The Cheesecake Factory is a restaurant to stop by when you're ready to enjoy a good meal. The decor is eclectic, what really stands out is the Egyptian/Victorian look and they have a menu as varied as their decor. Somehow, variety in the menu brings in a variety of customers. This restaurant is perfect for a date night, room for gatherings of friends and family and is a good restaurant to stop by after work. In Phoenix, the Cheesecake Factory was a favorite place for getting together with co workers on Friday. It's hard to cover the amazing variety and selection. While the comments read as though we tried everything in the restaurant, we only had two selections from the lunch menu and two slices of cheesecake. For lunch, I went with the Louisiana chicken pasta, the chicken was light and crispy with a mildly spicy sauce. Hubs went with the club sandwich and fries. Desert was a slice of Dulce De Leche Carmel cheesecake, while hubs got a slice of Oreo Dream Extreme. The cheesecake is pricey, but really worth it to stop by and have a slice. This was just a short visit during happy hour (4:00-6:00pm) at the bar or at the table tops. Entrees on the happy hour menu are $10.50 as of June 2025. The AVOCADO EGG ROLLS are still phenomenal all these years, even though rated #8 out of 15 entrees. The Thai Chili Shrimp I had with spicy menu was good , not great. My wife's Thai Chicken Salad had very few pieces of thinly sliced chicken. Don't bother. Hidden under everything else. The HH Burger btw is rated #1 of the 15 entrees. I visit Naples irregularly for business. Tonight decided to stop in for dinner. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a Cheesecake Factory. My coworker and I both ordered Appetizers and after over 20 minutes asked about the food was told another 15 or 20. I know especially since Covid staff has shrank but this person just forgot about us. When the food finally arrived she said how is everything. It was fine. We arrived around 8:30 p.m. my biggest issue was just how dark it was inside. We had trouble reading our menus without our phone flashlights! Lol And it wasn't great that some of our bread plates and napkins had some sort of smudges on them... Our waitress was nice, though our water glasses remained empty for most of the meal. As far as food goes, we split appetizers and dessert. The Thai Lettuce Wraps we're probably the best thing we got - good flavors and generous portion. The Thai Chili Shrimp... some of them were crispy which were good, but overall it lacked flavor which I did not expect from the menu description. Then the tiramisu cheesecake... not too sweet, not too cheesy - it was actually very nice, and I'm not normally a cheesecake head. This review has nothing to do with the the very kind people who work at this location. This is mostly for the lack of training that is apparent from the efficiency of service and the quality of the food. Now, after our recent birthday dinner this week, I realized why I haven't been to this location in about 20 years. The interior looks exactly the same as it was when this place first opened. I still don't get the Egyptian theme with bulbous, ceramic columns adorned with acanthus leaves, and several noticeable lightbulbs burnt out in the ceiling. Must be 20 years old. Anyway, what does Egypt have to do with cheesecake? Did I miss something in my humanities courses? Anyway, the host and server were extremely nice people, but my goodness, there's no reason why we should've been here for two hours for two adults, two teens and a twelve year old. We spent the same amount of time a few weeks ago for a 4 course dinner at a steakhouse with much better food and superior service for the same price. This doesn't add up. Ten minutes to get two cups of hot water? At the steakhouse, we were on our second round of dirty martinis in the same amount of time! You see where I'm going with this review and why it merits a two-star rating? I'm just getting warmed up, I just wish the food here was. The kids ordered their specialty mocktails and smoothies, and why it took 20 minutes with the place barely 50% full is beyond me. But, they did enjoy the taste of the drinks, so worth one star, I guess. The food orders we made were not complicated in the least. We just ordered items as is from the menu, yet they screwed up which veg came with which dish. It's your giant menu, guys! Maybe cut it down to 2 pages instead of 10. That might help with efficiency. Just a thought. Take it to corporate. We ordered two of the grilled salmon. Mine was fine and tasted great. The other that my lady ordered was too fishy, and she didn't eat it. It's still in the fridge in a to-go container. Maybe I'll get to it or feed it to the cat if she'll touch it. The kids enjoyed their food, but, I could tell that the filet the birthday girl ordered was overcooked, when she ordered it medium. She was too hungry to complain, and liked it anyway. By this