The inside of Culver's is almost like a Bob Evans. It doesn't look like a typical fast food restaurant. I was surprised by how neat and clean it was inside. The hamburger was not quite as good as Steak n Shake. I liked that they had broccoli available. I don't know why they did, but hey, I'll take it. The oreo chocolate overload was rich and thick. There was this absolutely lovely woman who was bringing orders to tables and checking on everyone. I felt like she was welcoming me into her home. What an absolutely wonderful woman. Her name started with an S, I didn't catch her full name. She seemed to know a lot of people there. This woman makes this place. We were here while on vacation. We love this Culver's location. We are regular customers for their concrete mixers and the service here is outstanding. We are always greeted with a friendly "Welcome to Culver's"!! It doesn't matter how busy they are behind the counter. My husband likes to have both vanilla and chocolate custard in his Mixer and he asks that it be mixed well. Not once has the order taker frowned when he asks, just a friendly "absolutely" or " no problem" and he or she immediately asks the person mixing to mix it well. Every single time it is mixed well and brought to us with a smile! Have had the cheese curds once and I highly recommend them as well. But if in Naples go to this Culver's location. Incredibly crowded. Folks lined up to pick up, Parking lot jammed. Looked like it must be terrific. Such total disappointment. I've been to Culver's numerous times in Wisconsin, and this is the first time in Florida, and I paid a visit. I went there ironically for the delicious cheese curds. Cheese curds are also known by the name of squeaky cheese. That's the way they squeak when you eat them. This is our favorite Culver's location. We stop here probably once every week or two weeks. Much better service here than the location on Airport Pulling Rd. Whether we order in the drive thru or seat ourselves inside, our order is always correct and the food comes out fairly quickly. Sometimes the drive thru will take a little while and you'll have to wait off to the side with a number, but props to the chain for starting to try out Chick Fil A's method of drive thru service; it does speed things up! Besides service, though, the food is great! We are a fan of the concrete mixer and deluxe butter burger, but I also love the spicy chicken sandwich. Recently made a drive thru visit to Culver's on 41 the east trail. Always encounter pleasant employees, but this visit wasn't. I placed my order at the drive thru approached the window to pay and was greeted with $9.72. She took my card processed the payment and pointed to where I should park . All the times I have been here is always greeted with hello that'll be such and such amount, and you can pull up and thank you have a nice day. Think some retraining is called for. In case a mgr. reads this the date of this was Thursday the 14 th of April at 3:45 pm. So you'll know who your employee was at the drive thru that day. it's a bunch of 16yo's clearly trying their best most of the time I go through the drive thru. I go probably once a week and 98% of the time it is perfect service and good food. on the rare occasion they do mess up or the wait is long (to my knowledge and my taste buds everything but the fries are probably made to order, so I always anticipate it taking a few minutes) they give you coupons for free ice cream to make up for it. read more

Honestly didn't even want to take the time to call the place. There were so many young people working, they couldn't get the order out decent how were they going to handle a serious complaint. The food was raw. Yes raw the burger was both of them. The rings were cold and soggy. The only good thing out of the order was the chili and cheese curds. I love Culver's, they always use good fresh ingredients. I know they say "what can we make fresh for you today?"but I didn't expect the burger to be so dried out. Me and my family just had the best experience. All the food was great and delicious. We had butter burgers and cheese curds that were great. But that's not what made the experience so spectacular. It was the cashier Crystelle. She was so nice and welcoming. She brought are food to us and made sure we had everything. She checked on us to make sure we were good and everything. But what made the night special was something that made our grandpas night. We ordered ice cream but his strawberry sundae had frozen strawberry that he couldn't eat due to them being solid. She came by and saw that we unhappy and offered to replace but he said no thank you. She went above and beyond and doubled the size of ice cream and made sure the strawberries were perfect for him and brought it to him. It was an incredible experience and the service was above and beyond. If the management is reading this crystelle did an amazing job and deserves a raise or praise. Four stars based only on ice cream taste. The inside looks like a McDonald's and we didn't order anything but ice cream. We came here specifically because I love frozen custard and in Naples it's this or Rita's. We have Rita's in CT where we live so I wanted to try something different. I personally thought the chocolate frozen custard was richer in flavor than Rita's. My son and my husband who are not frozen custard lovers said theirs was "good". They only have chocolate, vanilla and a frozen custard flavor of the day. Which is fine for me as I love chocolate without any mix ins. There were plenty of mix ins you could choose from, including sugar cookie, which my son got with his vanilla. Can't say the inside was inviting to sit and hang out so we took ours to go. We were there later in the evening and some local girls were verbally harassing a staff member which was uncomfortable to witness so we headed out pretty quick. Highly disappointed. I am a regular Culver's customer and usually enjoy their food. However, tonight I went there and ordered a Snickers Swirl (vanilla ice cream with Snickers pieces in it). The ice cream tasted watery; little to no flavor. I ordered vanilla ice cream and they completely messed up my order giving me chocolate. This location appears to be brand new plus, this was my first time at ANY Culver's. So I really do not have any other experience to compare to. This may be my longest fast food review ever, since it's new to me. That being said, I'll start with the good. ~The place is spotless and of course, brand spanking new. Employees were continuously cleaning. Tables were wiped down promptly after people left. ~The staff was very friendly & welcoming. ~The ice cream & milkshakes were delicious. ~The fries & onion rings were good. Basic crinkle cut fries but good nonetheless. ~Food is delivered to your table and is served hot. The not so good... ~The burgers were just bland and drenched in grease. They looked really pretty in the basket. But once we picked it up, the bottom part of the bun was drenched & soggy. ~ The burger combo was about $8. We were asked if we wanted fries, onion rings or cheese curds. Note: There is a $1.20 up charge for rings. Plus a $1.99 up charge to a small shake. So one combo came out to be over $11. I understand the extra charge for the shake though. We will likely return because we like the ice cream & shakes. I have eaten here at least 15 times. Mostly lunch but a few dinners. This place puts other dine-in and take-out places to shame. The hamburgers are excellent; Very juicy and delicious. The fried fish is fantastic. It is tasty and moist and full of flavor. They make THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN, (GET THE BREAST) IN COLLIER COUNTY. The fries are great and try the cole slaw. I you don't try the ice cream you are missing something wonderful. They have an extensive menu but I love their hamburgers, fried chicken and fish, and ice cream so much that I have a hard time ordering anything else. Prices are very reasonable. They bring the food to your table, no trying to juggle everything, especially with kids. The only thing better than the food is the atmosphere and the service.
