fast food place. Great butter burgers, the fried fish sandwich is crunchy and flavorful, the reuben sandwich, another fave. Crazy for their fries, and the counter staff is always friendly and helpful. HOWEVER--when I visited there last Friday, the ladies restroom was absolutely filthy! My family and I love going to Culver's. We really enjoy their food. However, we were extremely disappointed that the staff weren't wearing their masks properly. They were wearing their masks below their chin, putting their customers safety at risk considering the current COVID-19 virus. Culver's has become my go-to fast food burger joint. I've visited several in multiple states in the midwest and they consistently deliver the best fast food burger around. That's why my visit to this particular one was disappointing. The lukewarm, soggy burger was more reminiscent of what you would expect from a convenience store microwave or frozen White Castle package than something from a restaurant. Culver's as a chain is delicious. This location, however, has the WORST service -- particularly in the drive-through. They ALWAYS get something wrong in our order: missing fries, no toppings on sandwiches or the wrong order entirely are common mistakes. We have done take-out about 10 times with 10 messed up orders. Tonight, i returned the first because it was horrible, not made the same as all the others, and for some reason had strawberries in it? The second one i got had no whip cream or cherry and was mixed improperly. It was better than the first one i returned, but truthfully i would have returned it as well because it was VERY BLAND. Wow ~ what a great experience! We visited for the first time last Friday because we had coupons. I ordered the mushroom Swiss value meal for $5 which included fries and a drink along with the 2-patty burger. It was full of mushrooms and cheese ~ delicious. My husband got the bacon deluxe cheeseburger value pack and it was a fully loaded burger. The owner, Brian, came by our table and left a schedule of the $1 daily custard flavors for June. When we returned today (4 days later), Brian remembered us. I ordered the chicken salad (mayo-based with celery) sandwich on sourdough and it was delicious. I also had the onion rings and they were very good and tasted homemade. We have friends who visited another Culver's in FL that wasn't nearly as well-run as this location. You can tell the owner, Brian, takes care to ensure his employees are people-oriented and his products are well-prepared and delivered hot to your table.