time, we already invested about 80 minutes into this Egyptian adventure, so no food was going to be sent back regardless. They brought her green beans, when she requested broccoli, so did I. The very polite server came back with the greens, however, I have NEVER seen a restaurant serve HALF of an entire tree of broccoli before in my life. It was so big and undercooked that the Keebler elves could've built dugout canoes from the trunks of these things to paddle the Nile River! Not one grain of salt, butter, anything to make them edible, either. Even a steak knife had a difficult time sawing through these poor excuses for veg. No training in the kitchen for sure. Underwhelming. A trio was seated next to us while we were eating, and they didn't even get their drinks for 15 minutes. We waited for our server to come around for 20 minutes just to get the check. Again, nice guy, nothing personal against him. I think the management in this location has dropped the ball on training from the kitchen to the floor. I was keeping an eye out the entire time, and didn't see one person who even looked like a manager. With so many other fantastic, locally owned restaurants in my lovely hometown, I'm glad we got those Cheesecake Factory gift cards out of the wallet and used up, because I will be lobbying hard to never come back here again. But, the next time I throw my kayaks in the water, I'll remember the broccoli from here. read more

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! Went here on a quiet Monday night to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday and the server ( BRITNEY G) made her birthday a horrible experience! Charged us for things we didn't order, did not provide basic utensils and plates, had no knowledge about the food, and was absolutely rude when asked about the items that were wrongly charged, i hate to leave bad reviews so i spoke to the manager on duty after everything happened and he gave me a empty apology and did not try to make things right, so i hope someone that cares about their guests sees this and works on properly training their staffs on how to deal with these situations. read more

First and last time at this location. This restaurant is very dirty, just the entrance alone looks nasty. Lots of servers walking around but terrible service. The ambiance was terrible as we were seated across from a large group of unsupervised children who consistently ran around. Their parents were seated at an adjacent table but largely ignored them. We only went here because we had gift cards, and I'm thankful I at least didn't have to pay the entire bill. Service was slow and we never received refills on our drinks, but that's not what really bothered me. My husband ordered the Cajun Pasta and it was horrible. The pasta looked like ramen and it wasn't cooked all the way. There were clumps of pasta everywhere. He had to eat around the noodles. I had a garden salad as a side. We arrived here on Valentine's Day around 1:30pm and only had to wait about ten minutes before being seated. The time waiting was put to good use browsing the front display case that displayed their scrumptious cheesecakes. The service was friendly and quick. Our Server was pleasant, efficient, and courteous. I ordered the Chicken Madeira. It's what I usually order and I think that I might try something different every time I visit, but it's so good that I end up ordering it. Entrees arrived and I was, once again, justified in my decision. Everything was delicious! In case you're wondering, the Chicken Madeira is a sautéed chicken breast topped with fresh asparagus and melted mozzarella cheese, and covered with fresh mushroom Madeira Sauce. Mashed potatoes are served with it. (Tip: Ask for extra Madeira Sauce as it really enhances the flavor.) Couldn't leave without ordering a slice of cheesecake but was too full to eat it then, so got it to go. I had my eye on either their key lime or their vanilla bean and ultimately went with the vanilla bean. It made for a great evening dessert! It was really good! If you've never been here, I highly recommend you check them out. They're located in friendly Naples next to the Coastland Center Shopping Mall at the corner of Ninth Street and Golden Gate Parkway. Just when I finally returned things go south again Usually we have great service even if the food stinks Well, today it was both that stunk but I mostly blame the management You know all the little red flags that appear to tell you when your server is new? Well it happened here. We were exceptionally patient due to this obvious challenge and that it is the holiday but .... Every single request or expectation took forever Waiting to be greeted, drinks, food, check, you name it Never checked on we see the server all over the place but never a glance at us Food took so long, tho restaurant was empty, I asked nicely for her to check. Sure enough when we finally got it, it was all cold The salt shaker was caked and didn't work, saw a couple guys that looked like Managemt not far away socializing Someone should have been sending out food from the kitchen line, walk the tables, they would have seen our stuff piled up. We stopped here for a late lunch yesterday as the son's gf had never been to a Cheesecake Factory and we had just visited the nearby Naples Zoo. They weren't very busy and seating was quick. Our server was pleasant and did a great job of refilling our 4 different drink choices during the LONG wait for our meals. It's nice they provide a bread basket since we arrived hungry and it took over 30 minutes for our food to be served. This isn't fine dining, and the place was less than a quarter full at 2:30 pm! My lunch portion of shrimp with angel hair pasta was quite garlicky but way too salty. There were 4 extra large grilled shrimp, and more than enough pasta for a luncheon portion. Spouse enjoyed the Mac and Cheeseburger, but his extra charge sweet potato fries were burnt. Our son's orange chicken was the only plate with a portion I wouldn't term generous (except for the beehive of plain brown rice. Talk about boring food!). His girlfriend enjoyed her farfalle pasta dish. Of course we had dessert, which thankfully arrived much faster than the entrees. The carrot cake was moist but I've had others with more flavor. Told the waitress who went to the manager who adjusted the bill $3. I ordered steak medallions and instead got steak chunks, asked the server and she said the manager said that they weigh it. Last time I checked medallions are round not chunks. It's been so long since I've gone to a Cheesecake Factory. The only one around is down in Naples. Just happened to be down in Naples and thought I would pop in. Bartender was awesome. I believe his name was Cisco. Very friendly, nice, funny. Helpfully. And made killer drinks! Placed our order and drank our drinks. Bread came, which was amazing. Been forever since I ate bread. And the brown Cheesecake Factory bread is the best. We ordered avocado egg rolls. We talked about it in the car, at the same time we both said we always order the egg rolls. Seriously it's the only thing on the menu I ever eat. I just love them so much. We shared the egg rolls, and then we ordered cheesecake to go. I have been going to The Cheesecake Factory from the start. Over the years, I have watched it decline in different locations. I have basically tried all my favorite foods on the menu and loved the food options. Something for everyone. Each time I go now, I have become more and more disappointed. I would never return back to this location. I went for lunch, so it was not crowded. There were 3 of us and we all had the same feeling. The table was sticky. Some of the silverware had food on it. The floor under the table was FILTHY. I thought to leave but opted to stay. The service was fine but the food was mediocre. Also, I generally get the zucchini sticks every time and order marinara sauce to go with it. This place wanted to charge me, so I decided not to get it. That never happened in any other location. We were told by the waitress previous to our brunch date that we should come in next time just to have brunch. We were definitely not disappointed. So the waiter started out great and we got our drinks and appetizers, all good, but then the main courses arrived and my cheeseburger melt that I ordered without any mayo/sauce arrived with both mayo and the hot sauce. it took about ten or fifteen minutes to round up the waiter and get a new order. No problem, it happens, even though the outside seating area only had four single tables. Anyway, I got my new sandwich, which was fine, but then I got the bill and they doubled billed me for the damn sandwich! So I asked the waiter and he quite obviously knew they were double billing me and was hoping I wouldn't pay attention. So I pointed it out to him and I said he should not only take off the false charge he should comp me for the second sandwich. The final bill removed the bad sandwich but that was it, and no apologies from management. I left no tip at all because our waiter lied to us but left a note about the bad kitchen service and waiter service and the fraud in double billing me for a bad sandwich. F. Milton was our waiter and his service was excellent, I had the Fettuccine Alfredo which was cooked to perfection and the Alfredo sauce was absolutely delicious. My husband had the Chicken Marsala which he said was excellent, exactly like the Marsala should be. This is the second time we've eaten here and it's been outstanding. We just moved to FLORIDA from Long Island , NY and in comparison this one in Naples, FL puts the NY one to shame. The ambiance is nice, bathrooms were clean and the staff was very pleasant. The only thing they could improve on is putting rice in the salt shakers so they don't clump up. The zucchini small plate was was excellent as well.
